I purchased 4 pairs of the same frame that I liked. Within 9 months three out of four were broken after light use. All three simply had a hinge snap in half. After numerous emails and pushing back on their refusal to do anything, they finally agreed to send me one pair of frames. Within 10 days that pair has broken in the exact same way the others had. They are now refusing to replace these. Save your money and go to Zenni. Same price and the ones I've bought there have held up wonderfully.
Contacted Glassesshop after ordering my pair of sunglasses that only lasted 5 months with minimal use they started bubbling and i was being nice contacting them to see if they would help me out to continue buying glasses from them and they wouldn't budge with there 30 day warranty garbage when all they make is not good quality for higher pricing. Going to take my business back to Costa del mar where they always had treat me right with proper warranty and customer service.

I ordered purple Jinbee glasses. I received brown glasses with no flowers on them. I contacted customer service and was told they can't do a second return (my first pair fit badly) and that the glasses don't always end up looking like they appear. In other words they lie to get people money. Very pissed.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from them after having had a disappointing order from EyeBuyDirect. I LOVE MY GLASSES! I have a VERY high Rx (extremely nearsighted), so I was afraid that my lenses would be extra thick (which is what happened with the other order from other company). I paid the extra for the high index lenses just as I did with EBD, and these glasses are SO not thick like others I have had. The order was easy, the receipt was quick, and I LOVE THEM BOTH! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to their return policy. I was not ecstatic about it, but I took a chance hoping I would not need to return...and I am glad I did!

*Update* GlassesShop did reach out and offer a full refund for my order and did not require I return the glasses I received. I honestly would have preferred to return the glasses, but they do not offer prepaid shipping labels to return, so I would have had to pay out of pocket. I had to leave a review here and file a complaint on BBB to get this refund, so I am only giving them 1 extra star, but it is worth noting that they will do the right thing when push comes to shove.
I normally do my research before buying from a new company, and I'm paying for my lack of due dilligence now. I sent an email to their customer service earlier, but judging by the reviews on this website, I won't get a satisfactory solution without posting here.
I ordered 2 sets of glasses and both sets are useless to me. First, the lenses are WAY thicker than they should be if the 1.67 high-index lenses were used, which is what I selected and paid for. I have other glasses of a similar size and shape that also use 1.67 and the difference is striking in the thickness of the lenses. In fact, one set I ordered from GlassesShop is a good bit smaller than my other pairs, so by GlassesShop's own admission in other responses, the thickness of the lens should be less than the larger frames, right? Well, that is not the reality of what I received. On the larger pair the lens is actually wavy on the edges, which I have never seen before, and is definitely not correct.
I have a very high prescription, which is why I always pay for at least 1.67 high-index lenses. The lenses in the glasses I received cause vision distortion in the entire lens except the exact middle, rendering them useless to me. The distortion is extreme, where anything outside of the exact center of the lens immediately becomes blurry and stretched.I am very disappointed in what I received and would like a full refund, as I have no confidence at all that GlassesShop will be able to successfully create glasses lenses with my prescription.
I am more than happy to return the glasses to GlassesShop if I am sent a prepaid shipping label. My order number is *******161.

There are lots of great frames to choose from and they have a buy one get one deal so I got two pairs of glasses for the price of one and I'm so happy about that! I ordered the Laura in Crystal and they are GORGEOUS. I also ordered Edwina in the green and the color was softer than I expected and so I was able to reach out to customer service and have them switched out quickly and efficiently. I chose new frames and they got me set up straight away!

I am finally at that age where my sight needed more correction to have more than just 1 pair of glasses. I was super excited to see the website with such good prices on frames. Once you added in all the other costs to get good lenses, it is still decently priced. Not great, but decent.
So, first 2 months all was well. Then in 3rd month, a screw fell out of the hinge. As it happens, this particular screw is not a size anyone carries. Not any eye glass place I could go to. All are either too big, or too small. Found one that kind of fits, but it is loose and it is going to fall out soon.
I reached out to get a screw to fix it. I am willing to pay for this screw.
And this is where you get into the weeds with them.
They do NOT have any for sale and do NOT support "fixing" their glasses. They only want to sell you frames. They also do not allow you to send it in to get it fixed.
They will offer you 50% off a frame, and oh, yes, you also have to pay for shipping.
Color me utterly unimpressed. A freaking miniature screw will cost me $20 if I choose that route.
Update!
They reached out to me and they themselves agree that it is a bit crazy to not support their products and did offer me a new pair of glasses (same style different color).
I hope they learn that some of us like what we ordered and would like some support to the product we got.
Please make it easier to get support!

