Purchased a new Santa Cruz mtn bike earlier this summer. Took it in for 90 day (free) tune up after Christmas. Obviously late. No worries. Dani (sp?) in the shop (Salt Lake) was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.

Did not refund me for items I sent back. Claimed they did not receive items. Yet refunded me for other items in the same package.
I like buying gift cards on line but the system was a little confusing as to which cards were available by email and which ones had to be mailed. A brief explanation at the order point would have eliminated a call to customer service

a lot of things out of stock, got e mail at end of sale on monday p.m. not sure why not earlier. hope products fit us, what if order is not filled due to high risk of out of stock rating. will we still be able to get another item at sale price once midnight hits tonite? mahalo and aloha
I an not liking that I have to answer questions before placing my order.. seriously. You are making the shopping experience trying.
Evo cancelled our account with no notice and they had almost no notes in their system on what the issue was and no explanation about why we were not notified in advance. When I finally got a hold of them they were not helpful at all and just did not care about what happened. They just kept saying they cant help me because my account is cancelled due to some ACH issue between banks. Our first notice this was happening, after over a decade of service, was our customers not being able to book online and it continued to not work for 36 hours while I got set up with another company.
I would avoid Evo. This was just the most bizarre experience ever. It works fine until you actually need some help with something and then they basically just tell you sorry about your luck.
I would have given five stars but I just want more and more discounts. I'm a fiend for value. I'm a savings vampire sustained only by feeding on lower and lower prices. There is no price too low! I can provie five stars for evo once they commit to being the jack the ripper of price cutting - slashing mercilessly at retail costs. Each additional percentage off of full price only making evo more excited to continue cutting. Every full price tag another target of your insatiable need to provide another irresistible deal! AAaahhh!!!! Overall, a very nice shopping experience with good products.

Ordered an expensive shirt and was sent over the male version instead female. There was no declaration on the product site. Customer service said I should have guessed because model was male. I didn't even know there are male and female version of the product as there was no declaration. Customer service refused to help - said it it my problem. Never again!
the descriptions should comment on the warmth rating; i.e. heavy duty warm to -10F or best use for 20-40F, etc....

I've been shopping at Evo for years as I grew up in WA, now that I live in AK I'm subjected to shipping costs that I am not overly happy about, especially since other sites (tactics, the house, etc) don't charge for shipping on orders over a certain $ amount. I will be looking for alternate vendors for similar products.

My husband and I went to watch creed 3. We never received the food we ordered, only a bill. An hour into the movie we pressed our service button, but no one ever came back. Instead of trying to fix the problem they just charged about card. I'm so disappointed. It was our first time here we had really high hopes
