“Horrible! Run away while you still can!”

This is the absolute worst! I have messaged customer support several times and not once has anyone gotten back with me. The image editor is terrible and the crop options means I can't use hardly any of my photos. And you can not email your guests! Its a totally garbage platform. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I am currently having an issue with being overcharged as well. They state the "silver package" is $4.95US per month, but are charging about a dollar more per month. When questioned, they claim they are actually a Canadian company (I am in Canada) and this is the tax. But they are charging in US dollars! Small amounts per month, add up to about an extra $20 a year - not much but we are on one of the cheapest packages. Imagine how much, too, if they are doing this to a few hundred, or thousand, customers. Fraudulent.

This site shows up in search results for "Free wedding websites".
It is not free, but you don't find out until long after you've invested time in creating your personalized site. Then you'll get an email that says your free "gold membership" trial is expiring and that you'll have to pay $15 per month to keep the features of a "gold" level website. Otherwise your wedding website will have limited features and will contain advertisements. In my case, I had already purchased save the date cards with a link to our ewedding.com site. Too bad for me. These guys pulled the ole bait and switch.

We had an issue with being overcharged for 5 months and then got reimbursed for only 2 of the months. I would suggest using other websites that are similar like mywedding.com or theknot.com.