Check the hinges and make sure nothing is even loose on it. If anything is, you only have 30 days to get things fixed/replaced/refunded under the policy.

I really liked my glasses. They Rx seemed good and the fit was great. I started noticing spots that would
Not come off. I only cleaned with mild hand soap. I contacted customer service and was told the coating was damaged and offered a new pair for at half cost. I then inspected my other 3 pair and they all had the same problem. In this case you get what you pay for. I would be very careful ordering from here.

Over the last 2 years I have ordered 6 pairs. 3 sunglasses, 1 reading and 2 progressive. All same prescription all same index. The sun glasses coating gets all distorted and wavy after just a few weeks leading to blury vision. The last order arrived with lenses 3 times thicker than normal (despite being same index and prescription as previous) the incorrect PD on one and single vision instead of progressive on the other. Buyer beware! Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful.

The ordering was easy, the first pair I got was progressive - which I've never worn before - and it turns out they gave me a massive headache. I asked for an exchange and they sent standard bifocals for only a delivery charge of $5.95.
Excellent customer service, really nice glasses and they honored their satisfaction guarantee policy. Highly recommended!

While I loved the frames I purchased, within three months, the lenses started to become wavy, making it impossible to read anything. When I contacted customer service, I was told that since I was unable to get a good photo of the issue, there was nothing that could be done since I was outside of the 30 day window. Maybe if I had a better camera, I might have been able to get this issue fixed, but as it stands, my phone's camera is apparently not good enough for my glasses to be fixed.

They blame "delays in Paypal", they delay weeks of delays on "float",'but they absolutely refuse to cancel an order when they refuse to ship it. Weeks and weeks you will wait and they will take your money and block your attempt to go with someplace else. Absolute worst retailer I've dealt with in 2 years. Oh - and their crappy glasses fall apart off your head while you're driving. 8 emails requesting cancelation and they won't do it. Nightmare firm, STAY AWAY.

Poor product and services... first they charge for glasses and shipping suppose to free then they again charge for shipping without informing. Second they order from China same product is on aliexpress which you can order for few bucks. Third we have order progressive lens but what it wasn't progressive lenses. Old fashion 2 piece lens not progressive at all. Disappointed quality.

They don't treat their customers well
THEY DO NOT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WELL.
I had many interactions about quality issues. And failed to get any satisfactory resolution to the issues.
I got a bad frame. And the vendor is saying that they will send the replacement frame. But it is no good as I have to change the lenses manually. Or I have to find an optician to get them changed after a payment. A quick quality check at the vendor's end would have stopped this issue to happen.
2nd I got bad lens in one of my orders. The lenses lasted JUST 10 MONTHS. For which the vendor squarely blamed me. The claimed I had used harsh chemicals on those lenses without checking with me.
I am writing all these because these glasses are costing me $100s and are not given for free.
In my last few interactions the vendor kept harping about 100 points I have in my account I can use for discount in the new order. Those 100 points are $1.00 and vendor is making it so that they are making huge concession to me. It is ridiculous $1 discount to frames/glasses costing $200 or so.
I have explained the issues to the vendor many times and not addressed.

After buying multiple eyeglasses from the website the end has come.
First bad experience:
The coatings of the eyeglasses started to wore of after 10 months of use. When I complained to the vendor they told me that I have used harsh chemicals. I had never used any harsh chemicals on my eyeglasses ever. I have always used warm water with light soap to clean them. But the vendor claiming that I used harsh chemicals was tactic to silent me. I showed picture of eyeglasses even 10 years old with no damage to the coatings and the vendor was adamant. Coatings wearing off in 10 months of usage is unacceptable when top dollars were paid for the coatings.
After this episode I ordered 2 pairs of eye glases from the vendor. And both had issues.
The first eyeglasses's frame was weak and broken. The nose pads were loose. One of the arms was loose. Vendor didn't do anything.
And second eyeglasses's prescription was not proper. It makes me dizzy after a while. And complaints about it went unaddressed.

I tried to track my order and USPS wesotesaid to contact merchant due to counterfeit postage. I was told sever times I would be receiving a refund, despite several requests for a refund confirmation I never received one. I was given carrying excuses as to the issue. One was that they were hacked another was that the items were lost in shipping. Now I am being told that my
Glasses were delivered and the refund that was probably never issued is being over turned. Cannot even get ahold of anyone. I have to wait hours in chat. No one answers the phone either.

I am editing my previous glowing review to 1 star. They block people instead of talking to them about any issues. My script was wrong and when I said that they decided to stop doing business with me. The multitude of 1 star reviews speak for themselves. The glasses were always nice and I never had blurred vision or anything with the script but they were in fact not the prescription that I requested.
