Ordered a dress for daughters wedding but not what i expected in terms of fabric and fitting.
I emailed supplier and provided information for return and have not heard anything for months even though i have been sending a message each month since April. Am upset as I have this dress lying around, i don't want.

After taking some rough measurements, I ordered this dress (somewhat nervously) and waited for it to arrive. The dress came in a package and when I unwrapped it, I was astounded to see it was pretty close to perfect albeit a bit crumpled. Good stitching, heavy fabric and it fit perfectly. I can't believe how positive an experience this has been shopping here and it will not be the last time. I shall recommend this site to any friends wanting formal or party dresses. I am very impressed.

The dress arrived in Australia after only 24 days from the booking. This looks exactly like in the picture and the fabric is smart and fits very well, it is also extremely comfortable. Finally I would also like to compliment the service of immediate response that occurs in the case of requests, I had some problems with the payment but was soon found an appropriate and satisfying solution. It was my first experience with this amazing site, but I feel I will become a regular customer of this site.

This dress is absolutely beautiful! My daughter loves it. The quality and overall look of the dress is better than we ever expected! The fabric underskirt is so pretty and adds such a unique touch to the skirt. The beaded bodice is so elegant and just lovely. Shipping was very fast and it arrived well before the date we requested. Very Very poor. We ordered a dress for my daughter's formal and when it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture. The dress supplied was the wrong colour, and despite their policy of refund for wrong colour, they refused to honour. It was a very pale copy of the dress on their website: on the website, an elegant, flowy ROSE gold dress. What we received, heavy cheap looking gold dress. Look at the photos, they speak for themselves! Never order from that site! We lost 165$

I ordered custom sizing because I am over 6 feet tall and also needed some other modifications according to your size chart, but I was a little nervous about how it would fit. The quality is good and I couldn't be more pleased with the fit and look of the dress I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly it came. I would definitely order from you again. Thank you.

Do not purchase a dress from this site. My purchase didn't come in time for my event (ordered over two weeks beforehand). Refused to refund me. They are based in China and take no accountability for their poor customer service. Better off throwing your money in the garbage bin, a more worthy recipient than this company. Will lie to you.

I was really nervous when I ordered this dress because I had read a lot of online reviews saying not to order from this website because the dresses never came as they looked online. However, once I received the package I was beyond amazed with the dress. It is exactly as seen online, it fits true to size and the color is vibrant. The quality of the dress is amazing as well. Overall, I am beyond impressed and would definitely recommend this to purchase for prom or another formal event.

The dress fits very well and is so well made. The top is modest. I loved that we could request a length and it was made for my daughter's measurements. It has built in bra cups which is great. The color is just as depicted on the screen.The dress arrived far before the estimated ship date. I would order from this company again.

The dress arrived after three-and a half weeks, and I was very pleased with it. The colour - royal blue - was very nice, and it was a very good fit. It was a good idea to pay the small supplement to have it tailor-made. Luckily it was easy to find some accessories. It would also be a good idea to sell some options for such accessories on your website. Another idea: it would be nice if there was a wider choice in fabric available - for a supplement of course.

Absolutely terrible! If you're looking for a sign not to buy, here it is. Trust me guys, you will 100% regret this. Cheap dresses made in China horrible horrible horrible. Look carefully at the all the 5 star reviews. Same writing style, all 1 review per account. Much better off getting a $200-$300 dress from Alamour or Bariano.

My daughter fell in love with the picture and we were not disappointed. The dress looked beautiful on her. For the money the dress was worth it! Even though we sent in her exact measurements the dress ran a little big. Having never worn strapless before we had a strap sewn on and my daughter felt comfortable and confident all night. Would definitely order again!

The accuracy of the ordering process, the tracking as well as the the delivery and the actual receipt of my order were outstanding. I knew that because of the indicated length, I would need the dress cut and hemmed. The hemming was the only alteration needed. The color and fit are perfect. I was worried at first, getting a formal dress online but boy am i happy i did. This dress is so so so soooooooooo pretty. I did a custom fit and it fits be like a glove. Very well made dress. I was afraid to order on this site until the last moment, but then I decided to take a chance and didn't regret. The dress is sewn qualitatively, good fabric and nice color. I'm pretty tall, so the dress was sewn by special measures and sat on me perfectly. The order came very quickly. I'm absolutely satisfied and will advise this site to all friends.

OMG... this dress is stunning! First time ordering and I am thrilled! Packaged beautifully! Cannot believe the details... even has a "bra strap" to add to the fit! Zipper is a little tough at the waist to get up, but no other issues! I cannot believe the quality! Measurements for length were tricky and I suggest barefoot, as they add length for heels. This is my only concern and I hope I can find tall comfortable heels to get this off the floor! I cannot say enough about this dress... will definitely order again.

I am extremely unhappy with the quality of the dress that arrived. It was missing a large amount of heading from the armpit and another smaller section on the back. When this was pointed out to Formal Dress Australia they said that they inspect all dresses and sent through the photos of the dress which you can clearly see the beads are missing. They still will not give a full refund although the dress is useless. I have attached their response and the photos of the dress

I'm in the blue but I would just like to say I was extremely nervous before my formal, I was wondering about how my dress was going to look and fit when it came in, I patiently waited because I had never ordered something this big offline but when it came in I tried it on I was just blown away with the dress but I was still so scared but formal rolled around and I put that dress on and felt beautiful!
