I ordered four packs of 3C hair and they sent 4C instead. I've emailed them twice, texted once, and called a bunch of times and they have yet to respond. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! I'm going to inform the BBB about this company and start a blog about it. They need to stop ripping people off.

The service was great. I just did not like the wigs. I'm to add add'l comments before I can submit this review but I have none.

I bought 2 wigs this purchase. Zury Human Blend Collection PM Lace Front Wig Lynn - Colors: 1B And The Wig Brazilian Human Hair Blend Lace Front Wig LH Ocean - Colors: SHIMMERY SILVER. The silver wig I was most excited for and it did not live up to the picture. The wig itself was thinner then I imagined. The wig cap was entirely too small to the point where the bangs were not to my upper cheek bones like In the picture. I stopped trying to get the wing on and just came to terms with returning it.

My first experience ordering when calling to update address the Asian man on the phone is super rude. Trust I get that our questions as customers may be redundant but we are why you are in business! Plus it was my first time ordering on your site so I was not aware of everything such as were to locate my order number.

I placed an order on May 25 and I have yet to receive a tracking number. I contacted the seller on May 31 to check on the status of my order the seller responded with " We shipped today". I then responded with may I have a tracking number in which the seller never responded and refuses to give me one. The seller uses this app called route and the app requires access to your personal email which also contains your personal information. Upon reading the reviews about route I did not feel comfortable downloading this app which will have access to all of my personal information just to obtain a tracking number. If I place an order with you once my order has shipped you should be emailing me a tracking number. When I reached out to you and you informed me today that you would be shipping my items today why are you not able to give me a tracking number? I have ordered with elevate styles for years and have spent tons of money with this company. Not only will I be leaving this review but I will also be doing a tutorial as I am a well-known YouTuber and will be letting other well-known Youtubers know to not do business with elevate styles and to not promote anything or any product with their company as they do not know how to treat their customers. It's really not very difficult to respond. If you want to be successful than just learn how to be decent and how to treat people instead of being a jerk.

The wig took a while to arrive, I guess it is to be expected with an overseas order. Had to pay an extra customs charge. I received emails to say the wig was delivered when it wasn't. I have to say that the customer service could have been better. But the wig is really nice, lovely colour and well made

Not sure I like this hair yet. Have had it in for 2 weeks. The older it gets the better it looks. I've worn a different brand of hair for the last 10 years. Could be the color I chose.

The product I ordered was not the look that I was going for. However, it was delivered in a timely manner. I do feel that I would like to try more products so II will be sending it back for a refund. I will know how I feel about ordering from this site again in the future based on my purchase return experience.

I really wanted to like this site because of the fast shipping and selection but the site is constantly crashing and runs EXTREMELY slow. It's a total put off.

Came a a good time just didn't care for the color that's the only thing. Have nothing else to say I like the fast service

Great customer service, fast shipping and great products i would absolutely recommend this site 10/10. I'm not an employee nor do I have any affiliation with this company. I have been a long time customer and I've never had an issue and if I did it was immediately resolved.

Overall, I didn't like the texture of the wig and wanted to return it but I had already removed it from the pack and tried it on. I was disappointed :(

Nice! Cap be tighter, but use boobie pins to help with securing it. I cut some of the side hair that hung to give it a more natural look for me. I would buy another one.

Everything was OK so far. First time buying from the site. Searching for certain styles was a little difficult but not too bad. Received order on time but one wig was not the same as on the site or packaging. Contacted them just a few hours ago. Have yet to hear back.

The hair was ok, but I could have gotten it cheaper at my hair supply shop. They carry the same one for $6.99. So I felt stupid for buying on line.

Wigs came fast! Naya was absolutely gorgeous but Aria was not what I thought, did not look like what was on website and quantity was not the best.

This is my first time ordering from your company. I ordered 3 wigs, 2 not worn yet, but the Beshe bubble wig was disappointing as it was not as in the picture, the bang is cut at an angle and the wig that arrived has a straight bang which makes a lot of difference to the style I wanted. I suggest that if you don't have he item ordered do not send another one in its place before asking first. I m from the UK so I will not be returning it I will see if I can give it to someone else.

The hair wasn't really what i expected it didn't last at all am actually very disappointed because i feel like a wasted my money

A little too silky for my taste. The wig do shed but, that is to be expected. The wig sits odd in the center-even with my hair pined down extremely flat, the wig tend to look poofy in the middle. This is a problem for me because, I wanted no maintenance-just put on brush and go. But, it's not a bad wig if you're the artistically wig manipulating type.

I like the items i got... and i can say i will be making more purchases. I was happy with the updates and the tracking info... the speediness of the delivery.

Once i ordered a wig from ElevateStyles and it got delivered too fast. Quality was great and i was happy with the product. Reasonable prices. Staff is helpful and kind. Great selection of wig to choose from. It fitted perfect for my hair. Happy customer.

I purchased a 60$ wig Sensationel swiss lace frontal Rachel. It was supposed to be a human hair hybrid mix. The whole wig was cheap plastic that did not hold a curl and was very frizzy straight out the box. This was my first time trying this company will not order again. Also shipping took longer than other websites I have used.
