Catster

I read the review about to stay away from this site due to the fact it's a bunch of cat freaks there. Well that's what the Catster community was. Yes it is disbanding as of March 3,2014 and we freaky people will be setting up camp elsewhere and spreading our cat humor and helping each other through those hard time with loss of their pets and their Humans. This was a real community that was world wide and it was a college in the most tight knit community this internet has ever seen. A lot of people traveled and met each other and developed lasting friendships across the globe. I feel sorry for those who only visited and did not stay for a while and learn about living. Sure the cats speaking was what made it special as the people behind them where what was so important. They have more soul and deep feelings for others that so many hope to achieve in their entire lifetime. The reason for this closing is unknown but for those of us who achieved what we came here for it is a sad day. We are a special Breed and we are very proud to say we were Catster Members. So move over world we are not done yet. We just graduated from the best college in the universe that has taught everyone the true meaning of living. Lasting friendships that will never die and pity for those of you who never gave Catster a chance. For me it was many years well spent. The education in life worth every minute, tear and laugh. Why do I give 4 stars? Because we will no longer have our site to go to. Yes it would have been a 5. Oh yes and for those nonbelievers of Crazy Cat people, I will tell you those conventions we had in Las Vegas where the best ever. Sorry you guys missed out. Family Reunion 2015 guys, see you then. Just kidding unless you really want too.

If you are prepared to be jumped all over by a bunch of single, middle-aged white women for not spaying your kitten at 6 weeks old, this is the place for you! If you are not in this demographic, stay away. There are many more progressive sites out there.

This site has a lot of valuable information about various cat breeds. This is also a good place to browse cute cat pictures. The site contains helpful articles and a cat adoption search. It is basically everything you need regarding cats.

I don't care about you cat haters, but I love this site! It has so much information about our little feline friends that I didn't even know about before! This is the site for cat lovers! I love reading their articles in their newsletters to my inbox.
