Ordered a dress and 5-7 days was the estimated delivery. Got my dress, 3-4 WEEKS after I ordered it and after 3 emails to both corset deal and paypal VG LONDON, messaging them on their website chat and on facebook. They didnt send me any emails after purchasing and didnt inform me on what was going on.

When they finally replied they only said that my parcel is now in their UK warehouse. Did not apologise or say anything more. The dress in itself is good quality, not exactly like the photo but I like it. However, not worth it at all because of all the hassle.

This is about my 4th corset from here & it's the one I wear most often to go out in because the mesh makes it so comfortable. It breathes, it bends, but it still gives a great shape for someone with big high hips. I would definitely buy this again in more colors and designs but the same pattern. Not to mention shipping is great as always. On time and fast delivery.

There's a lot of negative feedback about the customer service but I found it to not be much hassle. I was sent a bespoke corset with the wrong measurements. After reading the reviews I skipped the bot on the webpage and filled in the returns form. Then I received an email. They listened to my problem and after I provided proof (a picture of me measuring the corset) they agreed to send me a new corset. I received the corset on time and exactly as expected.
I brought three other items, two off the rack corsets and a skirt. This is my first time buying things like this but I find them to be high quality, comfortable and unlikely to break anytime in the near future.

I ordered a white corset for my wedding, it was a bit to big my fault, so i sent it back. $20 to "restock it". So ordered the right size, when it got here it was ivory, not white. The corset I ordered didn't even have the option for ivory. Looks like whom ever made it used the wrong material. Ivory with a white trim is an obvious mistake. I asked for help and all the tell me is my order was properly fufilled. I sent a photo and they just tell me to fill out a return form. Im not going to pay nother $20 for someone else's mistake.

I found Corset Deal at the last minute before my wedding and was a little skeptical since I had never heard of them before and the price seemed too good to be true, but I was out of options and decided to give them a try... I'm so thankful I did! The dress was much higher quality than I had expected and fit perfectly! My shipment was lost by the shipping company. Coresetdeal customer service was right on top of things with the vendor and with me. I had daily updates on the situation. When it was officially declared "lost" they remade my order and shipped it out immediately using a different vendor and I got it within days. Their service was impeccable, and I couldn't even suggest an improvement if I tried. Oh, and the products I ordered are absolutely lovely. I absolutely recommend them.

At 1st I was hesitant to buy because of all the bad reviews, I went ahead and bought 3 it was buy 1 get 2 free, I received them and they were beautiful just like the picture extremely well made material, they make me have such a cute figure and am a tall not heavy but not skinny woman, they run a little small but you can open them in the back and make them perfectly your size also ck the chart, measure yourself and than choose size but other than that I loooove them! I will buy from this site again!

I have now ordered 4 corsets and I love them. I know my size, so I have not had return any... but the quality is the same as ones my friends and I paid 3 times as much for. I always wait until they have a sale and now my friends are now ordering from here as well after seeing the quality of my corsets. This is now the only place I will buy a corset from. I never leave reviews, but I googled VG London when I saw it on my credit card. I was saddened by all the negative reviews since I love this website so much :)
