Just bought some orthopedic insoles. For the price I didn't expect much, but they were great. They have a stiff polymer insert for serious arch support. I've bought quite a few items now and I'm currently settling my first dispute with a seller. So far it looks like a replacement will be sent at the seller's expense. WIll update if I have any problems, but I really don't anticipate trouble. So far DH gate has been very good to me.

It's been over a month and my items are still missing according to them and no refund. They sent me a tracking number that never left Jamaica NY it kept arriving and departing the same location same zip everything. Dh gate customer service is trash absolutely no help at all. Not only did I have to dispute this card with my credit card, but also had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau highly recommend not shopping care.

It's been over a month and my items are still missing according to them and no refund. I got prompt replies from DHgate and the seller as follows: they offered to refund USD0.01 to me, and asked me to get another style of item that I don't want as replacement. Dear readers and shoppers, what do you think about it? I feel extremely frustrated and humiliated! They were so GENEROUS trying to please me, but I won't give up to ask for my full refund and tell the whole story. Will update more upon receipt of their new replies.

I ordered an item for an event it said it come before February 5th, well its been stuck in Saskatchewan for two months, I no longer need it. But I can't request a refund until it's here. I think my package is lost but there's no way of contacting them except by international call, no email, no customer support email or anything. I can't even report it either. I've tried contacting carrier many times via email, it's been over a month with no response. My second update said March 5th, well still not here, HASNT LEFT in almost 2 MONTHS. Do not order from them

I understand that you are concerned about your order 31201339499 not yet received. I can see here that the tracking of the order shows no update since January 29th. In this case, since the order is already beyond the guaranteed delivery date, you have the option to open a dispute and request for a refund.

Here's how to open a dispute on PC:
1) Home Page “Click on My DHgate”.
2) My DHgate “Click on My Orders”.
3) My Orders “Click on Awaiting confirm”. You can also use the search box by putting in the order number.
4) Awaiting Confirm “Click on Open a Dispute”.
5) Dispute Page (This is where you can choose your proposal to the seller) Click on Continue.

Here's how to open a dispute on APP:
"1. Go to the ‘My Orders” page, click on ‘Awaiting Confirm or Awaiting review or shipped’ and click on the order you want a dispute to be opened
2. This opens the details of the order. Scroll down to the bottom part of the page.
3. Click on ‘Open Dispute’
4. You can choose from the three options:
A. Get a Refund (No Return)
B. Get a Refund (Return Item)
C. Get a Replacement"

Once the dispute is opened, your seller is given 5 days to respond and sort things out with you. If the seller declines your proposal within 5 days, you can request mediation on the 6th day. If the seller fails to respond to your dispute proposal within 5 days, the system will process your original dispute proposal automatically on the 6th day from the time that the dispute is filed.

Do not use this site. I paid £80 for a coat that turned up with a broken zip, fabric not stitched properly and the ditching was frayed. I disputed this with the seller ( who had a returns policy) and was told to finish the stitching myself and that they can't refund as they don't make a lot of money. I disputed this with DH Gate and they refunded £20 and told me it was pointless returning the coat as it will probably get lost in transit so they would only refund £20. The customer service is horrendous and because your not buying from legit companies they can rip you off like this and there's not much you can do about it.
I've also ordered things from there that have a guaranteed delivery date, this was missed by a month but the seller just ignored me when I asked them to cancel the order as I had ordered things for my holiday, over a month before I went and I didn't receive them until after I got back. Again DH gate have been no use in helping, they just want your money and sell you absolute garbage items that you can't return or get refunded on

Tip for consumers:
They don’t stick to their returns policy that they state on their website so be very careful when buying things because when they turn up in horrendous condition you can’t get your money back

GuysDHGATE IS FRUD! They have received the parcel I have sent to them and lied and told me that they haven't received it! How dare you DHGATE send me back my refund now! I received a damaged bag, when opened a dispute the seller proposed me to send it back and I would get a a full refund including the the cost of re-shipping. He gave me a fake address and the bag was resent to me, I got a refund on the bag but not return shipping. The seller stopped answering my messages and couldn't get help through Dhgate customer service. I was nor even able to leave a review to warn future customers. Very disappointing

Please don't order from these people. I order my package over 3 weeks ago and still haven't got an update on my package. It says it's still awaiting shipping from usps. Fake tracking number and all. I deleted the app out my phone. Worse people ever! I wish I could star them a zero!

I've been very satisfied with every purchase from DHgate.com. Handbags and wallets that are priced a little higher seems to be better quality. Belts are very pretty and well made. The shoes are so cute! Can't beat the price. I have received every order that I have placed within usually a couple weeks.

2 months to be sent wrong item.
Another 2 months for replacement.
Replacement also wrong.
Refunded half of my money.
There are much better, easier places to buy from, use one of them, dont go to DHGate

My order # *******709 was placed on October 8,2023. A shipping confirmation email was received stating the shipping date/time was 2023-10-08 23:17:00.
A tracking number was sent in the email for USPS tracking. When the number is tracked, is says:
Pre-shipment
Shipping Label created, USPS awaiting item
Los Angeles, CA *******
October 8,2023, 11:17pm
It says this sense October, nothing changed. My enquiries are ignored / not answered. The tracking number goes nowhere and show the same nonsense every time. There is no contact or reply from the seller. It is now January 2024.
Money is gone, goods not received, seller not responding, tracking not working. Stay away from this.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from them, they are crooks. They don't even reply with a dumb excuse like others would.

