I ordered from this company and "per the rules" you are not allowed to ask for a tracking number, soooo I have no idea if my order even shipped. They will not email you the tracking number, nor will it ever show up in Paypal (unless forced) and Pirateship doesn't email you - even in your junk folder. For me - I have had issues with USPS losing my packages. Too bad so sad - your money is down the drain because you didn't "read the rules". Luckily I paid through PayPal and they will force the retailer to give the tracking number. If you like knowing if your order has actually shipped and like decent customer service, don't buy from here. They don't like to spend the time to give you even decent customer service, because they don't think their customers are worth the time spent on a 30 second email. I personally think I am worth more than that as a customer for any company. Prices don't matter if you never get your order. I asked for the tracking number - the person just gave me the website where it showed the "rules". I told him that was not helpful and I would be writing a review and here is the email I got back! I personally don't like to be sworn at by a representative of any company. Maybe some customers like that, I don't know. I won't be buying from here again. When I finally got the tracking number - it had just shipped which was over the 4 business days mark, so they don't always send the orders out between 1-4 business days even if there is no holiday.

Live their products! High quality and the lowest prices! Yeah they don't supply tracking numbers but I've always gotten my order within 10-14 days at the most. Support a small company in the USA.

I love this company. Nick and his staff are awesome and the deals he offers are just as great! Read the "rules" which pertain to "specials" and you'll be golden. Regular orders are shipped in a timely manner. If you don't understand what you read, don't bother wasting his time... you'll just dig your hole to sulk and cry in later when it doesn't go your way...

This guy is the biggest narcissist on earth! He is extremely egotistical and has no idea how to treat others. He hires drug addicted meth heads that need the money and attention. He also has personal relationships with his employees if they need money he "helps" them out!

The average crafter buys their vinyl at the craft store with a coupon and goes about their merry way. Only the most intelligent, most business savvy, most creative crafters order from craftvinyl.com. If you have reading comprehension skills and patience, you will be a very happy customer. I was able to buy quality vinyl at a fraction of the craft store price. My order was professionally and carefully packed and arrived quickly. This is a small business owner who loves his employees and customers.

This man harasses and stalks business pages... if anyone voices their bad experience with him Nick will go to their facebook page or business pages and leave negative reviews. His business group on fb is all about harassing and tormenting anyone who speaks out against him.

His group admins members belittle ppl constantly. And he allows it because he does the same thing he records phone call conversations and voicemails of clients and uploads them to a website so that he can humiliate them as well as a site for videos it's rather sickening

Every time I order I get what I ordered and it always comes within the time stated on the website! I've searched sooo many websites for the best prices and there absolutely is not ant other out there. As long as you READ THE RULES there is absolutely no comparison.

Nick and his crew have the best deals around! Shipping is fast on normal orders and sales timeframe are outlined in bold red letters so that nobody misses anything. As long as you read the "rules" on the webpage and group and follow them you're good! Comprehension is key! I had an issue with an order once, I emailed him and he corrected the error without any harsh words. Legit issues are dealt with promptly and professionally! Won't order from anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I've been ordering from craftvinyl.com for a couple years now. I've never had a single issue. Always receive exactly what I ordered, plus extra goodies, and the prices cannot be beat. The vinyl is always excellent quality, and the selection is phenomenal! I will admit though, I am educated and I can read simple english, so reading the rules comes easy for me... thus, I've only had great experiences. I HIGHLY recommend craftvinyl.com for all your vinyl needs.

This company verbally abuses customers and clients. Instead of being a professional individual, the owner takes pride in making people upset.
After seeing and hearing the stuff said about other crafters and the posts made to my wife's account, because she made a comment on how the business should respect others, he started hate posting on her page.

I ordered from CraftVinyl and received fast. His rules say for regular non-sale ordered 1-4 business days, which is what I ordered from. I was please with my order, followed the rules and even got lots of awesome candy (not the cheap candy either).

Anytime I've had questions, his group site is always willing to answer as long as it doesn't break the rules (which most sites have rules). Example is this order-EasySub. Admin R. (Won't give her full name without her permission) posted about it and that's why I ordered it.

Look, I get it, some complain. But that's because they don't read, they expect next day delivery during a global pandemic and they don't update their PayPal address and blame the business. Just read the rules, know the difference in business days and your order will be shipped in less time than they state. Loyal customer for many years and won't shop anywhere else. You see, I can read and be patient in waiting for the BEST deals on earth. People blame him if they forget to update the PayPal address then turn around and whine. It's all about personal responsibility and owning your mistake.

Never had a problem getting my order in the time frame stated. Top quality vinyl with a huge selection of different types to chose from. Contrary to what people think his customer service is some of the best there is. He just doesn't coddle and answer questions that are clearly answered on his website pages.

Owner of this company harassed a company he has done no business or ties with to try to push sales to their own sites. Also will give out your personal information online if they do not like you. Would avoid and find another supplier.

I have only been ordering since February of this year. All rules, including shipping, are laid out in big red letters. Its not rocket science. They are very cheap and quality is amazing.

The replies to anyone commenting on his site or Facebook page are obscene. He flaunts his disregard for his employees and then turns around and bashes anyone who contradicts him.

If you can read and follow directions this is the best site around. Shipping is faster than advertised. I've order over 20 times and I have never had a problem. I have emailed the owner a few times and he responds quickly, and gets right to the point. The prices are out of this world! Craftvinyl.com is the best!

Can talk About that customer! No one can stand up for the customer. CUZ THEY WILL JIST BLOCK YOU AND TALK $#*! ABOUT YOU AS WELL CAN'T! I can't see it CUZ THEY BLOCKED me cuz i asked why something wasn't being handled privately and got jumped but 20 people that HAD nothing to do with my question. JUST DONT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TALKED ABOUT BEHIND YOUR BACK OR TREATED NASTY!

Read the other reviews carefully before you make a judgment. A lot of then are based on people's view of the business after THEY have made some mistake in their order and don't like that the owner has rules for how he deals with things that are blatant ignorance of the rules. The vinyl is cheap, is top quality and the service is amazing. I will never buy my vinyl from anywhere else

Best vinyl prices. Been ordering for 5 years and never had any issues. Highly recommended for those you don't need their hand held while placing an order. Shipping can take 2-3 weeks but it's well worth the wait for the savings.

Nick (the owner) has to be one of the funniest people I have ever met. He is the epitome of "that's how I'd be if it was my store". Everyone says they will put their foot down but they always end up bending and giving in. Not Nick. He doesn't have time for stupidity. He gives you all of the Information you need BEFORE ordering. So as long as you can read, you'll be fine.
