So you put your product out there I suggest take care of your customer and do the right thing.
Prices are reasonable. Prompt call back times. E-mail alerts were very quick. No call waits. The service offers pick ups as well as installation. Both prices are excellent. Made two calls after I made a call to Fraser. Hands down, Fraser was more reasonable & affordable.

Worst customer service disrespectful and VERY rude talked to a man called jimmy he said he was there for 30 years and he asked me how many engines did he have. Obviosly i dont no, he wouldnt transfer me as he said he was the only one that could help me he wouldnt take the quote number i received the prior day asked him again for a different salesman he got mad rude and told me he was going to block my number, so i called back and guess what i got a different sales person she said jimmy was a real problem My hopes are that the owner David Fraser see's this review and see whats happening in His own company. BIg companys go down too I noticed alot of bad reviews and its all about the sales reps and their rude and disrespectful attitudes I just bought 2 bad engines and both were put in the car im on engine 3 so his disrespect didnt help any

Very terrible Company to deal with. Poor communication: they don't respond to emails, phone calls, and they'll loop you into a customer service agent that doesn't help you one bit; basically a messenger. Then don't expect to receive a phone call back in regards to it thereafter either. Yes the phone calls are long as customer service wants everything from you but your social security number!
Then you'll get a text message offering you $10 for your review. IT'S FAKE, THEY DON'T GIVE YOU ANYTHING. Don't waste your time with this fake company, they'll do nothing but burn your time on an engine job!

She purchased a motor from this company and thought we had made a great decision because we purchased the motor warranty. We have had this motor replaced once and repaired costing $1,444.77 in recent repairs. My husband travels for work and on his journey to work in Grain Valley, Mo it failed again leaving him with only the option to find a ship there which is 10 hours away from our home leaving us with another 400.00 in rental car expenses. You would think that if you purchase a warranty that you would feel secure not a chance I was told by Paul that his supervisor had approved him to pay this invoice and haven't spoken to him since. Purchased engine and transmission and extended (life) warranty... small problem, after about 30k miles, leak coming from transmission in two places. Placed several calls and told a message will be given to Paul and have him call me back. He actually did call me back once requesting numbers off the transmission that I do not have. He indicated he would call me back, several days go by, no call. I called him... again, will get him a message is what I hear... no return call; called again, will get him a message and again, no return call; call him again, will get him a message etc... I feel I am being avoided and the problem is so small... makes me wonder if they will be there for us if we have a component failure... no real confidence.

They are scamming people they will never send you anything and you will be stuck paying it you are financing. I have been asking for a sime update on my status since June 1st and they literally Have not responded to me once.
And I just got a message from them saying that they canceled my order and that they're done with me and that they broke their back for me when they literally have done nothing for me and I'm stuck paying for absolutely nothing! Trust me don't use them!
Anthony at the front desk was beyond un helpful and disrespectful. Name calling and beyond rude. We are a local family owned business. We were ordering a 4,000 dollar motor. When Anthony decided "i couldn't care less if you do or don't order from us" his words. When asked to speak to someone else or a manager he proceeded to say he was the manager and refused to transfer us to someone else because of our "attitude" when we apologized and asked how we had attitude as we are simply just trying to order a motor. He said "im not asking you if you have attitude i am telling you" "im not asking you im telling you who you are and how to be better if you want training ect ect" ive been in customer service for over 20 years and I've never experienced even my worst employees talk to customers like this. He has interrupted us screamed at us and refused to let us even talk. Listen to the calls. This guy is beyond disrespectful. He has now called us back multiple times and just keeps insulting us and calling us names. I have the calls on recording and I will be blasting this everywhere and I will make sure that none of our customers and business ever purchases anything from this place again. Future buyers beware as they won't help you or warranty their stuff when it fails either. This company needs to get their counter straight because this is not okay.

