Absolutely amazing gift shop. They really made it easy for me being from USA to send a birthday gift to Puerto Plata in Dominican Republic. Customer service is extremely warm, and makes you feel very comfortable ordering. I highly recommend Giftsnideas.com. Order: 021323376, gorgeous teddy bear with flowers.
This service has been reported to FTC.gov for malpractice They either blatantly don't deliver what your ordered stealing your money or if you keep pestering them they will deliver something of a much lower value thus keeping the difference. My gift was supposed to be delivered in mid Mar and was delivered in mid April after multiple threatening calls to them, what they ultimately delivered was something completely different to what was advertised, it's a total scam
I ordered via this company for delivery for Xmas, the order never got delivered. I have logged many complaints yet the company do not follow up you just email saying give us 48 hours. Specifically Sam and Sarah I have emailed and not had any replies from. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My God. I just placed and order. Will I be the next victim? No answer yet despite my follow up. I hope they deliver.
I have used GiftsnIdeas services in past, every time I gave them benefit of doubt not delivering the right gift and on right time but this time they intentional scammed me.
1-They Won't deliver what they display on their website.
2- Never delivered parcel on the chosen date.
3- Mostly outsource in half of the amount you paid.
4- Unprofessional, scammer & untrustworthy.

Horrible and difficult, frustrating how one should start to do any transactions.
The procedures to start anything with Gifts & Ideas are unclear, and complicated. I spent 2 hours struggling trying to understanding or how to attempt purchase gifts in its website.
Really stupid!
And got my details and took my credit details, but disallowed my further access under the so- called ID or account created. Confusing...,,,,,! I finally gave up after 3 hours.
I am very disappointed with this site! Scammers! What I ordered is far too different on what was delivered! It was wrapped poorly. The description said "24 cadburry chocolates" but there were only 3 unknown chocolates inside the box. The teddy bear was ugly and so small. The flowers were dry and not even wrapped properly and the color was different from the pictures. I didn't get my moneys worth. It was so expensive and they just stuffed it in the box and delivered it! Shame on you GIFTS AND IDEAS! Never again!

I ordered a cake for my nephews birthday. They charged me 100 $#*!ing dollars and delivered some cheap cake from a shop worth $17dollrs and these people forgot to remove the price tag from it. Alssssoooo they send card online on whstaspp what a disgusting joke When i tried to complain no one replied. So upset i wasted so much money

I was sceptic as I read some negative reviews (after I placed the order) and that made me anxious for few days anticipating to see whether my order will be delivered in Germany, and I was ordering from another country. But the order arrived just on time and in a great condition, just as it was on the picture on the web site. And the birthday surprise was complete. Will use this site again. Thank you.

Like many, I have read the reviews after I placed 8 orders as business gifts from Toronto to Germany. At the end, my worries were no needed. All is delivered and Sarah from customer service contact me herself via whatsup to confirm that all is good.
Ordered gift baskets, one was golden moments basket and the other coffee gourmet.
- Delivery was late
- All products have been substituted for much lesser quality items.
- Raised my complaint to the seller and sent images for comparison. They denied what I was complaining on. Just by looking at the images you know they have deceived you.

I ordered a Deluxe Fruit and Cheese Basket for my Aunt who's diabetic and what I got is a completely different basket with a value of half or less of what I paid! I tried calling, texting and messaging them but no reply! I was fooled by this website!

After days of begging for them to deliver or refund my me. They delivered something that I didn't order. Believe the reviews guys and save yourself a headache of dealing with these scammers.

I order birthday gift teddy for $150. They delivered flowers after a week and after numerous e-mail and web chat they refund me $15. They are cheater not able to reach them via mobile. Don't trust and waste your money. Iam looking for their registered address to take severe action on this cheater. Pls spread around don't get cheated by this kind of cheater business and spoil your memorable moments. Order not delivered but they declared As delivered and no response.

Was worried based on reviews, even emailed them cause I was concerned about these reviews, but they were VERY professional, called me from their SF USA office, made an extra effort to reach the recipient who didn't have a local phone number, and delivered on time. I would feel confident ordering from them again.

Scammers. Asked for uploading my ID photos after charging me for a gift and the same day delivery. They don't answer calls. You have to chat to bot on their website. Then someone with heavy indian accent called me and told me if I dont provide my ID photos, they will not deliver the order. I opened a dispute this those scammers and cancelled credit card. Will keep you posted.
