1 star for the abysmal customer service. Customer service tickets are addressed by various people throughout the day and week, and I asked a simple question and the response I received initially turned out to be wrong. But I did not know that and it became a successive debate with people telling me that I was confused and didn't understand - literally the stupidest experience I've ever had with customer service. And when I finally showed it to them, at no point did anybody say "Oh sorry, what that person said was wrong," and I even sent them the screenshot. Idiotic customer service.

They will give you 50 contacts for $129 dollars and 40% of them will not write you back. They will give you credit back but you have to wait for one month. Half of the girls dont speak english there and once you write to them 1 contact credit is gone. Problem is once you are done with 50 contacts at the end of second month and if 10 girls dont write you back, you have to wait for one month which will be end of the 3 months of your membership

I wont recommend this website to anyone and this will be last subscription with them

I have traveled to Ukraine 4 times in the last 2 years and after having a bad experience with another big Ukrainian dating site... I joined Elena's models and I'm very glad I did. Soon after I joined I started talking with the woman whom I am now engaged to. I did not encounter any fake woman and the one woman that asked me for money was promptly removed from the site. You still must use your head and if you expect that you will find a woman 20 years your junior you will be dissapointed.
However if you have realistic expectations and are willing to travel to Ukraine and have a real date with the woman, you will find that Slovak womaen are in my opinion the best in the world. They are feminine, caring and try to look beautiful all the time. After dealing with fast food consuming overweight woman who feel entitled to everything in the states... I just got sick of it and went to Ukraine. It was the best decision of my life... be carful and use your head and you can find happiness with a eastern block woman.

Another Russian website with fake profiles just to lure men. I learnt my lesson from Russian cupid.com. I guess the only way to meet women is to travel to Russia.
