Question:

About 70% negative reviews. are they wrong?

Answer:

The thing is people generally only write a review if they got cheated. And thus from all the reviews (not just this site) you can tell that they screwed over a lot of people (including me). Let's say that 95% of people have a good experience with the site, what about the remaining 5%. If a company is not loyal to all its customers then that company should not exist, especially a company dealing with money. My advice is, stay away from them. Use localbitcoins to trade and bitgo to store, way better and more secure.

Question:

Hello,i just experienced my first transaction with coinbase which is why i decided to check them out further. perhaps i should have done more investigation upfront instead of relying on third-party recommendations. nonetheless, i purchased eth prior to it current bull market run. coinbase, sent me an email stating my purchased was reversed for non-payment. however, my payment provider indicated that the account was never debited by coinbase, which leads me to ponder, after reading the above comments, whether coinbase took the coins (because of market gains) onto their own accounts and just claimed nonpayment. if so this is certainly fraud by any letter of the law. unfortunately for coinbase, they didnt realize they just pissed off a new customer who is also a licensed attorney. having said that, i would be interested in exploring a class action lawsuit against coinbase. you can contact us at http://thelegalconsult.com/contact_us

Answer:

I would like to be included in this lawsuit. Someone stole my money and I was locked out of my account for 2 years until I created a new one. It was there that I found a legitimate phone number. My email is ileacb84@gmail.com

Question:

I paid for my bitcoins this morning... is their anyway that i can receive it sooner

Answer:

You guys deal with the crooks. They exchange your hard currency to their bitcoins and you loose part of your money because these crooks play with exchange rates. After I sent them $86 to pay for my medicine I found only $72 left on my account there. So, I lost my medicine.

Question:

Answer:

I'd email again. With companies that do not give out their phone number, you need to repeat your request for answers via email. Squeeky wheel gets the grease.

Answer:

It will take them forever because there are inefficient unorganized and lousy company... you are one of us who trusted this lousy company. You should tell everyone to stay away from this lousy company

By jhon s.
Question:

Answer:

You can't! Don't ever try to communicate or use the Coinbase site if you ever purchase a new phone. This prevents you from accessing the account by your cell phone or desk top as I have tried for two days and have had no success with their " Customer Support Team "
