Received two dresses that looked like a 12 year old did them. I requested and was denied
A refund. After writing to this unscrupulous company and letting them know I filed a complaint with E Commerce and my State Attorney General, they now offer 50% of the sale back but I have to pay to ship it. The total was $250 meaning they were offering $125 + $15 for my troubles (their words). Well that's great except it's $144 to ship the dresses back. NO, not kidding.

Also I asked my bank if I could fight the charge and they said they can try but they would have to disable my debit card for the duration and since they had originally declined the payment and I called and asked to override, they're not sure they'll be successful.

FabBeauty also suggested I sell the dresses. They're horrible, who would want them?

I purchased a dress from Fabpartydress.com. It was beautiful in the picture. Received the dress and it looked nothing like the picture, the color, the fabric, the design. EVERYTHING was wrong. I have emailed the company several times to send it back and get a refund but per the pictures that I sent to them they say nothing is wrong with the dress, that there will be a 5% variation from the picture(definitely more than that) and would only send me $20 for alterations. Please think twice before purchasing from this site.

Has a poor customer service. Doesn't stand with its tag line to make the customers happy. I had the worst experience with this company from China. Liv

Bought 2 dresses same size one fit, one was HUGE! 7+ inches bigger plus Supposed to be tea-length, dragged on floor 12"! Provided pictures. Wanted to return but they wouldn't authorize even with 50%reduction. Told me to have it altered and send them bill. I did and they said $19 was the max they would pay! No recourse, they're in China. Horrible!

I purchased a dress for 170.00 it had no size tag and zipper would not work. The dress did not fit and was defective. I could not return or exchange this company does not honor its return policy. I am out 170.00. You are a fool if you order from them. Items are made in china with the cheapest of materials.

Worst place to shop on line for a dress for any occasion. I ordered my niece prom dress there and it was a nightmare the dress came with no back clips to attach the top the stones were huge and falling apart and when I finally got a hold of someone to ask for a refund they asked me if I could just buy some clips and have someone put them on for me lol what a learning experience never order something from Hong Kong

This company are SCAMMERS! They will charge $300 for for a $20 wig. They will say it is real hair but it is 20% real hair and 80% lowgrade synthetic. They go under the names: Donalove wigs, Ho Wigs, Pro wigs, fabbeauty dresses (they are also selling fake Daytona tickets), StyleWe and who knows what else. They have 81 websites connected to their IP address. When publicity gets really bad, they go underground and trade under another name. If you need a wig and want to buy online, go with Ebay. Ebay monitor their companies and something like this will not be tolerated.

I ordered a dress online and it is too small at the bust. I could not close the zipper by 3 inches. When I sent them an Email to return the dress - there was no address. They would not give me one. Then they asked me if I sent the wrong size. To take a picture of the dress on not fitting, with tape measurements showing then they would decide if they made a mistake. The dress seemed to be well made but seriously let me return and get another size! Once they get your money - you will not see it.

This company is absolute awful! One of the worse I have ever encountered. I ordered from them, didn't get my order. I contacted them and they basically took 154.90 from me and said not their problem if I didn't get my order. They are trash but what do you expect from a bunch of foreigners who are nothing but crooks!

Why didn't I read the reviews before buying... Wrong dress shipped, phone number on invoice not working. My sister ordered a dress for my wedding off a similar site, dress never came, not responding to her emails and calls. Buy American, I'm going to now.

We ordered a dress for Prom from this website and were told it would be delivered within in 15 days. It has been 30 days no dress and they also "cannot find our order". They have taken our money from the credit card and will not refund and said their was never an order placed so they can not tell us where the dress is. Not to mention it is an overseas company, no phone # & only an email address. You cannot even get emails timely, if you live in the United States because of the time difference. It is a scam. Girls beware cheap prices not worth never receiving your dress.

We ordered a dress from this site bigger than what my daughter normally wears and it was too small in the butt. They did nothing to work with us to return this piece of $#*!. Never order from here they are a damn joke and rip off customers. Your customers should be satisfied and you do a piss poor job at that.

I ordered this dress for my grand daughter's wedding. I paid extra for quick mail response. It took From Jan 7 until February 4th to receive the dress. The "built in bra" was a joke the pads fell to the bottom of the lining. The size was at least 2 sizes smaller and the length was way to long. RIP OFF DID NOT SEE REVIEWS BUY ITEMS MADE IS USA

I got my dress on Tuesday! I absolutely LOVE IT! Its soooo beautiful! I'm so haooy i choose this dress! The beading is amazing :)

I WAS A VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY AS MANY OTHERS. DRESS WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. CAN NOT RETURN EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN'T MAKE IT TO MY SPECIFICATIONS WHICH I PAID X-TRA FOR. I COULD GO ON AND ON...

I have a wedding coming up in a month and found a dress i thought would be real nice to have... ordered it... got it... besides not really liking the color i tried it on and it was lacking a few inches of being able to zip up. I went online and did the chat think. Rep tells me to email... so i emailed. Took 3 days for them to reply and just to say. We can't take it back. It was hand made and "didn't you see size chart on website"! I spent 179 dollars on a dress i can't wear or return. Terrible business! They steal people's money and they get away with it. How are they allowed to stay in business? Someone should look into it! I've been telling everyone never to order from this website!

Ordered a custom made to order dress which was an additional cost. It was 4 inches too small in the hips, 6 inches too small in the bust and 3 inches too small in the waist. I had a professional seamstress measure me for the dress. They would not do anything about it. In fact they basically blew me off and said I measured wrong! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR!

I would never order from this site again! My daughter cried and had a melt down when she received the dress. It was awful looking and cheaply made! I had to go out that night and try to find her another one. To make things better when FabParty Dress was contacted multiple times for a return and refund they refuse to respond.

Disappointed in the reviews and have decided to go elsewhere. There is not any phone number listed and the billing address seems to be in Hong Kong. Too bad as the pictures of the dresses look beautiful.

Ordered a dress 2 sizes bigger than my normal size, going by there size chart and just to be sure and the dress is still 2 sizes to small. Emailed the company for an exchange only to find out they don't exchange. They suggested I give the dress I paid for as a gift or try to re sell it. I bought the dress for my sons wedding, so disappointed! I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THEIR POLICY THAT SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR BEFORE YOU PAY! I OWN A DRESS THAT DOESNT FIT ME!

Ordered my daughter prom dress from this site and yet to receive the dress. Did not receive confirmation when we purchase the dress. Paid from 3-5business days. Contacted my bank. Worst site ever. Not sure when the dress do arrive if it's going to look anything like we ordered.

The dress was poorly made, the color was not what is was supposed to be, there was a hole in the seam, the hems were frayed. Terrible, poor quality and cannot return the merchandise.

I ordered a dress and had it custom made. I sent in accurate measurements. I received it yesterday and was so disappointed. It looks like a first grader tried to put it together. The neck bodice hangs awkwardly. The material is inferior. The dress looks like something you would purchase at goodwill at a discount table. They have zero customer service. There is no way to call or return the item. I paid $168.00 for this dress. Even though I tried to reach them to return this item I have had no response. Its obvious they have many unsatisfied customers. When the dress arrived, there was no invoice, no return address and certainly no ph number to contact them. They want to stay hidden. They know their product is inferior. I don't know how they have stayed in business..
