It's such a gamble when ordering clothing on line especially when paying a high price. You wonder n worry until the item(s) arrive if it's going to come and is it going to be what you expected. Well all I can say is the outfit I ordered is much better than what I thought it would be and it came packaged so nicely that there's hardly any wrinkles in it at all.
I ordered up a size, the top fits perfect but the pants are big. They should be pretty easy to alter.

The customer service was great. The dress arrived extremely fast(less than a week), and the dress its self was amazing quality, the sizing was spot on and all in all the dress far exceeded my expectations. The color was stunning and honestly better than the picture. Very thick material

Ordered metallic champagne plunging V-neck pleated glitter dress XS based on the sizing chart. Received the dress within the time frame specified, which was great. However, the dress did not fit. The dress was too big, and very long. It was a final sale, so I am unable to return it.

Quality was very poor on the TWO dresses I ordered. Very Cheap looking & feeling, dresses also had an odor!
Customer Service was non existent, their return /exchange policy is nearly impossible to obtain, far different then what is stated.

Save your money, dresses are not as appear!

They also do not except any reviews on their page unless glowing! I wondered why none of the dresses had reviews!

I'm very satisfied with the purchase that I made with Couture Candy! The dress is amazingly wonderful... I got it in time for the wedding of my niece. I have a great time from placing the order, shipping confirmation and delivery. I also asked about expedite delivery, Couture Candy also provides that service. The whole experience was fantastic. I will order again. I encourage everyone to order a dress from this site. I'm sure you will have the same experience.

The dress is absolutely stunning and identical to the picture! Initially, I had some reservations, but the dress turned out to be incredibly beautiful. It reached Iceland within 8 days, and everything was perfect—no missing pieces or torn on some places. I'm eagerly looking forward to wearing it on my wedding day :)

I ordered a beautiful dress from here at a reasonable price. I was worried it wouldn't get to me earlier enough, so I called, and they were very helpful. I got my dress within 3 days, and I had plenty of time for alterations. They updated me every step of the way, and the dress was as described and true to the size chart. Several paragraphs down under another title- not within refunds section is a paragraph that reads you must notify of any defects or problems within 24 hours, so in essence you have 24 hours, not 5 days as it reads! They don't give refunds OR store credit as the website reads. The sequins on my dress all fell off within in the packaging before it even arrived. It was NOT new and they refused to make it right. Other sites sell these dresses. Stay away from this company! Find their response below that proves I am within the 5 day return policy, but they refuse to provide store credit as their policy states. See below picture of their response refusing to provide store credit, even though it is obvious this dress arrived this way. They replied with this canned email within 4 minutes of my requesting the RMA.

I scoured the internet looking for the perfect dress when I came upon CoutureCandy and saw the most beautiful dress. It was different which is what I was looking for and form fitting which will make my fiance very happy.

I received the dress quicker than I had anticipated, it was as beautiful as the pictures and fit me like a glove.

In covid-times, I needed to find a dress for my daughters wedding. I ordered three since I was unsure of the sizes. Beautiful dresses, but none fit. I asked for return authorization and there was a very limited return policy, with heavy penalties. Please read policy before purchasing

I love this dress! It's a perfect fit. I'm only 5'4" and the length is perfect with a small heel. I can't wait to wear it to my daughter's wedding. I found it in a store, but wanted a different color. I'm thankful I found it online in navy and CoutureCandy had the best price. Shipping was fast. Only complaint is the hook came off when I tried it on, but that's the manufacturer's fault and it's an easy fix.

This Company is the most fraudulent, evasive company I have ever purchased something from. They welcome you to spend thousands on dollars on their website and then when you need to return and adjust a size, they claim if you buy with store credit, you just have to keep a garment that does not fit.

Completely bad business and fraudulent. I will never order from this company ever again. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are thieves. They take your money and then offer no solutions for re-sizing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My dress was received so quickly, despite the fact I ordered it over the Labor Day weekend!

First time ordering from candy couture. Easy experience, quick shipping & dress was the same as the one tried on in store at a much lower cost.

At first, I didn't get any confirmation of the purchase or hear anything back for about 4 to 5 days. I was worried, and luckily, I was able to get in touch with someone from customer service. They were able to help me with the issue and gave me updates on the order since that communication. The dress arrived 2 business days later. Everything was in good condition and before the date I was told it would arrive. Satisfied with the purchase, although, I did not hear anything about the order until I decided to reach out to them.
