I have looked far and wide for help with developing a great website for our company. I have had no luck in finding someone who can do what I paid them to do. I thought that with the reputation that EricWard.com talks about on his site that he was the one. After forking out a large sum to the tune of $2,500 and not to mention the $500 consulting fee, I was sadly mistaken.

I do not understand how you can fork out first $500 just for a consultation and then another $2,500 for teaching you the ropes needed to make a site profitable turn into a total flop! He did not give me the time that is promised for training. He had other clients training at the last 15-20 minutes of my training time. I did not appreciate that I was paying for someone else to get training on my dime! I brought this up a couple of times to Eric and he assured me that my time under his tutorial was important and that he would extend the dates to accommodate the inconvenience he put my company in. On the date of the original "last day" he said that he would get back to me with a new schedule so that we could finish the training. I waited for a few days. He did not contact me via phone or IM. I IM'd him on the personal IM he gave me and he still has not contacted me! I feel that he needs to refund my payment or finish the training in a timely manner. Isn't this the right way to fun our companies, make the customer happy if they paid for it?

Beware, there are so many money suckers out there on the web and they are really good at scamming your money out of you! Next time I think I will put down a deposit and then pay up when the job is done!

I wrote an earlier review which caught Ericdress attention. After a few back and forth emails, I did receive a partial refund for my purchases which is fair since part of my order was okay. They did not run away from the problem and respond fairly promptly to my emails.

I don't know who you are or why you would say these things about Eric Ward. First of all he does not develop websites and never has in the 20 years he's been in business. He is a consultant and linking strategist, so the services you claim he did not provide are services that he has NEVER offered in the first place. Also, if you truly paid him that fee you should have record of it. So, produce those records, send them to him and if you are for real you will receive a refund very quickly. Eric is the most ethical web strategist I have ever met, and the only one to receive a recommendation from Google.
