Whenever there is a problem (specifically a package never shows up despite paying for tracked mail), no one will ever respond. Placed an order in January and paid for tracked shipping... 4 months later no product and absolutely no response from company. First time I ordered from them, one package did not show up. I was told it was because I selected free shipping rather than pay the cost for tracked shipping. This last time, paid for tracked shipping but nothing arrived and it appears I am out of luck.

I ordered a couple of cartons of cigarettes so that my adult daughter would not have to smoke added carcinogens and carpet glue that you can only get in cigarettes made in the good ol USA. Karl was very helpful when it came to walking me through the bit coin process, but of course he is not so quick to respond once you make the payment. He finally did contact me a few weeks ago and told me that the cigarettes were returned and that he would re-ship when he can. I order medication from overseas all the time, never had a problem. I actually ordered a test pack from Ciggyworld and it arrived within a couple of weeks and I later ordered 2 cartons, they came last week; in fact, I just place my 3rd order using the $5 credit they gave me after I thanked them in an email. Still nothing from Karl.
