Fonality.com, I have been with this company for 7 plus years. The only thing I have to complain about is the time it take their customer service department to answer a "Non Server Down Call", about 7 to 10 minutes. If, on the other hand, you call about a "server down" issue, I have no Idea where they get the techs from, but they answer inside of 2 minutes. So if you are in the market for a VOIP system, if you see them, it's OK by me..
