How long does shipping take? if i ordered today it says i wouldn't receive my merchandise until 9/16

Answer:

You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Do u have to pay a lot for shipping?

Answer:

Ridiculously high, considering the speed... Better plan on keeping what they ship... Returns are next to impossible

No, they have shipped defective items and it is like pulling teeth with a tweezer to get help from them

Do they take paypal

Answer:

When I called the sales rep that answered told me that they do not use Paypal because too many people try to rip them off. My take on that was that Paypal would expect them to send you what you ordered and in a timely manner and that does not fit their agenda.

Answer:

Don't hold your breath waiting for your package to arrive, this company is clueless!

What is the estimated delivery time on orders?

Mine took a month to get a p[atrial order and then an additional 4 weeks for most of the rest of it but then it was the wrong sizes.

Why is this company so bad! no customer service at all! i just want my money back and their is no live person to talk with! horrible!

Answer:

Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
