Purchasing a phone from them is as easier than ever! Especially thanks to their new website. I have placed an order with them in the past probably back in 2019, and by then for sure I needed an upgrade. I placed an order for a new galaxy phone with them and I am very happy with my phone and purchase now. They did a whole special about renovations on their website and it all looks extremely good and future proof making my order even easier. Bought a phone that was broken. They said they would fix it under warranty. Paid to ship it to the company. Weeks went by with no communication. I called and they said it would be sent in the next week. It never arrived. I called and they promised a manager would call. No one called. I called back several times and demanded a fixed phone or a refund. They said I had to pay a $95 charge which was never mentioned before. This company is a scam and will steal your money.

Just had my order come in from them today, called them to make sure I know what I'm getting because some people online claimed that they have not received what they purchased and asked for, but gladly mine came as advertised brand new in the box. The router Hotspot that I bought from them works perfectly well with my at&t service that I use for work. All and all I'm extremely happy and might consider another purchase from them in the future.
I'm surprised as of some here had issues while the majority here like me had a pleasant experience. Everything showed up as expected including the delivery I paid for. I would definitely buy again from them.
Overall I would not order from this website again simply because of the amount of time I had to wait to get my order.

So far so good. Your site was recommended from Walmart's Site. I purchased a HTC u11 lite cell phone. Hopefully the product will arrive soon and I will be able to activate the phone on the Sprint network. Your customer service support rep named Steven out of your New Your store assured me that this phone is a Sprint phone and Sprint would have no trouble activating it.
As a returning customer, I am surprised of what they done to their website throughout the years. The last time I have purchased from them was roughly 5 years ago and I was happy with my purchase and overall customer service as well as shipping. Today I finally needed a new phone so I went ahead and logged on to their website that I haven't checked out in years and I am blown away from how much the company has improved. Both in customer service, shipping and prices check out was easy as I needed to just put in my PayPal for an express checkout. I got all the information in front of me in terms of shipping and order details. Right after I placed my order, the communication from the company was solid. Provided me with an email immediately after I placed my order and they were very fast to ship my order and it had arrived within five business days at my doorstep. I am a very happy customer as I got exactly what I expected and exactly what I wanted at such a great price that is hard to compete. What else can I say about them? I am very happy and I will be by again from them whenever the time comes for another phone.
The first time i tried to purchase this phone as a gift and have it delivered to that address the order was cancelled. No email was sent to me? Luckily I checked the order to find this out. I have used this card on other sites and was able to mail to the gifted address?

I ordered a phone on Tuesday 11/22/22 and paid extra for 2 day shipping. I received the tracking information and it showed I won't receive until Monday 11/28/22. When I called to check they said 2 business days. Seriously! Postal services works Friday & Saturday. What the heck. Not happy about the long wait. 2 day service should be 2 day Postal service. I get it that Thursday was a holiday. But, 2 days is 2 days...

Do not waste your time buying from here. Perhaps some people have okay experiences with them, or even wonderful, but not me. My experience didn't go well, here's what happened. I thought we were paying for a new phone- both times it was obviously a used phone that they sent us. The first phone wasn't working right, the sprint store techs couldn't get it to connect to the network and so we were back to the old phone again. It had gone nearly a month or more till I got in touch with them about the first phone and needing to return it- it was super slow shipping with a time period of several weeks till the phone got here and then Till the trip was made to the sprint store and then having them try to hook the phone up... they were gracious and allowed me to return the first phone for an exchange-I'll give them that!. I had bought a warranty so I had them send me a second phone under the warranty and when we got it it was clearly locked and had a password on it- of which they were no help in removing. I tried to contact them about this, emailed them atleast 4 times and finally called them and was directed to their webpage to fill out a return request form. Never heard back from them whether I was approved or not to send it back. Finally called again and was informed that they denied my request to send the phone back. Okay, so now what? I obviously am no closer to having a good phone from them and it feels like they're refusing to work with me. I had asked the tech that helped me what I'm supposed to do and he promised to send me a link for how to unlock it. I never got a link. Maybe he just got busy and forgot But whatever the case, I have no use for a phone that's locked and is unusable!. Save yourself some time and just buy off eBay or somewhere that has more stringent standards. I'm not impressed with their customer service and products, I'd advise to just look elsewhere for your electronic needs. Sounds like I'm not the only one who's had bad experiences... take our advice, unless you want to risk running into a bunch of hassle like us.

One problem was that I bought what was listed as an unlocked phone, yet when I received it, there was AT&T already completely set up on it and a couple dozen apps w unknown permissions. I was able to set up my tmobile sim card but still have AT&T settings I cant remove.
I was told I would get a new, unused Pixel 2 in blue - I received a used, or poorly refurbished Pixel 2 in black. I returned it for a full refund which I received. I was supposed to be reimbursed for the cost of my return shipping also - but I haven't gotten it despite assurances from the seller.
