I had ordered dresses and despite having confirmation of return through the post office they refused to refund me my money. Jumped thrrough all the hoops of taking pics of each dress. Got return authorization, Kept saying they did not get return. Got the run around for over a month. Out +$300.00. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!

I ordered UGG boots for a Christmas present. From Dress Inn. I was sent one size 6 and one size 3 boot! They agreed to give me a refund and sent me a returns label. I posted the item back on the 30th December 2021. It was received by them on the 4th January 2022. I have a Royal Mail Tracked Delivery to prove this. I have asked for my refund numberous times, and I get the same answer every time " We have not received you parcel'. I paid £129 for the boots. I want my money back, but cannot get anyone to answer me. Just ' We have not received your parcel'.
Im at my wits end.

Fake site, fraudulent services, customer service is the worst, no traceability, if you want to burn your money then this site is the best one... this is my third review for dressinn... my order never came it's been almost 3 months now, they sent me a form asking me to fill in so that they will either expedite or make a refund but till to this date nothing happend. Advertised genuine products however fake items arrived in broken boxes. Tried to cancel the order when others posted reviews about fake items. However they wouldnt let me cancel it. Once received I again contacted customer services with disgust at what had been delivered to me. All they will offer is a $10 refund which from reading further reviews am not sure that would even turn up. Awful, untrustworthy company, would never order from them again and advise anyone to stay well clear.
Order some shoes on January 16th as of today 2-2-17 I have not receive them and my daughter is just devastated. Tracking number RS*******NL is not even valid. Please provide current tracking information. Very disappointed thought this company was from the USA it stated New York when I bought the shoes now I am seeing CHINA! WOW. Not only that you charge $10.00 dollars for shipping? By the time I get the shoes she will out grow them.
I purchase clothing online did not get anything back, even though their site looked professional. The business is a scam to get rich off American money. Only purchase from America, no more international orders. I did not get my orders and could not get refunded. They have a bogus set up system where you can't call no one and your emails get directed back to you. Tracking numbers are bogus. The logistic business bogus, too. Only trust in American made and bought items, never opt for something better than from America. At least, you have a fighting chance when something goes wrong.
I've purchased 2 nice clothes recently from DressLink and all my friends admire the wonderful made stuff. They couldn't believe when I told them the price I bought them. Truly, this company has fantastic stuff but their major challenge is shipping. They will actually deliver but it may take some time to arrive at your doorstep. Just like mine, I was expecting my order in 2-3 weeks but they arrived in a months time. Nevertheless, I've to bury my worries because the product was absolutely fantastic!
It has been over one month and I have still not received my item. I wish I would have read reviews on this site before I ordered. After several emails to customer service, the only response they will give me is, "Just stay happy the item was shipped in time and you will receive it." Seriously this makes no sense. Also, their shipping website is all in Chinese so if you even try to track your package you won't be able to determine where it is in transit without knowing how to read Chinese.

Buyers beware! This is a terrible company! Customer service is beyond horrible. They sent me a product that was not true to size and then they refused to cover the shipping charges on the return. I wrote to customer service numerous times to express my frustration and no one seemed to care one bit. Horrible experience. If you have an issue, they simply give you the runaround and they copy/paste generic replies explaining their policy even though they are at fault. Luckily I sold the shoes to a buyer locally. Do not buy from this site. Avoid them like the plague. Easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had online. Bad, bad, bad! Do not be fooled by their lower priced sneakers. It's not worth the headache. Buy from reputable sites only. Reported them to Better Business Bureau who already had a file on them!
Dress itself wasn't too bad. However it took over 3 weeks to arrive (no longer needed as the event it was for had passed) and when I returned the dress they claimed not to have received it and after numerous emails back and forth over 2 months it never got resolved. I lost the money I spent on the dress and the cost of postage to return it!

It took 7 weeks to receive the 2 "Fingerlings". When they arrived, the packages were squashed and the Fingerlings were not Fingerlings. They offered me $3 compensation, no I want a full refund, because this was false advertising. I can't give these as gifts, they don't even work. After multiple fruitless emails, they claim they are refunding my purchase price. This too, is a hoax. One week later, no refund in my acct. Buyer Beware of this scam company! They WILL rip you off!
Ordered a 1920s style sequin dress on 15th Sept came home last week to a card from Yodel stating my parcel had been left at side of front door needless to say parcel wasnt there when I got home. Complained to Yodel who passed me to Dresslink despite Facebook contact and two emails no contact at all from the company. Had to raise a refund request via PayPal. Total fraudsters! Avoid!

I have been shopping with this site for three years now and not a single day did they disappoint. I ordered three floral dresses last week which were shipped on time and in good condition. The quality was also great as usual and the price really cool. My entire family also loves this site and are frequent shoppers. Thanks for being so amazing in every meaning of the word. Cheers!
I only ordered from Dresslink once. The order took longer than expected (1 month and a half), because everything on the website makes you think you'd have to wait 1 month maximum for the order to come. I was expecting poor quality, but it's even worst. The clothes look like they will fall apart even if you hand wash them. The finishings are also really bad - all the clothes came with several, some of them really long, pieces of thread hanging. Also Dresslink seems to think customers are dumb. I've had an item on my wishlist and the item was supposed to be on discount, but I saw the item's price go up every day. When it reached its original price, they changed the original price so the item would look like it was still on discount. I don't think I will order from Dresslink again.

I purchase a WINTER coat on 12/14/18 and paid extra for Express Shipping of 2 - 7 business days. Today is 12/27/18 AND MY ITEM IS STILL PROCCESSING. Not even PACKAGED YET. I tried calling the US number and it went to a voicemail that sounded like someone's cell phone! Buyer beware. I'm usually not a big fan of shopping. And I have had so many bad experiences shopping online, with products being delivered that are usually never what I order.
But with this site, my experience so far has been really remarkable. I can't think of any other word to describe it. The prices are very reasonable. The offers are really good. And whether it's clothes, shoes or bags that you want to buy they are of good quality. The selection is also very good.The items are very very trendy.
Something I find hard with online shopping is that you have to go to specific sites to buy specific items. But DressLink is a one stop shop, because you not only get the usual clothes/shoes/handbags combo but also makeup and accessories as well.
I am definitely going to continue shopping here. Thank you for making shopping and especially online shopping enjoyable without always having to have second thoughts...

I ordered a delicate, shimmery and elegant evening gown for my college prom from DressLink, which a friend of mine had recommended. Apart from the fact that it took them a little longer than normal to ship my product, everything, from their communication channel to the product delivery on my doorstep, was stellar. The product was as good as its portrayal on the website and hence, I would recommend everyone to use this website at least once to get an idea of how good these guys are. As the portal's motto goes, to try our utmost to offer best price, I think the deal I got was really fine. The gown I bought was worth its money, in fact, I think, before buying from here I had researched well on the internet for the same piece of gown and to my surprise, DressLink was offering the same gown at a much much dearer rate. From now on, I don't know why I would login anywhere for shopping but on to Dresslink! Please guys, if you could ship the product a little faster, I think you would soon be on the top of the online dressing portals.
