I purchased your Malaysian water wave human hair from ALI EXPRESS for my wedding on 7/14. My friend told me my hair was shedding but I didn't pay much attention. I put the hair in my head on July 13th and on August 2 I am finding bald spots in my hair. I have reached out to Ali express vendor and they are refusing to resolve the issue. WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE YOUR HAIR AGAIN!

Reported to the police in Italy and consumers'rights organisations who already investigate this fake "shop"in order to close this lousy business. Hope it happens soon and those guys stop robbing people.

This site is the ultimate fraud, talk about money extortion! The authorities need to haunt those people and put them in jail where they belong... I ordered a Valentino bag in June and its September and i am still waiting for it... i am being blackmailed to basically ask for a refund... but i think that's their ulterior motive... we all know they will never send me my money back... its a laundering operation...

The worst shopping experience I ever had. Order couple of stuff but I never got any confirmation and I have asked them to cancel one of my order for about 10 days ago but still no confirmation from them and I am getting very frustrated because there is no tel number and now I am getting worried for all the money I spend with them.

This website is totally a SCAM!
I made a purchase of 2 Balenciaga bags, waited for 2 - 3 months until they ship out the bags. (i asked for refund quite a few times and they ignored the e-mails.)
The bags i received are NOT AUTHENTIC as well. I required for a refund afterwards and they never reply as usual.
I tried to post the bags back to its registered address, but they do not provide document for clearance (actually they didn't reply Fedex), and the FAKE bags have to be sent back to me.

Fashionqueen = fashion scam, avoid, avoid avoid, they give good price but use random pictures and never ship anything!
