I ordered three of these over a year ago and NEVER received them, i have contacted them 3 times and every time they have said "we will send them out again and see if you get them" - from what i hear they are amazing but it appears you need to order from Amazon in order to actually get them.

Don't waste your time or money with the actual "glowbowl" company.

We didn't receive ours; but there is no way to get a refund because the number is bogus. No customer service. I emailed dozens of times to the site where I ordered it from. To no avail.

About 2-3 days after ordering two glowbowl fresh, plus three refills, there was a better offer on your website. They were also cheaper than the two I ordered.

This product is pure garbage! This too big for a toilet bown and really gross. Impossible to return it.

Like everyone else I got it loved it then it dimmed. Replaced batteries no go ( or I should say no glow) I gave them to everyone I knew for Christmas stocking gifts but I have 3 here that don't work. (Well 1 does in red but it so dim it does nothing). I don't know how to reach the company but it doesn't sound like it will be a successful outcome anyway. I also tried the other brand; same outcome. My first one lasted about 6 months the other 2 not even 6 weeks. But it was great for a cruise and our cabin steward was stumped as to what it was and could not believe it when I had him try it! I left it for him :) poor gu is probably trying to figure out what happened. Neat idea though

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY! Here is the receipt I received from them showing I ordered 6 lights but only received two! There isn't anyway to contact them!

I ordered two but only received one. Sent half a dozen messages to them with no response. They are thieves!

Cannot communicate with this company! My purchase never shipped, its still in Florida warehouse. Tracking info. Is a joke!

I like the whole glow bowl concept but it does not stay put on the rim of the toilet. After it falling several times and the batteries in the battery compartment scattering all over the bathroom floor, I had to duct tape the battery compartment shut and duct tape the arm to stay on the toilet rim. THAT IS RIDICULOUS! Please re-make this product so that does not occur! Also, the stupid air freshener thingy falls out very easily. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT - YOU WILL REGRET IT - UNLESS YOU HAVE SOME DUCT TAPE!

Ordered the 5 deal, buy 3 get 2 free! First one worked for 6 minutes. The rest didn't work at all! So frustrating when you, in good faith, order on line, but the products you receive are garbage and no one wants to help you! A good idea is to call your state Attorney General and complain. Also write a review. Most importantly...
DO NOT ORDER ON LINE. Even though it is convenient, is it really?
Come on people! Help put an end to these businesses that scam and have no ethics, morals or decency!

My glowbowl just faded out right in front of my eyes. I put in 3 new batteries and it only lights up green now. Any suggestions? Bad batteries? Reset?

Wanted to give 0 stars if I could. Bought 2 as Christmas gifts (thought would be cool gift) however doesn't work at all. Light doesn't come on with sensor you have to press for light but only stays on couple of seconds. Wrote to company but have not gotten a response.

Site says ships within 48 hours I waited 21 days and I'm pretty sure they haven't even taken it to the shipper to be shipped as it's been 8 days without shipping updates. Don't purchase items with this company it's a total scam!

I bought a glow bowl and I was very happy with it for a month. Then it stopped working. I put in new batteries, and NOTHING!. I kept trying and hoping it would stat back working but that never happened. I eventually threw it away. I cannot see myself buying another one. No I do not have a photo or proof of purchase. This was last year.

I've purchased 4 of these Glow Bowl Items and they work grate and are apriciated by the Friends and Relatives that I have shown them to.

Waking up in the middle of the night to answer natures call is not always uneventful. Typically, you need to turn on the lights to find your way, which also means you may wake up those that are sleeping snug in their beds. All this can be solved with a motion activated toilet light by GlowBowl.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT! DOES NOT WORK! I contacted them with no response, so they know too its a bad product. Please save your money, I bought several for Christmas last year and none worked very long, even with new batteries... Shame!

Bought 2 of these. Opened 1 and installed on master bath toilet. Husband is disabled and thought it would help him at night. It worked maybe 2 nights and then changed to color red.( yuck in a toilet) and ran the batteries right out. Opened the second one, thinking the first one was a fluke... nope worked for about half of 1night and is now red, and either on all the time or off all of the time... which defeats the purpose. Hate that they don't work. Good idea, bad engineering. My brother the electrician laughed at me...

I bought one glow bowl and they sent a replacement immediately. Now I have 3. The only one working is the one still on the original batteries. The other two, no matter what battery brand you use, will never work again. Sad to report.

I emailed Jeff at GlowBowl to cancel the order because it took too long. I had wanted to give as sibling gifts, but it didn't arrive, so I purchased other things. Instead of cancelling, he expedites the order. So, I still have to eat the return costs, email the company and wait for a return number to enclose, and write and sign an letter all to get a refund. It was supposed to be a funny gift, but the jokes on me.

Don't waste your money... bought one 2 months ago and it has already stopped working, replaced 3 different sets of batteries and nothing. Loved it while it worked! It has 60 day warranty, that's about how long it lasts. The website email doesn't work so will be calling the number on their website tomorrow from 9-5. Very dissatisfied!

Loved them when we bought them. One in house, one in RV. Now one won't work at all and one only works on red. Emailed the company twice with no response. They have no phone number listed on their website either. Too bad, because it is a great idea but with virtually no customer service, it is worthless.

VERY POOR PRODUCT AND SERVICE - Don't BUY IT! IT's all a money scam! I bought the 5pk for $50+ dollars and half of them didn't work and then there is no reply when I tried to get replacements or new ones or anything else! They are crap!

Bought at least 13 of these from different vendors cuz they are very unique. My friends and family love them. My issue for my 2 is that they stop and u change the battery and still not working. Spent a good $150 plus included shipping and handling. What to do, cuz it seems like a rip off..
