I purchased these to wear for my job. I bought the soft originally, come to find out I needed a composite or steel toe. So I called in right away and the lady that helped me got my order changed almost automatically. She was so very helpful and kind. My boot was on back order, but I received it in less than a week. I really enjoyed the pricing as ease of ordering g with this company. I received my purchase in a timely fashion. However, I did not really have any idea when it would be delivered or what company would be delivering. The estimated delivery date that was in the email was almost a month out. Now, it definitely took less time than that but the only tracking that was offered was to make a phone call or send an email. An updated tracking system would be appreciated.

Convenient website, great product range, and the quality of goods is top-notch. My hard hats were delivered timely. Also, their chat support is not bot-like but a human helping you to pick the best. My only complaint is the prices could be slightly lower.

I am thrilled with the quality of the coveralls and very happy with the price - however, I purchased two sizes with the intention of keeping the one that fit and sending back the one that did not. When I attempted to return the one item, only then by calling, did I learn the item was final sale. Now I am stuck with an item I cannot wear and out the money for it.

What can you say about gloves? They are a necessity in my field. I have found some do not withstand more than one wipe down on a counter. These will withstand quite a bit of abuse...chemicals, straining etc. I wish I had gone up one more size but thats on me. They feel a bit stiff but that could be due to sizing issue.otherwise I find the value for quantity highly appealing. The thickness is just right to withstand (what would be, with other gloves) typical tears and breaks in fingers\palms etc. Thank you!

I wanted hard hats with my business logo. I uploaded my logo but it did not come printed on the hard hat. I contacted customer service they sucked. Short explanation but rather than help me order the right one they just said "I did not order a model that comes with a logo."

Received in timely matter with surprise warmers, product was as described, fitting was good, i had them arrive in time for snow. Kept me warm and dry, glad to see die hard brand is still around. Best brand when Sears was brick and mortar.

I used them in my fridge to organize foods. They are incredible and the only bins out there that use the entire depth of the fridge! These were incredibly inexpensive! I searched everywhere and these were the perfect size for width, and length,... a must buy! Durable and my refrigerator is always organized now!
