I had my dining room carpet replaced with gorgeous hardwood flooring from Flooring Zone. The salesman did an excellent job of helping me match it to he existing hardwood in my kitchen. I have never had such a professional team like their installers who removed the old carpet; installed the new flooring, placed all the furniture back in its place and left my home neater than when they arrived! In my book they earn more than 5 stars. Will definitely be recommending them to my friends! Mary B.
DO NOT MESS WITH CHRIS CHENEY AND HIS COMPANY (Flooring Zone), HE DOESNT LIKE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS MESS UPS, please look at the attached pics and you will see there is no way the customer did this damage to the floor these issues happened during or before installation issue. How can you mess up a floor on one plank leaving no marks on others or around other planks, and when i told him what the inspector found and told him he said it happen 2 weeks after he was done. Even if that is true how did the customer do all that damage. He know his installers did it or the floor was damaged while or before they started
