They've been jerking my chain since June. Every ticket says something different, that is when they finally reply. They sent wrong item ( appears to be their MO). First I told them I wanted what I ordered, they said they don't do replacements. Finally I said give me my money back, Now they say they have shipped it from Warehouse. No matter how many times I've sent a "Ticket" stating I want a refund I have been ignored. DO NOT order from this rip-off company, you'll be sorry.

Computer, not sure what your question means. I didn’t use it, it was not what I ordered. I returned it. I first requested them to send what I ordered, when that didn’t work I requested a refund. They have supposedly shipped the “correct” One even though I have requested a refund over and over.

Sent the wrong model of the product I ordered. W/out realizing the switch I used it, then noticed that there were attachments missing. Customer service was clueless (wanting me to return it so they can send the missing parts.?). Seems the one I got doesn't take attachments (only reason I bought the thing). They sent me something wrong and won't take it back. Just horrible knowledge of your inventory. STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY. They have no idea what they are doing or what they are selling. They just care that it's unopened for any returns.

They seem to be a good company and maybe have some problems connecting with some customers, but I haven't had any problems then response time and shipping. Still, they only work five days a week, so two off of the deverily time because usually take up to 3 days to send the order off to you and sometimes you don't get any tracking info till you send a message by then the item is at the door.

I order a case of puppy food for our new puppies from them thinking I was saving a couple of bucks WHAT A MISTAKE! I ordered a case which contains 12 13.5 oz cans as shown on the site and at every store I buy from However this morning I got a package…… a very SMALL package…… ONE can of puppy food and it's all messed up! I'm LIVID right now. These guys are scam artist and ripoffs spend the extra couple bucks trust me!

I was told four days for shipping and then nothing. I check the tracking number and they gave me and it was a place holder cause the ticket from them was just created but that was it. I reach out and they send me back an auto email with the tracking number that says they have not even given the product to ship yet so I wait another day and fed ex gets the package and ships it. Still no answer why or even a sorry :(

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them. They don't care just want money. Integrity is the last on their list if on there at all. Amazon is better customer service and better at shipping.

Placed an order and received an email an hour later from this scam company cancelling my order. I contacted customer service to check the status of my refund. They said they were having technical difficulties and it would be a few days before I receive my refund. Two weeks later still no refund. Now, I have to wait 90 days to receive my refund once my credit card company determines they are a fraudulent company. This fraudulent company doesn't even deserve one star.

Save your money. Do not buy.
What I got was a complete off brand knock off version of what they advertised. Made a ticket to ask for the actual item that was advertised or a refund. Support jerked me around telling me to keep waiting 2-3 business days more then twice. Just to get another email saying that my ticket has been closed. They closed my ticket without even talking or trying to resolve the issue.

I ordered a SONY Home Theater Center speaker of EBAY,

After waiting 2 weeks and checking tracking #, and watching Item move from Miami, Fla --> North Brunswick, NJ... I finally received the parcel.

Upon opening the box, and removing tons of packing material, I pulled out a used Clock Radio, covered in a thick layer of dirt.

No response to countless emails to this "Rip Off Company".
I sent the item back to them after Verbally wrestling with EBAY & My Bank.

Let's see if I get a refund ~

I bought a pretty pair of what was advertised as 18K white gold citrine earrings. I knew from the low price that they wouldn't be gold. They're sterling silver. Also, the critine stone looks like glass. I have citrine and the color is much deeper than these. I like them but they should have been honest as to what the earrings actually are.

Please, DO NOT buy products from this company.
I purchased an ipad that was so slow and out of date.
When I attempted to return it they said that I would have to pay return postage, which I did. After a couple of months with no response from the company I sent tracking # and info from Post Office and still no response.
After informing PayPal of this dispute the request for refund still remains unanswered.
This company does not deserve a one star rating, but I couldn't write a review with less than one star.
So, DO NOT purchase from daily steals

I ordered snow plow shoes for my Meyer snow plow. What was shown and what I received were not even close. I filed a complaint and they responded with please send a picture of what you received. After sending the picture of what I ordered and what I received there was one more response of requesting shipping list. Then no more. Spend your money on at a reputable place. Daily steal is correct. They steal from you! Hate I had to give one star in order to submit this.

I placed an order with this company on 3/4/2022. By March 13,2022 I never received a confirmation or shipping status nor a tracking number. I did emailed them several times and no response. Luckily, I paid them $138.00 using my PayPal acct. I requested my money back and PayPal did refund my money in its entirety. WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU GOT MONEY TO THROW AWAY.

I bought a pair of eyeglass frames, but they didn't work out. I have tried to return them contacting the company well within their 30-day policy requesting an RMA number to do the return. I get vague responses and then I looked up the company and see I am not the only one. They are total scammers looking to steal from you. Avoid this company at all costs.

The customer service of this company is non-existent. I bought $1400+ worth of stuff and it never got to me, had to dispute it with my bank. There is no number to call and the customer support takes days to respond, and when they respond with absolutely no resolution, they close the case so that you cant reply. Daily STEALS is right, these people are scammers. Highly UNRECOMMENDED.

Ordered an item based on the model they advertised. They sent me the incorrect model and have yet to replace or refund me. Takes forever to get a response. Do not use this company. Items don't even come in original packaging. Almost like they are returns from other stores. As you can see model number on order is not what I received and does not work like the one advertised that I ordered.

First time customer with little chance of continued purchases. Made my first purchase of a very specific item (model specific AS ADVERTISED). I was sent a different model number, the size and shape of the item completely different than advertised, and it was cracked/broken and couldn't be used even if it were the correct model. Ordered on 4/10/22, received 4/15/22 in unusable condition. Submitted an online claims ticket (NO phone number to call) one hour after opening box. On 4/16 (next day), I received an email from Daily Steals customer service stating that I would NOT get a refund due to it being beyond the 30-day window for returns. Not going to speculate as to how/why this individual came to this conclusion, but the entire purchase/delivery/claims submission happened in 6 days. I submitted a second ticket with a much more detailed description/explanation of the problem and have basically been ghosted from all communications. Both PayPal and Wells Fargo have been notified. Daily Steals ORD# *******

Placed an order on 5/6 for grandson's birthday. Was supposed to arrive on 5/18. I started following up on 5/11 because nothing had happened. Spent 3 hours trying to track over the next 3 days explaining situation. Was assured everything was fine until 3:00 am on 5/17 at which time they cancelled order. Inexcusable that the couldn't at least let me know earlier since he already could not have a party due to Covid 19. Will never use them or Google stores again.

BEWARE! This site sells lot of refurbished items, consider them one level down than described. Usual Grade A can be their Grade B/C. Look for all description and fine prints, item will be mostly what all fine print says, wont be better than that. Only way to contact them is email and wait. Response times are poor, returns can take months, return shipping will be most likely on you.
I will never buy from this site evenif item is 80% off. Images of grade A laptop which I wanted to return.
