Things became difficult as soon as I tried to withdraw my money. I got an email from "Binance" requesting additional funds to be sent to a wallet account in order to "comply with regulations." It's claimed that David, my "Adviser," managed my withdrawal. Before the withdrawal was processed, "David" claimed that the goal was "to complete a full circle." I declined and contacted Binance Ltd customer support, who responded that "it was not their practice," proving the fraud of the email. Isa Investments' "David" is impersonating a person who is on the FCA record. He is an expert conman who tries to defraud unsuspecting people by picking on them. If you insist on withdrawing, they end the conversation. Fortunately, after speaking with R.E..C.U..V.A..I.T..P.W, I was able to withdraw my money in a short period of time. Isa will siphon off all of your hard-earned cash; avoid it and take your entire life savings with you.

I order two face masks almost one month ago. I never received the masks, but I did received a request for a review of the product, I emailed *******@epacificmall.com three times and have been ignored, meanwhile I have not masks and cannot risk getting sick with the coronavirus as I am a senior with underlined health conditions. I just emailed the company through their website but I doubt they will respond. I guess I will have to call it a loss for being stupid enough for trusting them.

I order a massage gun before 3 months ago, and i did not receive any email or shipping information from the company.
I think it is a fake website be carful.
They don't deserve the one star in the rating area,,,,

Have tried several times to reach this so called company. Phone you get put on hold as your call is important to them. After 10 minutes disconnected. Tried face book nothing. Scam artists how is it they don't get shut down? Would give no stars if I could.

I purchased 4 of these at a total of 88.94. They did not work so I returned them. Can never get in touch with anyone. Don't ever order from this place. Don't think they will ever return money. Bad, Bad, Bad! Should have read reviews before ordering.

This place is a SCAM! They never communicate. Will send a shipping label that obviously never left their building. Be aware and do not buy from them!

I am waiting on an order from January 31. It is now April 12. Will NEVER order from them again and their web address is a scam. DOES'NT EXIST. I am glad I paid with PayPal as I can file a complaint with them. I am so disappointed that I have been taken advantage of. Shame on these people.

Ho acquistato il magnetic phone cable, non l'ho mai ricevuto. Ho aperto una contestazione el'ho convertita in reclamo con paypal e ho notto la mail *******@epacificmall.com quindi ho cercato online e trovato queste recensioni. Confermo tutto: non ho mai ricevuto nulla, e il venditore non comunica con me.

Placed an order for 2 x 10 ft USB Cable on 11/29/13. Have not received them yet. Have twice contacted company and received the response that it "should deliver this product within 5 to 15 business days". The second 15 days are up and still no cables. Today is 2/13/14 and another 15 days is unacceptable. Apparently Samantha and Sunila are poor customer representatives or the shipping department is poor. I guess I lost my money on this purchase. Will not buy from them again.

This is the worst company ever to deal with. I purchased Neoprene ski masks from Spreebird and they smelled like gasoline so you couldn't put them near your face. After 13 weeks of emails and me spending more money to ship them back to them, they have refused to give me a refund. This company should be shut down for their inferior products and lack of guarantees or customer service. Don't buy anything from this site or you will be disappointed!

Like everyone says this company is a joke and is fraudulent and scam artists. Don't do business with them they have no good phone numbers and their emails are all the same to everyone. If you order from them you wont get your stuff. Thank god my credit card company refunded me and is dealing with them first hand. Make sure that you don't buy anything from them on Deal Chicken or Groupon as well. Oh and John B don't respond to this

I placed an order through Living Social for the Smartphone Lens Kit on 12/18! I have only received one lens! Sent an email and have received no response! No contact phone number listed for them either! I tried to enter all of my information to check on my order status and it keeps rejecting it! This company is horrible! I am sending a message to Living Social to inform them how bad this company is although I am quite sure they have received numerous complaints!

Like most other reports on this site - I purchased a voucher though LivingSocial late November and am still waiting for the product to be delivered! And this is despite paying for priority delivery.

It took 4 emails from me to them to be told I had not redeemed my voucher properly. I was promised the product with 5 - 15 business days and a tracking number when they had one - still waiting for both of those things.

Buyer beware - be very very very aware!

I had purchased a "mystery box" voucher for $12 from KGBdeals.com for products that were supposed to be worth $150. Instead I received Chinese fraudulent cell phone accessories that can be bought on eBay for $3-5! Additionally, it took almost 3 months to ship the product instead of promised 2 weeks. I'm afraid even to use this stuff as not to break my cell phone. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!

In September I ordered 4 items. Initially I was given a duplicate code that someone else had already used. After numerous emails I finally was given a new code. It is now the end of January and to date I have only received one of the items. I am so sick of dealing with this and have requested a refund. Guess what! No response!
This company is a joke. Do not buy from them!

I would give them negative stars if I could. I ordered the smart phone lens kit for my husband for christmas through LivingSocial and have YET to get them, let alone even a tracking number! I have used the company's contact form at least 10 times, every time the response is 'don't worry the product is in the mail and you will receive it'. Of course if that were true then they would be able to send me the tracking information. Absolutely do not give this business your money! I'm surprised LivingSocial doesn't look check the deals they post, but STAY AWAY!

Worst site I ever had to deal with. I ordered a bungee (that's what it's called) cord for my iPod from DealChicken.com. Waited a month, no cord. Emailed them, no answer. Finally, after a month it was received and I should not have been surprised that it was the wrong color. I ordered teal and they sent green. I never would have ordered green. I refuse to return it as I'm afraid I'll wind up with nothing. I agree with everyone else on this site. They are a horrible company. Stay away!
