I just bought another fairy for a Christmas present that my husband got for me for Christmas. I love Fairy Glen because they have a lot of items that are great and unique. I have been shopping on their website for the past four years. I love getting updates of new items on there website. If you are looking thing that are fantasy Fairy Glen is the place to got to. Your website needs some tech attention. It took me 6 tries to place the order. Also, after entering an item into the cart, when I would opt to keep shopping, I was unable to get back to the last page I was on and had to stsrt the search all over again. It was very frustrating. If I hadn't been looking for a specific item to order and was instead just browsing, you would have lost my business already. As a first time customer with your shop, I am hoping the rest of my experience is more favorable.

The 2 figures I purchased are HTF due to them being made in the Europe. So when I was checking fairyglen I saw that they had access to those figures. I made sure to buy them and was not disappointed. They shipped in their original boxes and arrived safely though. They do warn that they are a special order and would take time to be shipped. Spirit of Winter and Winter Angel arrived in beautiful condition. Thank you so much!

My fairy ornaments are beautiful! I found them on a big box store for 4 times the money first. Then I found Fairy Glen and was able to buy every single ornament! Thank you Fairy Glen!

This is a beautiful piece and was exactly what I was looking for. My wife absolutely loves it. Only problem is it arrived broken. The dragonfly is detached from the lily at the stem. Will you please send us out an undamaged one?

There was a lot of confusion with my order and postage was not free as advertised. Furthermore, I did not authorise anyone to withdraw extra money from my account. It's a messy service.

your site emptied my cart three times while I was shopping. Super annoying and I almost decided not to purchase from you.

You sell incense burners, but no incense. I kept receiving a pop up stating that if I completed my transaction in so many minutes, I would receive a 5% discount. Which did not happen. Granted 5% off would be about seventy cents, but with a $9.99 shipping charge on a $13.99 order..........a bit excessive. If you want me to be satisfied with my order, maybe you should reconsider the shipping charge or at least throw in some Dragon's blood incense sticks to go with the Dragon Skeleton incense burner.

It was perfect and exactly as ordered. It arrived promptly.

Fairy Glen went above and beyond helping me. Most online retailers NEVER answer the phone or call back. I was ordering something for a close friend and had some questions. I called, I believe his name was David, answered the phone and was able to help me out more than I expected! He even called me back to follow up when I hadn't even asked him to! I might mention I did take overnight to make this purchase but I was still within my 24 hour coupon time to use a coupon I was emailed so I am disappointed about that.
