Ordered these online through the Custom Cushions' site. Unlike some people that wrote reviews, I didn't have any problems. Took a little over 3 weeks to get the cushions but I was prepared for that. Not a problem for me. Workmanship is very good. One seam is slightly crooked but you'd never really notice. Sunbrella fabric is good. The round bolster pillows are excellent. Very pleased with the purchase. Only complaints - the fabric color is slightly off from the picture but I didn't ask for a sample/swatch so my bad. It still looks great. I thought the price was a little too high for the product. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase.

I ordered a 3" cushion. It was delivered and it is less than 2". When I asked for explanation, was told it was within their margin of error. I measured the foam. It's less than an inch thick! I spent around $300 for a cushion I can't return and won't use. 0% satisfied. Beware. Read the disclaimers. They DO NOT intend to give you what you ordered - otherwise, why the disclaimer?
Plus, the package came all beat up and looked so unprofessional. See the photos.

When I initially ordered my cushions I did not order what I actually needed. Jamie called me to follow up multiple times to ensure she was putting together exactly what I was looking for. She gave me many options and priced it all out for me so I barely had to even think about it. She was very nice and friendly and helpful. Great customer service, and satisfied with products.

This website is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER from here. I placed my order 09/27/22, and waited their advised 15-20 days as was stated was their lead time on the footer of their website. I have been trying to get in contact via email and calling their customer service ever since and have yet been able to speak to ANYONE. As of now, I have received absolutely NO updates regarding my $471.84 order. Prior to all this, I ordered fabric swatches which I DID receive leading me to believe in this business's legitimacy.

At the beginning I was a little scared of buying cushions for my husbands company online, but then i started talking to Jessica and I asked her all the questions referring the company and how it worked. Jessica is wonderful, she helped and informed, professional but not snobby!
I called again to place my order and spoke to another lad. She was very professional and courteous. She talked me through some color choices as well as the durability of each. The customer service far exceeded my expectations. Product delivered fast and as advertised. My cushions look beautiful
Culmination of three years of searches.! All other options were either not matching or not the right sizes. So this option was perfect.
My wife and I ordered one rectangular cushion over two months ago. We laid out $230, and patiently waited. Now that it is beyond the time frame the item was supposed to ship, they do not respond to the customer support emails, and only a pre-recorded message for their phone number. There is literally no way to get in touch with anyone, just completely miserable customer service! Take your business elsewhere, you have been warned!

My bench cushion has just arrived and it is perfect. It was a bit of an odd size - but fits perfectly and the material quality is exactly what I would of expected. Order delivered on schedule and met all my expectations.
They took my money over 3 months ago. Over $250.00. Did not receive my two patio chair cushions. There is no way to reach them. I leave VM's. I leave a message on their website. Not one response am thinking about calling police in Canoga Park, Ca but I don't think they will do anything either.

Ordered 1 simple cushion in early March. It is now June 9 and I have no cushion and repeated attempts to email customer service have been ignored. Have turned the whole mess over to Better Business Bureau. Oh... and by the way, my credit card was charged 3 months ago. Do not recommend taking a chance on this company... you just might be the next one to get burned.

