“Horrible Experience”

To all the Brides planning your wedding and to my friends it is my recommendation that you DO NOT order anything online from Favor Warehouse! I placed an order on May 21st. They never answered any of my phone calls. Finally responded to my email on June 2nd telling me the order was cancelled! It is now June 19th and they still have not processed my refund for a product I NEVER received!

To all the Brides planning your wedding and to my friends it is my recommendation that you DO NOT order anything online from Favor Warehouse! I placed an order on May 21st. They never answered any of my phone calls. Finally responded to my email on June 2nd telling me the order was cancelled! Placed an order on 7/6/16 and never received it. Since I didn't get any reply to my emails and phone calls I did a charge back and placed a new order with another favor company (wedding favor discount) which I have received already. My recommendation is to call these favor compannies before you place an order. At least you know that someone will answer the phone to check on your order

I just recently ordered from this company some personalized coasters for my wedding on June 16 and paid for rushed processing. Which to date has yet to begin. They are very rude and keep your money and do not send you a product. I told the in an email yesterday that I was opening up a case with the bbb as well as reporting my bank with a fraudulent transaction. After I sent about six emails that they never responded to, I finally received a nasty reply say is your event not in August on the 7th, we'll printing takes time and we refunded your money! Really I'll see how long that transaction takes. Do your research and look elsewhere they scam people!

No reply to emails. Could never get a hold to anyone on phone. Order came in a week after my event. Order came in wrong. I took the time to write out what i wanted (personalize) on the glasses through the site and when the glasses arrived there was no personalization on the little printed picture.

After emailing this company too many times to count, I was truly disheartened to know that they do not treat the consumer like the customer that is keeping them in business. There is no need for a company to not publish a contact number unless, they cannot or will not be accountable for their orders! Plain and simple. Should have seen the red flag when I could not call ANYONE for assistance or an update. Finally, after about 8 emails to see why my order was being processed for over two weeks without a ship date, my money was refunded and they cancelled my order. Now I am scrambling to get favors for my 20th Wedding Anniversary!

I received an email from Favor Warehouse to review my purchase. This was somewhat humorous because Favor Warehouse took my money but never sent me my coasters. Each time I looked up the status of my purchase, it just said "distributor shipping" but never included a tracking number. After a month of not receiving my items and not receiving any word or update on my order I emailed the company. Waited several days and never heard back. Then I called, only to get a recording stating that all agents are busy and was not given the option to wait for an available agent. They just said "good-bye" and ended the call. I then realized that I was not going to get my coasters. I reported this to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge. Capital One tired reaching Favor Warehouse but was also unsuccessful. A little too late, I researched the credibility of Favor Warehouse. BBB gave it an "F". In conclusion... order at your own risk! Hope you get something to review!

I do not recommend doing business with this company. I will not be receiving my order from FavorWarehouse at all as they cancelled my order because they were unable to meet the shipping deadlines as posted on their website. I placed my order on 7/10/2016 as the website showed that it takes 5 business days for processing and 2-6 business days for shipping to my area. On 7/25 I followed up with FavorWarehouse as I had yet to receive any shipping notification and I was concerned that my items would not arrive in time for my event on 7/30/2016. They responded on 7/25 advising that my order is in processing and will be shipped out this week and to expect it around Wednesday, August 3rd. I immediately responded advising that this is not acceptable as my event is on 7/30, which I specified in my first email to them AND on my original order. I then asked them to rush process and ship my items to meet my 7/30 deadline but received no response. I made several more attempts to contact them by email (because they cannot be reached by phone), but received no response so I turned in a ticket with Google as my purchase was backed by them. I explained the situation and asked that FavorWarehouse process and rush ship my items immediately to meet my deadline. The following day Google notified me that FavorWarehouse cancelled my order and refunded my money. No response from FavorWarehouse, not attempt to rush process, nothing. They just cancelled my order and left me without favors for my event just days away. I responded to Google's message advising that I do not want my order cancelled, I want FavorWarehouse to process and rush ship. No response. So I emailed FavorWarehouse several times, yet again, and finally received a response advising that they understand my frustration, and the frustration of many of their customers, and that they are having issues with their supplier. So their resolution was simple. When they cannot meet the guidelines posted on their website, or the deadlines given, they just simply cancel your order. I do not recommend this company. Their prices are decent but their shipping costs are outrageous and their customer service, if you can even call it that, is horrendous.

I suggest everyone immediately contract the NY Attorney Generals Office *******755 ( https://forms.ag.ny.gov/CIS/consumer-complaints.jsp) and file a complaint to get your money back. It only takes a few minutes and will bring justice to Favor Warehouse and their criminal behavior.

Other useful information that might help you get your money back. Favor Warehouse is located at 17 Gramercy Place Thornwood NY *******.

The absolute worst! I ordered customized champagne flutes months in advance. The order status showed processing but I still hadn't received the flutes a week before my wedding. I emailed the company and a woman named Maria responded 2 days later saying that sorry but the manufacturer never received the order and there wasn't enough time to get the flutes. They refunded money. I responded saying that there were manufacturers that could rush the order and even sent her the websites but that they would be more expensive (about 3X) but since it was their error they should pay the difference. Maria very rudely indicated that they don't have time to check on every order they place and that I should have contacted them earlier... making it my fault! I have seen other reviews stating similar experiences as mine on other sites. When asked for the name and contact of the owner or upper level manager she ignored me. I wish I would have checked the reviews carefully before using Favor Warehouse. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone. I am sure most of their orders go through with o problems but when they do have a problem they do not have any customer service to deal with it!
