I only shop here during the holidays and for little ones birthdays but Im never disappointed. The clothes are great quality, fashionable and current and the prices good. Then when you can catch one of their amazing sales the savings really add up. This has made me the aunt who gets the coolest clothes ever and no one has to know Im getting the glory without spending the money.
I placed an order and was unable to pick it up. I contacted the store and they said they would refund the money. After numerous phone calls and emails to Carter's, I still haven't received my refund. They respond immediately to each email but the refund hasn't been issued. What a nightmare to get back less than $40 on the credit card. I love the store but will think twice about purchasing anything there again.

Carter's likes to sell baby clothes smaller than their actual sizes. For example, their 18 month old 1-pc PJ was tight on my 8 month old and he's under average. Then you see this in their return policy:
"Like everything at cartersoshkosh.ca, our return policy has your best interests in mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn, unwashed item(s) within 90 days with your original packing slip and we will gladly exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, less adjustments for shipping and handling if applicable."
Notice it says unwashed/unworn. Right you can see the problem now. This seems to be their sales tactic to rip off clueless customers.
They have the worst customer service. After shipping me the all the wrong items ($100 spent), after i specifically advised the representative that if the entire order is not in stock to not ship, they shipped half the order anyway and they will not refund my money for their mistake. I have to wait for that order to arrive, send it back then once they recieve wait 5 days for my refund. Ridiculous during Christmas time. In the meantime they still have not refunded my original order, even with the items missing now.
I had a horrible experience with a customer service agent at phone number *******117. He was extremely rude. We were gifted an pair of boots that were bought online. They were too small and I was looking for clarification about how we can return them. He proceeded to tell me that he could do nothing to help and that I needed to go into a physical store to return the item. However, our stores are in full lockdown due to covid and when I brought that up, he basically told me that wasn't his problem. I wanted to speak to his manager but he claimed he doesn't have a manager. I asked to file a complaint and he claimed there was no way to file a complaint. I have never seen worse customer service, or return policy, in my life and plan to never shop here and plan to steer everyone and anyone away from this store if possible. Buyer beware!

I have ordered carters Oshkosh for years with no issues. They have switched to one of the worst delivery services there is. T Force. The force is not with you and neither is your order. Carters bots are no help. The customer service has vanished.
Went to shop at Carters Wem store today for my son's winter jacket. I am so pleased with the service that I had to write this review. The store was about to close but the sales person Jinia was so helpful and so friendly that I ended up buying way more than I thought I would buy. She showed me the PJs and also helped me picking up outfits for my son also she had good knowledge about the winter accessories and boots and guided me through my entire shopping. Absolutely happy with my purchases and service from her. Will shop again at this store. Way to go girl...
I bought mittens for.my girl but they take forever (more than a day!) to dry! I wrote an évaluation of those mittens and it was refused by their staff...
I waited 2 weeks for my order and it never came. I tracked my order everyday and it said it was on it's way. Finally after 2 weeks they cancelled my order and never told me or refunded me. I had to call them for a refund. I'm very disappointed and I will never shop here again.

Got online 2 set of baby bodysuite in 2 diffrent sizes. Got the same size. Try for a week to leave messages and emails- no response from customer service after you paid- be concern!

I would like to recognize one of your sale associates, Teresa at your Heartland location, for making my shopping experience a pleasant one. She was approachable and her outgoing personality put me and my kids completely at ease. We will be back.
I have been a patron of OshKosh Canada for 18years---buying for five grandchildren--- the oldest now being 18. My purchases have mostly been made at the Hyde Park store in Oakville ontario (store 3017)where i have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. On Sept. 19th/2022 i ordered online for the first time to be picked up in the store. Sept. 23rd i picked up my parcel -----but upon returning home found a piece was missing from one of the outfits i had ordered. I called the store for assistance and want to thank Bonny Oshimo for spending time on the phone helping me and being very patient and understanding my frustration. She calmly advised me of what i needed to do. Thanking Dom who assisted me online with the expedited exchange on Sept 29th. Bonny was pleasant and efficient and it is obvious she enjoys her job and people. So---- thank you Bonny for your awesome service! You are truly an asset to OshKosh.
