Free Credit Score

Unfortunately I watched the commercial and they assure you how FREE it is as well as how it is hassle free. So I entered All my info & of course at the very end I had to enter my credit card... which wouldn't be charged. Unless I cancel within the 30 days. I called to cancel it but I couldn't get anyone to answer! And then I tried again... you'd think they'd have records of calls & legit attempts. Well after not looking at the bank account I rarely use I see 3 charges for $30 something each. I finally got them on the phone (my bank did) and they could clearly see that (because they told me they could) that I went on it one time, ONE SIGN IN within the free period. And then I would never logged on it again. They refused to credit me back the charged. And for $100 I could really have used that $ for other imperative things, like FOOD... I was very, very disappointed and unhappy.

P.S. THIS IS A TRUE STORY. What a nightmare.

I have had a lot of bad experiences with credit repair companies, all the credit score they told me they boosted was actually false and all negatives on my report wasn't cleaned. I was so disappointed and try Richard. I have read a lot of recommendations about him which at first made me doubt his legitimacy but when I contacted him and told him exactly what I want him to do he got it done amazingly and showed me proof before I made the balance payment. I wish to recommend him to you all *******@gmail.com. You won't regret he worked for you.

I just opened the account, which said 7 day free trial. As soon as I clicked on "See them Instantly" button next to "Check all 3 Reports & Scores for accuracy!" it charged me $32.95 and $1 instantly. I did not receive any message that I'll be charged to see the reports. I do not understand I was not offered anything free as a 7 day trial.

I had to call the customer care and immediately cancel my account. The reports provided are correct but nothing is free as mentioned in the site.

What a joke! I was charged $31.95 during the first 10 minutes of my free trial for a full credit report I didn't ask for. After requesting a refund they stated they could only refund me $17. I told them to cancel my account completely and they literally started whining like little kids to keep my business. I asked for a full refund and they offered me a membership for 50% off. I said not unless they refund me the full $31.95. They wouldn't so I hung up on them. They did cancel my account but would not give me the full refund. Stay as far away from this site as you can. SCAM!
