Do not trust this website. They attract customers through nice offers but do not follow through their offer. They had an offer of buy 1 and get 2 free, the price being the one with the highest one. I added in cart 3 items that were $101, $184 & $192. According to the offer I should get all 3 things for $192 but the price showed to me was $323 at the checkout + individual stitching and taxes and other fees. The offer never really applied and when I tried contacting their customer service, my query wouldn't go through and when it did, I was never replied back to.

Beautiful clothes, so stylish, trendy, chic and elegant. I am in love with their beautiful traditional outfits! Fit perfectly and the size assistance and whole process of buying and deliveey was so fast and easy with them. Glad I found this brand! One of my favorites for Indian wear now :)

I ordered party dresses for my whole family, I always shopped from India during my visits or I used to go to local stores or people selling Indian dresses from their home. But when I started ordering from Cbazaar, it became my goto place for Indian dresses. I am happy with the ready and custom stitching options. My kid loves the comfortable well fitted dresses.

I purchased a lehenga for my reception from them and kept telling them its urgent since its for my reception. When they finally send the lehenga, it has no blouse cups and no cancan. They shipped the cancan to me later(which was very flat, so its a total waste), but did not send the cups. Thats not the worst part actually. I ordered a stitched lehenga and the stitching was so so bad. I am attaching reference pictures, I received a boat neck blouse but the website has a different design. First pic is my pic, second pic is of the website model. Customer service told me the neck was supposed to be 8 inches deep and I got something that's hardly 4 inches deep. I understand vendors process these lehengas and ultimately the customer has to try it on to understand the flaws, but even after telling cbazaar all my issues and trying to beg them to reprocess it since its for my wedding, they took no action for almost one week(just said they are investigating and made me wait) and finally told me they cant reprocess it due to lack of time. Do not order from this website as the customer care people are not equipped to solve issues. The material of the lehnga was beautiful but cbazaar couldn't help fix my issue. I spent over 200$ and I cant even use the lehenga now. Its a total waste. No one ever answers the phone when you call their customer service number- USA*******633. There are other websites like Mirraw that have the same pieces(cheaper prices) and have better reviews(Mirraw reprocesses items and doesn't leave customers hanging)

Overall Happy with quality, stitching and delivery. I always prefer to for readymade, this time tried for custom made but you made me look great, which is really unexpected. Can't wait to wear for my sister wedding.

My daughter bought bridal lehenga for her wedding, blouse stitch was so weak, it ripped middle of the wedding, we had to use safety pins to fix it, very embracing for us.

Bought a couple of items from them. One product that was delivered was as shown in image. But they couldn't deliver the other piece even after a month so has to cancel that. But overall experience was good. Their response was prompt and money returned was quick.

I recently ordered sarees to be delivered to my family members in India. When I made the purchases, they should a delivery date which was about 2 weeks from the date of purchase. After I placed my order, they first charged me and immediately got an email that shipping will be delayed. After about a week later, I got another email that due to some product problem, shipping will be further delayed.

These people are just trying to con buyers in the name of online e-commerce business.

Avoid this website like the plague. I bought four dresses and each one was worse than the other. Finally they send me a dress that is ripped and some of the golden threads falling apart. I opened the package right away inspected and when I inspected I found the damage. I emailed them right away and they have the have the NERVES to tell me they'll give me $20 store credit! Per their policy I can get a full refund. I will make sure that I comment on every website that reviews their products. And if you live in the US you should report them to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Well, I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order for a dress for my baby shower. I placed the order almost a month in advance and paid for expedited delivery as well just to make sure that there are no issues in the end. I also called the customer care in between to ensure that order was still on schedule. I did not want any problems in the end because being 7 month pregnant, I cant run around to buy myself a dress if this one doesn't come through on time. Well, thanks to Cbazaar, that is exactly what I ended up doing. Right before the dress was about to be shipped, I got an email that there will be delay of about 10 days! This was because the fabric failed Quality Check! I DO NOT CARE! Being a customer I crossed all my ts and dotted all my Is just to make sure that my baby shower experience is smooth and beautiful. But CBAZAAR RUINED it for me! Finally, I had to cancel the order and run around SAN DIEGO to find a dress for my 1st baby shower. Stressed to the core. I can't say how exhausting it is to run around and try 10 things in this condition. I WILL NEVER shop from Cbazaar. I suggest that you order 2 months in advance for any special occasion as well. All the best!

Buy 1 get 2 free offer was the best offer and I made a purchase for almost 1000$. Quality was perfect and Stitching was excellent and received the products 1 week earlier than the mentioned date. Customer support team was very cooperative.

Just unacceptable customer service! I called them many times to let them know that i dont want any store credit instead i want my money back for the iteam that i send. I also emailed them about that but they just did what they had to, they gave me the store credit which I didn't wanted at the first place. As if they dont care about their customer wants and need! If they would I wouldn't change all the three items that i purchased from this website! Never going to suggest this website to anyone, one of the worse experience!

They have never disappointed, But these days We are finding their prices too high. There are better sites available now.
