“No refund, fake customer support”

I returned the charger to ChargerDirect within 2 weeks after I received it. And I've been waiting for refund for 3 months since then. They seem to have a fake customer support, that repeats every time I contact them, something like, quote "In regards with this we will going to forward this concern to our Finance Department", "In regards with your concern, we will going to wait for the feedback of our Higher Department Team in regards with your refund request" etc Based on what people write on the Internet about them, I guess, there's no hope for any refund. I actually contacted Walmart as well 4 times about this fraud firm selling things through their website, but Walmart got rid of me with standard phrases too.

OMG, this company is a complete scam! I bought a refurbished charger from Wal-Mart.com through charger-direct. I received the wrong item and whenever I called the phone number for returns, it was disconnected. I had no other choice but to email them and they literally took almost a week to respond, which increased the days on my 30-day refund policy. Finally, they gave me a return address and I had to pay 6.10 for shipping (on Wal-mart's website, the charger-direct company promises to reimburse for return shipping--for which they have now refused to do). The moron I e-mailed seemed to be an automated non-human. I have since called Wal-Mart and have been told I should receive a resolution by tonight. In all, I was within my 30-day refund policy and charger-direct still refuses to reimburse me... man, Wal-mart better pay me back, or I WILL NEVER shop on their website again! <3 Amazon all day-everyday.

They make money by delivering faulty products and not refunding returns. I tried returning a defective charger, and after 31 emails (that's right - 31), I gave up on trying to get customer service to give me a straight answer and just mailed the return package. Couple months later and I still haven't received a refund. I don't even care about the money so much, but the whole experience was so incredibly frustrating. I almost never write reviews but wish I had read up on this company beforehand - hope I can help someone else avoid the experience of "doing business with" (i. E., getting ripped off by) chargerdirect. Seriously - you're better off purchasing products out of the back of a van.

My new supposed "authorized Apple" MacBook Charger sparked when it was plugged into any outlet, I contacted Charger Direct. They wanted to know the serial number of my computer even though the return and the sparking problem had nothing to do with my MacBook computer. They told me I could ship it back and they would send a new one. I shipped it back over a month ago (with a Tracking Number) and they never shipped me a new one. Walmart got involved and said they wouldn't respond back to them either, so Walmart issued me a refund without the Priority Shipping Express fees that I was out of pocket for.

I contacted them about my order not arriving on time, I had paid extra to have it shipped faster, but it arrived days after the due date. I was requesting a refund of the extra shipping.
THEY ONLY RESPONDED WITH "We would like to apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused you. We value all our customers and aim to provide excellent customer service. Your request has been forwarded to the upper management for review please give us 24- 48 hours to resolve the issue. We will give you an update as soon as possible. Your order has already been marked for the appropriate action that you have asked for."
THAT'S IT. THEY NEVER ACTUALLY RESPONDED TO MY ISSUE AT ALL. VERY ANGRY. WORST COMPANY EVER. I'LL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

They have an automated reply messag, but no actual person will contact you.
I wanted to return the charger I bought via Walmart but never heard back from them...

I had read all the predominantly negative reviews about Chargerdirect, but I was too desperate for a MacBook Pro charger, so I still went ahead and ordered the charger, only for them to send me the wrong one. And yeh, that's what they do: THEY ALWAYS SEND THE WRONG ONE. For the past month, I've been trying to get them to send me the right one, all to no avail. Simply put, don't let desperation make you buy their stuff. They're MOST DEF going to swindle you.

I bought a laptop charger from Walmart thinking it was sold from them directly but it was through a 3rd party seller (charger direct) I didnt think much of it at the time. When my package was a week late I started I get concerned so I contact customer service they claimed the package had been delivers and to contact my local postal office in Canada. Keep in mind I live in the US so I was very upset because I put all my address info in correctly. When I addressed the problem they said we apologize for giving you false information your package was indeed delivered to your address in America and again please check your postal office. Ive been calling them every single day for 2 weeks now they dont have the package it was never delivered and they claim it was. They wont do anything about the issue and they certainly dont care that I didnt receive my product. Dont ever buy from this company its a waste of time and money! Now Ill have to go to Best Buy and find a universal laptop charger.

Nothing but scam artist. Do not purchase anything from them. I have been waiting for a refund since Jan 2018. Terrible customer service!

I ordered a charger from charger direct through Walmart. Not only did they not send me the charger that I had ordered, they have taken the stance that I ordered the wrong one. This is despite the fact that the charger I received did not conform to the posting or any of the pictures of the item I ordered. I have been trying to obtain an exchange of the product (because I desperately need the charger) for the last week, and they have been non-communicative and impossible to reach for the past few days. I finally was able to track down their number today, but am still in customer service limbo. If anyone else is facing the same nonsense, their number is *******492, but do not expect to have your issues resolved... instead you should expect to be hung up on several times, and for this company to not accept any responsibility for wrongs committed on their end.

I received a wrong item it was a laptop charger then I returned it to get a replacement and it has been 6 months trying at least every month to get eather my money back or the right charger but nothing Im frustrated

I ordered a charger for my Macbook from Walmart.com, thinking it was sold from them directly (maybe it's my fault for not paying attention), but it was actually from Charger Direct (a third-party company). When I got the charger I would see small sparks every time I plugged it in to the wall. I knew something wasn't right. A couple of weeks later I saw this story on Walmart (along with Amazon and other big corporations) selling counterfeit products on their site through third- party sellers. The story is here -https://www.cbsnews.com/news/amazon-walmart-newegg-third-party-sellers-sell-counterfeits-report-gao/ - It mentioned that some electronics even "posed a risk of lethal electrocution". I became concerned, and stopped plugging in the charger at this point. I contacted them through email, they asked me what the model for my Macbook was so they could determine if I purchased the correct charger. I email them again with the model number, then they email me back saying I had indeed purchased the correct charger, and to send it back to get it replaced. At this point I just wanted my money back, but wasn't sure if that was possible so I just agreed. I go to USPS, ship it back to them, and about 3 weeks to a month later passed by and heard nothing from them. I emailed them back asking what was going on? After about a week later they email me back asking me for the tracking number, as if they had never received the charger. I give it to them (I even attached a picture of the receipt as well). After several days later then they ask me for the order number and the name of the customer who made the purchase (by now this whole experience had been a total nightmare), I give them everything they ask for... and never heard from them again. I'm livid now and I go off on them in my last email. I tell them making this transaction with their company has been a nightmare and how I deeply regretted it so much. I also let them know how long I had been without a charger (all the back and forth between emails was about 2 months), and lastly, I told them they could just keep their stupid charger. I don't want an unsafe, counterfeit charger anyways. So there you have it. Worst shopping experience of my life. They didn't even bother to give me my money back for all the trouble. I will NEVER be making any purchases or doing any business with these thieves again. Please don't shop there, and if you're shopping on your Walmart app, make sure the products are from WALMART.COM and not some third-party seller (if they are, make sure you do your research on them), and definitely make sure THEY'RE NOT from "Charger Direct". Do your homework -- something I failed to do. Don't make the same mistake I did. I would give them a "0" if I could.
