I bought my ZOPO from there. Could not stop saying how great the phone is. Works smoothly and reliably, text and email is amazing. I am enjoying my purchase tremendously.To me, it is worth every cent! Good job Comebuy!

Bought a phone from the site, shipping said it'll arrive in about 3 weeks. 3 weeks later get an email saying it's out of stock and that I have a choice to get a refund or choose another phone. Asked for a refund but never got it. TWO MONTHS later, they ship the phone to my place and said I will be responsible for return shipping because it's my responsibility even after I explained the situation and showed them proof. Don't buy from this site. They have no customer service and if you encounter a problem it's a real hassle to deal with.

I bought a Cubot phone in August 2014 from Comebuy in Italy. Soon I realized it worked bad, and they told me to send it back to them to be repaired. I had to pay for the spedition, plus they asked me to pay 9 euros for the return expenses. After more than 5 months, they still have my phone and every time I ask them, they say "please be patient for some weeks more..."
AVOID THIS SHOP!

On 11/26/2015 I have ordered at the company ComeBuy a Cubot S222.
After receipt of the consignment I complained immediately that the smartphones touch is not working.
ComeBuy asked me to make a video about the defect, which I made on the same day. Then ComeBuy asked me to send the defective Cubot S222 to their German warehouse; after that they would send me a new one.
I have sent it on 12/02/2015 to the demanded Adress by ComeBuy, filled cover letter as well as listed on the package with the complaint number and shipment number as desired, made a photo of the package and mailed it to ComeBuy.
The package was delivered on 12/04/2015 to ComeBuy (Tracking).
At my request from 12/07/2015, to send the promised new Cubot S222 to me, ComeBuy replied on 12/09/2015 that they had not received the package.
I told them the Tracking-Nr. Before and now again.
They mailed, that they would refund the money (that´s now 16 days ago).
I have the entire mail traffic, the required accompanying letter, the video, the photo and the shipment tracking of the returns stored and can thus occupy the entire process.
After Comebuy not reported (to this day), I asked at Paypal a request for Buyer Protection.
Never will buy there again.

Tip for consumers:
This shop is the worst i have ever seen!

I ordered a phone and it arrived fast and was great to use, until one month later the screen stopped working. I tried to contact them, hoping for a replacement, refund, or at least for it to be fixed. They always respond asking for a video and when I send it I get no response. They respond in german but it is clearly a chinese site, because the German is terrible to say the least, and all the responses are around 1 am (in germany). Complete and utter rubbish.

5.0 Inch screen size, looks pretty big. Great picture quality and fast processing speed. It fits into the pockets of my dress shirts and slacks well.

I have ordered my mobile phone since one week, i have not received it yet. Shipping information are not fully detailed. Actually I don't know which Company does the shipping, but they sent me only a traceability number and it does not correspond to any item. They answer my requests the day after. They can be contacted only by email, no chat online, no telephone number. The cost of shippment is always of 9 even if they declared it for free. It would be hard work to get my new phone!

I ordered a phone, they told me they did not have it in stock, I asked for another one equivalent in price and size, they told me ok, sent it (apparently) with a shipment number with DHL.de (apparently), the number does not match anything. THey told me afterwards that the transporter was on vacation (DHL?) and that I had to wait!
All of that in a very very approximative french, despite the fact I told them they could reply in English...
Only emails, no chat, no nothing!
I asked to be refunded but i'm afraid I will never be!
COMEBUY is a CON! STAY AWAY from it!

Ordered THL 5000 on Sunday from warehouse in Germany and received phone Thursday. Was also able to track order on DHL website. Pleased with service.

I really love this phone! The product is as advertised.
Everything else is perfect. The phone seems awesome (for one-day working) and the shipping was fast and on time. I'll update this review after working with the phone for a while.

I bought my mobile phone from Comebuy in August 2014.
8 months later (in April 2015) I had a problem: the mobile phone did not charge anymore, so I got in contact with the distributor Comebuy. First they told me that after 3 months (!) there was no longer a warranty on their products. But they offered me to help me to repair it for a reasonable price.
They gave me an adress where to send the phone, an ID-Number of my Repair-order as well as the tel-number of the subcompany that should repair my phone.
At the same time they said that it could take up to 45 days to send the phone back and that I would have to pay for the delivery and for the repair but they would try to keep the cost of the repair work as low as possible.
So I sent the phone in April. And after 45 days I started asking for the phone and they kept giving me cheap excuses. I called the subcompany to ask whether they had received my phone and they confirmed that they got it there but they were waiting for instructions from Comebuy to know what to do (they could not do anything without the instructions of Comebuy). I kept explaining this during months per e-mail to Comebuy. But Comebuy did not do ANYTHING at all. Just NOTHING.
In July 2015 Comeboy told me that they would definitely send me the repaired phone the 1st of September.
I wrote to Comebuy the 28th of August to ask how the reparation of my phone was going. They did not even answer the e-mail. So I wrote again. On the 29th of September they send me again a mail telling me that they want to send me the phone "after the 30th of December".
So, the only thing they do is keep telling me that they will send my phone back in a few months (I guess that they say that to keep me as a customer waiting).
The fact is that the 45 days that I was suppose to wait for my phone have now turned into 8 months (April to December) AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PHONE BACK.
I can truly say that I have NEVER EVER experienced such a BAD SERVICE as the service from Comebuy.
It is really unbelievable what they do with their customers.
First they don't give hardly any warranty on their products. Then they tell you to help you to repair the products if you pay a small fee. They don't repair anything and they keep the product and they don't even send it back!
Comebuy is the worst retailer I have ever met.

More than expected, great telephone, excellent interface, friendly, little expensive but it pay for it. 4.5 Inch Size is not a problem when you use the internet.
