Trip ID *******57442. Cleartrip has completed refunding my transaction after further follow-up on their part. I appreciate that this is finally resolved. Thank you.
I made a booking on the 19th 9 pm for my father, who is 87 years old and in a wheelchair. Clear air was not willing to change the flight by one day after 2 hours of booking even after the airlines were willing to cooperate. The customer service will not be in line with the website. The website showed no charge to change flight ticket while customer service asked for 10,000 inr. I spoke with two customer service members, Ankit and Khusboo and they were both not willing to help.

I purchased a ticket from them assuming it was a return ticket on emirates. The logo they used was of emirates and the flight number said EK until i competed the booking. It seems i missed a fine print somewhere that said operated by flydubai. The funny part was there are three emirates flights on the same day operated by emirates and at the same price. However, the flight i booked was unluckily the one that is operated by flydubai. After i finished the booking i get my email confirmation with a big flydubai logo on it for the departing flight from dubai. I called them back immediately and said please put me on the flight before or after as they are operated by emirates and the same price and that i am travelling with my family so i want more comfort and they blatantly rejected and asked me to pay amendment or cancellation charges of 400 to 600 dirhams. I wasnt asking for too much but just a change to emirates flight at the same price within minutes of the booking. I seem extremely cheated and this should be an eye opener for whoever is booking thru them. This is not the way to treat customers. Now i am forced to travel thru flydubai. I am not going to pay them a penny extra but this is WRONG!

I all i am updating my review about Cleartrip as i have received my full refund and i am happy even though it was delayed finally i recrived my flight refund.
I have booked a flight through cleartrip to jeddah from dubai. I got the ticket to Riyadh from dubai instead then I call to cleartrip and the guy treat me like a shot said we can't do anything talk to Airline. This is not the way I paid the amount to your website.
The both Airline and cleartrip guys are playing. I told them I an not asking refund just to cancel and issue me ticket from dubai to jeddah
THIS IS THE WORST SITE TO BOOK FLIGHTS...I booked a ticket for 21st dec from COK to KUL., when the ticket came in my email, it was 21st March... I called to reschedule my ticket, after calling continuously for 2 days they send me a reschedule rate as thrice the amount of the ticket... Blindly robbing us... Even if I take a new ticket it won't cost 1/3 d of the amount. They did not provide any reason for asking this huge amount... When asked for a breakdown... They said it's their policy not to tell us.
I booked a ticket DXB to HYD which has canceled by airline. Iam trying to reach customer care but I couldn't.
There is no proper customer service or contact number in Dubai that I can change my DATE OR FLIGHT.
After a lot of effort and over two years, I received a refund reflecting most of my payment for a flight that was canceled due to COVID.
The customer reps are courteous and seem to care, which is a positive.
Absolute crooks have been giving me the runaround for 2+ years, since COVID, finding lame excuses to withhold the refunds they are obliged by law to pay. I paid approximately 13.000 rupees for canceled flights and they have returned nothing. Unbelievable what extent they will go to to avoid paying what is due. Oh, and the funny thing is that logging into their account they have flagged the flights as refunded. Avoid them at all costs, especially if you are not living in India.
I would recommend not to book tickets though this website. The are charging with false commitments.
I have booked tickets with clear choice plus and when I went to reschedule I couldn't do online then called customer care he charged more than difference which I paid and she confirmed reschedule of same. When i was doing web check in I found the date have not been reschedule and call customer care they gave diffrent answer
1.Airline not confirmed
2. Diffrent in fare
3. Airlines not received payment
Then he further told we can reschedule again by paying another difference about.
This is called organized scam.

Customer is at receiving end as you paid the money and they don't have to lose anything we as Customer are suffering.
Clear trip is One of the WORST And Un-safest place to book flight tickets, I had a problem with the flight tickets and they said they can't do anything about it and I lost ******* rupees almost. Please choose make my trip and professional apps like that. DO NOT CHOOSE CLEAR TRIP EVER!
One of the worst experience I have faced in cleartrip very unprofessional. The biggest mistake in my life booking tickets through cleartrip
They don't process the customer's refund even after calling multiple times. Looters and cheaters, better to pay a little extra if needed than to book with Cleartrip, it's a headache.
I had to call 3 times for my refund due for flight cancellation, it was held by Cleartrip. Every call was ~50mins long, and then they processed it but the refund amount they processed was incorrect. Then again I had to call them and now I'm still waiting to hear back from them about why is the incorrect refund amount processed.
If they are processing the refund after so much time they must atleast give a breakdown of what charges have been deducted, as a reason for how they arrived at the refund amount. So to ensure that the amount is not incorrect/ lesser than the actual refund.
No refund is auto generated unless they charge you. You have to call them back for your own money to be refunded. Otherwise it's swallowed without a burp. Very costly service.

Better to buy tickets from travel agencies. My friends got refund from travel after flight cancellation but cleartrip didn't provide any refund.

On November 25th, I made a round-trip booking from Toronto to Mumbai and back using your services under Trip ID 2311 255 657 10. I received a confirmation email for the booking, only to be shocked when, without any explanation or notice, a subsequent cancellation email arrived approximately five to six hours later.
This sudden cancellation has caused significant inconvenience and uncertainty regarding my travel plans. Of utmost importance is the fact that this trip to India was for a medical emergency, requiring my immediate presence to support my family. The cancellation of my ticket has left me in a helpless situation, unable to fulfill my obligations and be present where I'm critically needed. When I contacted their representative regarding this issue, I was informed of a supposed technical glitch from the airline's end. However, upon immediately contacting ETIHAD Airlines' call center, they clarified that they haven't received any information about my travel request and assured me that there was no technical glitch on their end.
Despite my repeated attempts to connect with your representatives via phone calls to your customer care,
I have not received a satisfactory response or a valid reason for this unexpected cancellation. I implore them to understand the urgency of my situation and requested immediate action to reinstate my original flight booking but no reponse.

No body is ready to talk on refund. Never use this site to book any ticket in the case of cancellation they are not responding
Nothing was provided in the name of service other than a unhygienic room and toilet, the bedsheets are soiled, wifi, television intercom, A. C. Lift is not working, no soap/shampoo was provided. My family travelled from 450km to get here thinking of getting some relaxation before a 15 hour long flight and facing these issues. The irony is that they don't even have electricity for the last couple of hours and they are not even responding to our calls/complaints after multiple attempts.

Don't ever use clear trips most bad service provider in the world' I made mistake to book with them.
Please do not do any flight bookings through cleatrtrip as it is a fraud company. They issue all flight fake tickets and later they say it was cancelled by Airlines. Customer service is very useless people. We can make it out from them they are cheaters. What ever we ask them they will say issue is with air line side.
Please do not use use Cleartip website for flight and hotel bookings.

But clear trip provide the wrong information about the ticket. Flight go via Sydney but not mention in my ticket airasia not allowed us Becoz we don't have any transit visa
But cleartrip not mention in my ticket about the Sydney trip
I lodge the case as well but they provide the wrong addresss as well

I booked a trip with cleartrip wit a trip is ************** for my family from Trivandrum to Abu Dhabi
They could not travel due to an emergency and the airlines cancellation refund was 1126.37 aed and cleartrip is talking about refunding 390 aed only citing some lame excuse like cashbacks and cancellation fee form their side also
