I couldn't find their contact details which indicated at the beginning as a fake company. Also their prices are "too good to be true". I've experienced fraud nearly $ 2000 (because of too-good-to-be-true fact). Since then I prefer buying from the company who offers more expensive but I got what I'm supposed to be. I bought my cigarettes from balicigarettes.com for 3 years now…I recommend you guys doing business with this company…very professional!

I couldn't find their contact details which indicated at the beginning as a fake company. Also their prices are "too good to be true". I've experienced fraud nearly $ 2000 (because of too-good-to-be-true fact).
Since then I prefer buying from the company who offers more expensive but I got what I'm supposed to be. I bought my cigarettes from balicigarettes.com for 3 years now…I recommend you guys doing business with this company…very professional!

I noted the company's lame response that they dont know if shipments have been diverted. THIS IS BULL CR#P!
EVERY REPUTABLE OVERSEAS COMPANY RESHIPS AND ASKS ONLY IF YOU SHOULD EVENTUALLY RECEIVE A SEIZED OR DIVERTED SHIPMENT, PLEASE FOWARD PAYMENT FOR THE EXTRA SHIPMENT.

This company is OBVIOSLY a scam... so many non-shipments without regard for customer satisfaction.

Avoid! Find a slower more reputable online cigarette outlet...
P.s. Western Union or asking for bank account and routing info or social security,
These are ALL SIGNS OF A SCAMMER. I

Cigarette-on-line.com is a scam... They cheated us too. I got nothing for my $118 and they won't answer my emails now. Do Not Buy From Them as they are a scam... We should have known when they said we should say at Western Union we are paying back a friend we owed.
Updated: After numerous emails they answered us back. They actually told us they were going to turn us into the Feds for buying cigarettes illegally overseas. Very crooked people.
TRUST US... YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS.

Damb! I wish I thought of reading the reviews before getting had! I got the same generic message. They do need to be shut down. Now I know they are not even a real company. The next step we should all take is turning them in, and getting it removed so they don't take another penny.

Yes, my order didn't arrive, either. SCAM SCAM SCAM. The person picking up the money at Western Union in the Phillipines was Clarissa Kayat of Manila.
Today payment is supposed to go to MANYMPHA DELEON, 126 charoennakorn road, Bangkok *******, THAILAND. But their bosses are the ones who will suffer: they are now hexed, and will know it by the end of this month.

Wow! I was about to place my order and saw that the address was in BALI, Indonesia. RED Flags went up so I searched for any reviews. Found this site and saved myself $270 dollars plus what ever Western Union charges. I they won't take a CC direct then I get suspicious.

I have also been scammed bu this company. They took my money through Western Union and never heard from them again.
I filed a complaint with the Tobacco Directory because they advertise through them

I have been ordering cigarettes on line for a long time and never had a problem. Most of the companies shipped slow but they always got here.
So I decided to order from this company, it states (delivered in 10 days max). They have you send money Western Union(DO-NOT, I REPEAT, DO-NOT DO IT).
The prices are cheap to lure you in and it says 10 carton minimum order, all this sounds so GOOD, but what good is that if you do not have anything to show for it.
And the old saying is still true,'IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT GENERALLY IS',
There are alot more companies on the net that are for real, and I am not going to plug them, I am writing this to inform you. They took $120.00 from me plus the Western Union fees, if I had plenty of money, I would not care and probably would not be writing this, but I am on a fixed income and this amount was 1/3 of my monthly income. This scam site needs to be shut down.
Please, don't send that money! You have been warned! Below is the email sent to me today, same as the one sent to the other person nearly 2-3 years apart (SAME EMAIL).

Paid for cigarettes twwo months ago and never received it. When I email them they were so vulgar. Do not buy from these people.

Wish I'd found these reviews before I ordered... other so called review sites had positive reviews but I can now confirm that after losing $200 it is an outright blatant scam. I realized something was wrong when I got notification from Western Union that my payment had been collected - 1 hour after I made it on a Sunday. Waited the 10 days for delivery and it never showed up. Upon inquiry about some sort of proof the parcel was even posted I received a "this will be our last response - your item is probably lost in the post" email (from an unrelated to the site email address <*******@hotmail.fr>)

Do NOT be fooled by this guy calling himself Paul <*******@cigarette-on-line.com>... all communication will cease the minute you transfer the money and you will never receive your package.

The process is to select ONLINE MONEYCASH from the payment options but then use Western Union to make the online payment. Moneygram only allow bank -> bank OR cash -> cash which means we would have to actually go to a moneygram agency.

You should update your website so the payment options are ONLINE WESTERN UNION and CASH WESTERN UNION and also CASH MONEYGRAM

Online payments could be made using Moneygram if you listed your Phillipines bank account details so money could be transferred straight in?

Anyway my order is placed and payment made just waiting on confirmation and looking forward to receiving my delivery