Products used:
None, because my product never arrived. $ 154.04 are gone and I have nothing for it.

Hello!

I am not happy with dhgate I've been using them for a long time and made many purchases, But now I have a package that was supposed to arrive on March 26th, the tracking has not updated since March 7th when it said leaving over seas, the seller refused to refund me, I opened a dispute for a refund as it is stated on dhgate

"If buyer did not get the item on seller's promised delivery time, then DHgate Resolution Center will commence arbitration to issue a refund or return item according to the actual conditions."

My promised date was March 26th, its not here!

My dispute and all messages are being ignored now and nothing is being done and the seller has turned off email notifications so is not even getting my messages.

The seller is not responding to the dispute and dhgate have not issued my refund yet thus is ridiculous and unfair its almost 50 days since
The order was made and absolutely no update since March 7th, dhgate states they will issue a refund if the package does not arrive in time my delivery was supposed to be March 26th its near a full month late! Please just refund me so we can end this dispute I won't give up and will report dhgate to trading standards for fraud and helping sellers to steal money like sneakerstar has stole mine with their help.

Release my refund!

A lot of nice stuff at reasonable prices. My reaction is favorable except for clothes with a S M L XL XXL scale which appear to use an kids scale (or asian scale) and are three sizes too small. A few items have not been received in over a month so you do take chances. Shoes are the exception to the sizing issue as they have specific sizes. Most products come in original boxes with tags. I've bought a number of items and only one was bad. Love what I bought except for clothes.

I ordered a bag from Yanliao, order no is *******595. I did not receive it after the estimated date. After numerous reminders to seller, i was given an update that goods was delivered. The update is from a tracking platform and i investigated it further. Apparently anyone can update the details and it can be faked. Forwarding company details was never shared and the seller failed to share any evidence of sign off. Australia Post also confirmed there is no such tracking number and parcel.

Tip for consumers:
I was cheated. SELLER just created a fake tracking number. It may belong to another item or it may be fake

Worst experience ever. The shoes I ordered did not fit properly and I'm convinced they were counterfeit. When I tried to return for a refund, there was no way to effectively communicate this. The dispute/mediation processes were difficult to maneuver with drop down menus as the only options. Responses were AI generated. My bank closed my issue as well because the way they have there website/messages set up, they look legitimate. They don't stand by their refund/return policy at all. I have shoes I can't wear and I'm out money.

I have placed 3 orders it's been over a month. Tracking says they are still in China. They take your money and you never get your orders! Nevermind that what they're doing is illegal! They are selling counterfeit goods. And stealing money.Absolutely no customer service just robots.

As the title says, it all works out fine every time.
I have purchased many things over the years from the store. As always, you have to make sure you read the items' descriptions well, because the store sells what several manufacturers produce. The don't have anything to do with the quality of the product since they don't make them.
Otherwise, easy and pleasant experience.

I purchased an item off DHgate and the tracking number suddenly stopped. The USPS said it is a common DHgate scam. The item was never delivered. I attempted to contact the seller but they
No longer exist. I went to file a dispute and the DHgate site said I couldn't do that without first

Received damaged items and some were the wrong sizes. The seller ask me to just drop the dispute. He wanted me to just let him keep my money. I put in the dispute the day I received the items. Why would they release the money, knowing there was an issue? The dispute process is only to protect the seller NOT YOU! Stay away from this site!

Awful customer service. Shop local so you can exchange or return. There's zero help. I ordered the size my child wore and her toes touched the top. All they said was sell those to others and nobody else had issues. I've never in my life experience c customer service like that. They would not return or refund or exchange.

I have ordered several items from DhGate. Everything ordered is garbage & take months to get here if they get delivered at all. When you request a refund for the garbage items, you are offered a $2 coupon off your next order. DHgate stands by the sellers so they are allowed to pretty much get away with anything. Don't buy from this company.

I AM WRITEING TO TELL PEOPLE DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY, I MYSELF HAVE BEEN WAITING NEARLY 3 MONTHS FOR A DELIVERY, DH GATE WILL NOT HELP, EVEN THOUGHT THEIR POSILY STATES 30 DAYS OR REFUND, IM STILL WAITING AND ITS OVER 2 AND A HALF MONTHS GONE BY, THEY DO NOT MAKE IT EASY FOR YOU TO DISPUTE, THEY GIVE ONLY A RUNAROUND, I MY SELF WILL DO EVERTHING POSSIBLE TO STEER PEOPLE FROM THIS WEB PAGE.

Dhgate has some merchants who are scammers, they do not send you the merchandise and then they tell you that they sent it and I did not receive it and I told them to send me the tracking number because the one on the order in the post office tells me that it is not valid and now that I want to log in to see if they sent me the information I realize that Dhgate closed my account and I have not been able to log in to my account to verify all my orders that company is a fraud