I called Fraser engines to purchase an engine for my 2014 Ford f350. John said it was in stock. Paid $******* on 10/26/22. Promised it was shipped, to arrive every week on Wednesday since. Nothing. Very slow replies. Just want what I paid for. Order #*******, its been a month. Ive spent $2800 in car rental fees still no engine. Very poor service. They were recommended to me from someone that used them 6 years ago.
It is too good a great service and with great quality of workers it is simply perfect in its professional field

I bought my 5.7l hemi 2003 ram engine heavy duty high endurance from them and it's still running like hell on wheels! Damn good engine! Sounds like a lot of you people are having problems with customer service as did I even back then. But now it's sounds like customer service has gotten way worse. That's really a shame because they did make good engines 4 years ago and it sounds like management needs a revamp. If the actual owner reads this know that you make the far superior engines than what these garbage auto manufacturers are making as most of their engines are made in Mexico the very same country now flooding our border their rejects. We Americans have to stand together and I for one want to see this company grow stronger and it won't do that by insulting and degrading it's customers. Or lowering it's standards. If you have bad employees? Get rid of them even if they are family because family can destroy a good business faster than anything if they aren't devoted to said business. As for my engine I followed the break in instructions as if it was God himself talking to me and I keep nothing but clean oil in it. Engine is so damn good I decided to restore the whole truck. I couldn't buy this truck today because all they are making is crap. All I can say is that I bought this engine 4 years ago and I am not disappointed. As for staff, that was an issue 4 years ago and doesn't sound like it got fixed. Really be a shame to see another American company go to hell because of the help.

Ask to speak with the owner. Don’t deal with his lackey’s. Now if the owner gives crap and is rude I suppose there’s other options out there. Now he sells his heavy duty high endurance engine’s to Jasper who turns around and tacks on another 1800 or at least that was the case for my truck. So I wouldn’t argue with him over the price.

In looking for a motor for my RAM 1500 5.7L, i received Fraser Engines as a recommendation. After talking with them, I purchased a Complete motor and had it installed. I am well pleased with the service that I have had with Fraser Engines so far. I have not complaints with them at all.
Was told engine would ship April 8th when that didn't happen was told April 15th. Emailed the Fraser again I got the same response will look into it and get back to you. I was told someone would call me today with answers and nothing! Copy of my last email ( I am giving this to my VP, Paul. I am not getting correct information from our shop and I am getting frustrated. I can only imagine the headache this is causing you. I will have Paul reach out to Lanny and find out what is going on. Either myself or Paul will call you directly tomorrow with more information.)

I would really like to give a 5. Buying the engine was easy and friendly. Trying to get core deposit return not so much. Core was sent back late March. I have called 3 times to talk to someone of why I have not received my money for the core return. I called in April, was told someone would call me in 1-2 business days. Nope. Called in early May. Again someone would return my call 1-2 business days. Called again May 22nd. Someone will call you 1-2 business days. Here it is going into June and yet no one has called me back. I was told in April core deposit would take 7-14 business days for me to receive my money back. Then when I called in May it would be 4 weeks. Of course no one can tell me if they even have received my core because why….? Someone will return my call in 1-2 business days. Funny how they call you back when buying their product. But not when you are trying to get your core deposit back! Customer service said they would put my complaint to the top of the list. But of course it must not be a big deal.
Significant improvement over the original Chevrolet engine. Problems with oil consumption are gone. Will suggest that anyone with a 2.4 liter in the problem years to replace with one of these engines
Called today 9/11/2020 again after getting a run-around about two valve-3 valve engine. That they said they couldn't tell from the previous call. Wasted two days and the previous guy said he couldn't tell from my VIN? So talked to this guy * who said he is the owner? After going thru what I want to order a 4.6 engine with gold option, he said he had to add a mandatory $99 fuel charge because of the weight? First I have never heard of this in three different calls to explain the charges. So I guess I'm fine and tell him I want to use the $100 coupon and he then tells me that by check or bank transfer. He says its right on the coupon, just not exactly as he said, it says e-check which probably has no charge back protections. So i ask to speak to the Owner, and he says hes the owner and he will pray for me? This deal got bad with all the additional charges and they even charge for the core upfront and make you prove return. Also the $99 fuel charge is just another fee as most trucking companies charge flat rates. The BS to take away protections of after sale for chargeback is unheard of today in this business, so if you do decide to do business here be wary and make sure its all in writing.
PS after posting this review on this site and others I got a text from *******612 that was run by someone at Fraser engines that reveled all of my bio and address. I will file a police report concerning this matter and will document to other sites

