Buyer claims to have shipped order, tracking information shows only that a label was created two weeks ago, not that it was ever actually shipped. Contacted customer service and they won't do anything. The seller has my money and I have a bunch of dead fish (I ordered a fish antibiotic). Try a trustworthy site like ebay.

Excellent, this merchant "GrabFlashDeals" is excellent, the item purchased is precise and adequate to what I wanted. Exactly with the description it has. Everything worked perfectly in the installation process, I was able to do the process very well and they sent the codes to my email right away.
The customer services were very friendly, courteous and very fast. She explained in detail how to do the process and answered every question and doubt I expressed, which were several.
I was delighted with the item purchased and the service.
It saved me thousands of dollars and this item is really what I needed.

Bad from start to no finish! Poor communication, almost none! Had to threaten to report as a scammer just to get shipping info, or any other communication! Well into almost 40 days, no product! Then received daily texts and emails saying incomplete shipping info " complete crap" please give your credit card info for redelivery! USPS does not do this! Never got product, filled out complaint form, now into near 60 days! Heard nothing! Complete scam! Do not use this company! Unless you like getting ripped off!

I bought an inexpensive watch with the Rolls Royce logo on it. They also asked if I wanted to donate one dollar to the Rolls Royce Foundation. I was very happy to do that. It showed that they were supporting the Foundation and not just using their logo. I received the watch in a very timely manner. It looked great and was very comfortable! I would recommend ECrator in the future and I also look forward to doing business with them in the future! I recommend their Rolls Royce watch as well.

I have to say, I was skeptical. So much so that I thought I got scammed because I never heard of the site. I got my order as described. It took less than the time the vendors stated. The tracking # was provided. I am happy.

Im a seller there, i have been waiting for 5 weeks to get a reply from support. This is not a reliable platform.

Ordered on 7/18/23 from a seller names Famess for a bottle of Zupoo. Never got any Information after 2 days of order. Contacted ecrater team and they got a tracking number from seller. We'll the tracking number was a BOGUS tracking number to a different condo as per UPS customer service and photo of delivery and not my apartment. So far 7 emails to ecrater for a resolution and they haven't responded. How do you do that to customers? This is fraud and nobody seeks to care. Horrible

I ordered a rare SNES game & they sent me the wrong game. Now I can't seem to get ahold of anybody. I'll never shop there again.

I ordered a college Jersey for my son for Christmas in October of 2021. I recieved the jersey two days before Christmas. The jersey was nothing more then a polyester shirt with printed labels on it. I sent it back to china. I'm now out 53.00 for the Jersey and another 28.00 for shipping. I have contacted the company over 10 times now with no refund or response. This site is a scam to collect your hard earned money. I will never order from them again.

First time buyer from this site. I was looking for a gift for my husband for fathers day. The person I bought the ring from e-mailed me to explain my purchase may be a little late due to all this Covid19 stuff. He wanted to make sure that I was ok waiting a extra week or two before he finalised my order. I thought that was kind of him. My husband got his ring earlier than expected and he loves it! Great quality! I will purchase from them again!

They offer no customer support for their countless scam victims, and they also refuse to remove sellers with countless negative reviews saying people never get their orders. Just use ebay or something, this site is a rip off of ebay with worse support.

$750 item. Seller never had the inventory. Doesn't respond to emails. Will only answer the phone when called from a new phone number. Gives the runaround on who or how the refund will come even though the merchant ID for the charge is CLEARLY the seller. I feel dumb and have filed dispute, but this is ridiculous. Would have been better off sending the money to the "you're the sole heir of uncle so and so in some random country" scam.

Bought a battery from a company posting on ecrater. Says California based with battery in stock. It's be 3 weeks and they created a tracking that only says package has not been received by USPS. Communication through the site has been extremely broken English. They don't seem to even understand the issue. Ecrater provides no ability to review or reach any resolution

That was a crazy easy ordering experience! I was actually concerned that they didn't have enough information based on how quick it went.

Placed an order in November that never shipped. Then the seller sent a message stating the order would be canceled and in the event I wanted to purchase it again, the price would be $250 higher.

I wrote a complaint to eCrater, but still await for a response.

This was our first and LAST experience with eCrater!

They are aweful. After i paid for an item, with out contacting me or explain,they canceled my order.
They did not even answer my emails. Now, i should wait 3 to 5 business days to recieve my refund.
