I purchased my filter based on their 5 star rating on their web-site. Wish I had read these reviews as they are 100% accurate. I ordered my filter, now, 2 weeks ago and it is still not here. I typically use Amazon Prime and wish I had again but with their high ranking and their misleading name "fastfilters" ordered on line. Horrible company.

THE PRODUCT SENT TO ME IS WRONG. IT WILL NOT WORK ON MY FRIGE.
I CANNOT CALL ANYONE TO EXPLAINE THE PROBLEM. RETURNS ARE ONLY DONE
BT E MAIL. IF YOU TAKE OFF THE WRAPPER TO INSTALL AND FIND THE FILTER DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY, YOU OWN IT, PLUS THERE IS A RETURN CHARGE.
I WILL NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IN THE END IT IS CHEAPER TO GO
TO SEARS.