After doing a lot of research and reading reviews of each company, I chose Fraser Engines mainly because of the price and the no questions asked 5 year unlimited mile warranty. I ordered the 5.4 3v engine on 18 Feb 2020, I spoke with Michael when placing the order and was told the engine was in stock and could ship once funds were received, I gave Michael my banking info and opted to pay by electronic check that would also save me a 100.00 bucks. I received the invoice promptly and immediately saw a problem and I began wondering if I made the right decision, the invoice did not reflect the $100.00 discount. I called back and spoke with Michael and he said it should have been and that he would get with the girls in accounting to fix it. Well two days went by and no new invoice so I emailed customer service inquiring about the invoice and wasn't long I received a call from Robert Fraser asking how he could help and he didn't understand the wacky email, after explaining to him he then apologized as he just skimmed the email and advised he would take of it. I had the correct invoice by the end of the day. Also the funds were deducted from my bank 20 Feb 2020 the same day Robert corrected the invoice. Now for the $100.00 discount they owed me I was told once my funds hit their bank they would refund me. Anyways to shorten this long review my money was pending in their account on 25 Feb 2020 per the lady I spoke with and she said it should clear overnight and the engine shipping details would be emailed to me. On 26 Feb 2020 the engine showed up early that morning at the shop, but was in the very front of the trailer so the driver said he would come back after he unloaded the trailer which was fine. About 1:30 the driver came back and we unloaded the engine. I checked my emails and at 3:20 CST I received an email the engine shipped with a tracking number, I just laughed as we already had the engine. As for the $100.00 it was deposited back into my account on 28 Feb 2020 without me making a call or email, thanks to Fraser for that. Now for the core refund, the core was shipped on 5 Mar 2020 and delivered at 7:16am CST on 9 Mar 2020 with a signature of receipt. The invoice states that "Once the core is picked up, normally takes 10 to 14 days for the refund due to the transit time and our check in process". Now today is the 14th day and I haven't received an email or call from anyone at Fraser Engines about the core, I'm assuming all is good with the core as I've heard nothing and expect they will refund the $450.00 in a couple days, if not guess I'll have to take the time and call them to check on it. Now for the engine don't hesitate to buy from Fraser as it was as advertised and installed per there instructions. Truck is running great with about a 160 miles on the engine. The only hiccup was that Auto-Zone supplied the wrong water pump and had to wait until the next day to get the correct one.
Order an engine mid July. Male who answered was rude and hung up when I asked about different warranty options. I needed the engine so I called back and ordered it. Within an hour the core price went up. The final price was 17% more than original quote and some of that we know is taxes but 17%?. I was told 2 weeks before delivery and when I asked for tracking number I was told they'd call me back in a week with it. I had to call them a week later and was told the engine I bought "didn't dyno test right before shipping" and they had to order parts and it'd be another 4 -6 weeks. I waited an additional 4 weeks and called to find out status because I needed to get the vehicle back. Zero information available and I had to leave a message for someone else. Called the following day and was told that the engine had not yet shipped and that there was "nothing in the notes" about the status or ETA. I was asked me if I wanted to cancel the order. I asked for a few days to think about it. The rep said they would not cancel the order yet, they would wait until I got back to them because they "didn't want me to lose my place in line" – which I found to be a very strange comment since I had already paid for the engine a month prior – I shouldn't be in any line - I already paid for it. The following day I called to cancel the order. I was told I had to speak to a supervisor. That man was abrupt and when I asked him to email me a confirmation of the cancellation he said I'd have it soon. We never received the cancellation confirmation so I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was given a conditional refund. Now its another month later and the credit card company reapplied that huge charge back on to my account, supposedly sent me a notice which I never received. When I looked at the letter they sent, which they directed me to on their website there was no rationale or details about the response from Fraser Engines, but they would not have reapplied the charge if Fraser Engines had been honest about the failed and cancelled transaction. So 4 hours later and 2 additional calls to Fraser Engines and we just got an email saying our credit card has been refunded... no return calls, just the email.
Based all all available information it appears Fraser Engines never had the engine they sold and charged us for 2 months ago and they not only never processed the cancellation refund, they were dishonest when contacted by our Credit Card company about the dispute.
Since we already wasted 2 months on this BS we figured it was worth spending another 20 minutes to warn others.
They were very helpful and quick on giving me quote on price and parts that I need for my vehicle they were very helpful

A couple of months ago the engine in my dodge went out. After some searching i called frasier they had one on hand spoke with john( he was very nice) I puchased the engine was here in 3 days installed it had a little problem so the dealership and i called the warranty department spoke to paul (another extremly nice person)located another engine got in a about a week its now installed and runs great no problems. I will certianly recommend them and do my business with them. It took a couple of months in all and paul the vp with the warranty department stayed in touch the whole time. They deserve 10 stars.
