Very happy with my China purchase at Fine Brand Sales. Quality and price could not be better. Shipping Was as promised.

I have ordered a pot from this site in July 2021. They promised to deliver within 12 weeks. It is March 2022 and I am still waiting for the order to be sent to me. They do not respond to my calls or emails. I feel such a fool ordering from them. I will dispute this charge with my credit card. How can you do business like this. Ugh... The little savings that you get are not worth the aggravation.

I placed an order with Fine Brand Sales in February, and still have not gotten my order. My emails go unanswered for the most part and when they bother to answer it is a curt few words with zero information that is relevant or helpful. I finally called only to be told they have absolutely nothing to say about when or if my order will be fulfilled. When I asked to speak with someone who might have information, I was told there was no one. This feels very suspicious to me. Be careful.

Don't ever order anything from this site. I ordered in Aug and was told would be here in 8 weeks. 6 months later I'm still waiting. Despite numerous inquiries and emails, they barely respond and keep stringing along "it's preparing to ship" in end of November and then "oh, part of order is preparing to ship." Who wants a partial china set? And then it never did ship yet they claim it shipped in December and yet they didn't require a signature with Fed Ex for an order in excess of $500? I never received it and they never replied to this. Avoid at all costs! The small savings isn't worth the hassle. I've had to dispute with AMEX.

I bought 6 piece set of Bernardaud Etoiles Rim Soup and after receiving my order I was so happy with my new soup bowls. The design pattern is jewel like shapes inspired by 1940's. I'm loving my new set of bowls. It has a bold style. Thanks Fine Brand Sales for such a beautiful product.

I ordered 2 Hermes platters in October, 2020 as a wedding gift for my nephew. The items showed that they were in stock but could possibly take a few weeks to ship. By the end of December I checked with the company to find out when they would be shipped. I was told they were back ordered but was promised I would be called back by the next day for an update. I never heard from them either by phone or email. I called 1 week later and insisted on talking with the customer service manager. I explained to her the situation and she said she would look into it and get in touch with me by the next day. Again, I heard nothing. I had to call every 4 weeks but was always told they would look in to it and get in touch with me the next day. No one ever called or emailed me with any updates on the order but their website still listed the platters for sale and in stock. I finally called in the begining of May 2021 and demanded that they cancel my order and issue a refund. I would never do business with a company that has so little regard for custom service and no communication with their buyers. Do not let their great prices fool you in to thinking you will receive the items. I finally went directly to the Hermes website and received the platters within 2 1/2 weeks. It was worth paying a little more for great service guaranteed delivery.

Trust me, if you are wealthy enough to shop here, you don't appreciate what you have, I swear I'm trying to save your life just give it away and In the end you will thank me!

They tell you your china will be delivered in 7-10 days, take all your credit card info and then send you another email asking for more money and tell your your china will take 3 months. Stay away!

I ordered a Versace set early August and paid the deposit. Now mid December and nothing, including no responses from the business. I needed it for an event which was totally missed. I had to rent dinnerware. I also can no longer dispute the transaction on the credit card. It was over $1000 paid. They are crooks 100%.

I ordered Royal Copenhagen Blue Fluted Full Lace 5 piece place setting from Fine Brand Sales and it got delivered to me on time. It's a good quality product. I just love it. It's very beautiful and elegant. Thank you for your excellent service and timely delivery.

Great pricing and delivered nicely packed with all the Brand label features. I'll buy from Fine Brand Sales again.

WHAT MORE CAN YOU SAY? OUR DEPOSIT WAS GIVEN AND PRODUCT ORDERED 7/11/21 - IT IS 1/12/22 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH. WILL PURSUE RETURN OF DEPOSIT AND REPORT TO THE BBB.

Very good price on the Herend china. Order came well packaged shipped with fedex ground with tracking number.

We were so hesitant to order as we saw some bad reviews, we called up and she was kind and reassured us that they would help us all the way through. We bought the whole Versace line. It arrived this week and its all there, intact, gorgeous and complete. She did warn us that it would take time and if we were okay with that, which we were! Recommend this place with their amazing prices

Ordered on 01/28/2018 and last item was shipped on 07/24/2018. Had to constantly sending them emails to remind. Service is very lackluster. The contact person is unapologetic. Items came in without original boxes as indicated on website! Please avoid at any cost!

I love my new Bernardaud Etoiles Rim Soup bowl from Fine Brand Sales. The design around the rims is beautiful and the fine detailing make it a magnificent piece!
The delivery of my product was on time. I am happy with my purchase, just love the product. Keep brining such wonderful pieces so that we can purchase more items.