We bought cushions for an indoor chair using striped fabric. The stripes on the top and bottom cushions match *perfectly*. Whoever sewed these covers was an artist. The piping was also well done. Excellent quality. The lead time is longer than I would have liked, but they tell you that up front. And I had no trouble communicating with customer service. Good products and good people. Thanks! We ordered a set of bench seat cushions for an RV bus an a few accent pillows. Was excited to get them and patiently waited the 6 week lead time. When they arrived, only the accent pillows were there. None of the actual cushions. No one answers their phones. No one answers their emails. Beware.
These cushions are great! Super durable and comfortable. Highly recommend these cushions! The customer service is also great is because they recommended I order samples of the fabric and I am glad I did because I got the perfect colors!
I ordered cushions from this company and the cushion was too big by 1/2 inch. I contacted customer service, sending an email with a photo that clearly showed it was a full 1/2 inch wider than requested. They responded that there was some fine print somewhere that says that the cushion can be 1/2 inch longer or shorter. It's ridiculous amount of leeway that they give themselves and they don't make this clear on their website. Besides this, the piping on the cushions weren't very straight.
I placed my order on 3/7/20 and I still do not have my order!
I received an incorrect order on 4/6/20--ties to my cushions were placed in the wrong location. It took them 2 weeks to get me a fedex return pick-up from home to have them returned for correction. Therefore, they were picked up on 4/21/20 from my home. I was very patient during the quarantine period as they were designated as an essential business and was told there would be a delay they apparently were making face shields. What a joke, in reading the reviews on THEIR website it appears that they continued to fill orders in April and May/ On 6/10 (2 weeks ago) I received 3 of my 4 cushions. So, where oh where is my 4th cushion I asked that numerous times through their customer service email. Oh, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER DURING THE PANDEMIC ONLY ACCEPT EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS THAT ARE NEVER ANSWERED! Another joke! I was FINALLY told that my 4th cushion would be shipped on Friday, 6/19. Here it is late in the afternoon on the 23rd and still no shipping confirmation and NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL... GO ELSEWHERE! I SURE WISH I HAD. A lot of good 3 cushions do me when I have a table and four chairs. SUMMER WILL BE OVER AND I WILL NOT HAVE NEW CUSHIONS! UGH!
WOW - I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before ordering from this company. They are consistent, I will say this. Consistently poor! I placed an order on July 7th. I received the order on 8/28. The wrong order! It was a completely different size, style and color. I understand mistakes happen. It's how the mistakes are handled that makes the difference. I tried calling them. They have a voice message system that basically tells you they are only responding to e-mails. Wish that were true. I e-mailed them and they responded up until the incorrect cushion was picked up. I have now followed up with them (7) times, with zero response. They have the money, they have the returned incorrect cushion. This is so unprofessional and frustrating. BE WARNED - you can see this is NOT an isolated experience. They obviously have no business being in business. Totally unacceptable. The BBB should close you down! Disgusting to treat people this way.
Wow, I see that these reviews are around the same time as I ordered my cushions and the customer service is by far the worst I have experienced in a company that is supposed to be professional.
$1,000 in outdoor cushions and the backs were all wrong. After delivery, I tried desperately to return and to no avail, they said No and they would not fix what they made wrong. I also sent a review through my CC and they did not back me stating that the cushion co had receipts and phone calls documented. (Citi Bank) I had a professional seamstress come after all of this and told me they were wrong! She happily fixed them with precision, but I had to pay for that as well. Wish I would've had the seamstress before and the reviews to add to my review at the CC co.

First off we couldn’t find anything from you at first because your order was from 2 years ago and under your husband’s name. I hope you looked at the last 2 years because our customers are very pleased with our customer service. We are sorry that you are still upset. You ordered two different construction styles and we explained this to you. As for your seamstress, did you show them our website and show them the different constructions? For boxed construction and waterfall construction they are measured differently because they are different constructions. Everything is explained on the website and if you would have measured the overall thickness of the waterfall cushion, it will be the correct thickness (within a 1/2" tolerance of course). The measuring guide and measuring explanation for these cushions are industry standard and are also clearly stated on the CustomCushions.com web site. After reviewing the notes on your order, we sent you pictures on how to measure correctly and you refused to retake the pictures and send them to us at that point if the customer will not work with us we cannot work with them. We also told you if you shipped them back to us then we would personally measure them for you to make sure that everything is measuring correctly but you didn’t want this. It is clearly stated on our website that we do not accept returns because everything is custom made to the customer specifications, this is stated in the terms and conditions and on your invoice that is received right after you place your order.

I ordered some cushions for a U-shaped bench. I needed the cushions to fill a space 129" wide (Center cushion 85" and 2 side cushions 22" each). Both of the side cushions were approximately 3/4" shorter than ordered and the center cushion was almost 2" shorter. The result is a 3 1/2" gap between the cushions. They never mentioned that there was a 1/2" +/- tolerance during the entire sale process but they informed me it was in the Terms and Conditions and Common Questions. Even still all the cushions were beyond the tolerance. I measured the cushions and sent photos to customer service and they told me it was within the tolerance despite clearly being beyond the tolerance. In addition the center cushion wouldn't lay flat because they fused the foam cushion together in a sloppy manner. They agreed to pick up the center cushion to correct the foam but said they would not replace it with a bigger size unless they agreed it was too short. I recently received back the cushion with a new piece of foam but still almost 2" short. The most disappointing thing is I have used this company before (spent a couple of thousand dollars) and was very happy with the results. Something has changed and they have lost me as a customer for good.

I ordered outdoor cushions for a large seating area around a fire pit.
