Orderd my car cover bought the best cover they had not even close to fitting Sent pic.4 times to there so called warrenty dept no response what so ever. Have you noticed the is 1 letter difference between a company that is a very good company I have ordered from in the past and this rip off outfit I accidentally ordered from.dont waste your time or money on there crap. Use the extra s and deal with someone reputable. Good luck

I ordered 2 car covers for our car and received them in a timely manner. The fit our cars well. I especially like the metal chord and lock that allows me to lock cover onto car. Great product.

A cover I purchased from this company failed in less than a year. They refused to the money. Instead, they wanted to charge me an additional $30, and send me a new cover. Why would I agree to buy a substandard product (again) that failed me once? I would not recommend utilizing this company. Find a company that has a better product, and stands behind their merchandise.

I found your site to be confusing. Too many choices bunched together and had to wade through a lot to make my decision.

have purchased about 6 cc's from you'all over the years. this new silver material is very nice, however the fitting is poor at best. at least three of the covers purchased were generic and not custom taylored to the specific car. this generic stuff is the pits. just FYI. (we will see how the last three orders fit, haven't put then on the cars yet)

Found what I needed quickly. Car may have to be parked outside soon so want to protect my investment

Not happy with the fit, too big and loose. Not happy there were no mirror pockets. Not happy there was no 'front' markings on the cover. I do like the quality of the cover. I do like the 2 straps that go under the car.

I ordered a car cover from CarCover for my 2023 Dodge Challenger. I received it early in the year this year and put it away until I was ready to use it for Winter storage. I installed it a few days ago. It didn't fit the length and was over a foot from reaching the bottom of the car. I reached out to CarCover and they offered me a $20 refund for my trouble. They won't be ripping me off again!

Called for ordering help/question and was told to order by make and that your company they would do the research. Older truck and trying to verify length before order. Will see when it arrives.

I am just hoping your claim to a tight fit for my new 2020 Toyota Highlander will do what you say. It is a new design and I can only hope at this time you guys are up to spead on the changes.

Good Website construct and specific search product shown... Installation instructions are not helpful it says look for "FRONT" either stamped or sewn on cover...(had a paper tag with UHD on it and the customer service rep said that is the front. The black straps had no instructions and were not mentioned although common sense would indicate they go under the car to secure the cover. The antenna patch has no purpose for my Toyota 2020 Camry LE because it has a roof fin not a rod antenna and as such should not be included for a cover supposedly for a 2020 Camry LE

Would be great if you could have some measurement guidance for campers on your site. Otherwise easy experience.

The discount portion in the cart went funky and gave more than a 10% discount. Cleared cart and re-entered item and still incorrect discount. Third time it was correct. Otherwise everything fine. Waiting to receive the product, but if as advertised would be here again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I spent several days trying to resolve an issue with them and they just kept arguing that they were right and I was wrong. They called me to try to resolve the issue and they wouldn't even let me talk. They just kept interrupting me. I have owned a web based business for 25 years and would never treat customers this way. I simply asked for the company to collect a product that they sent in error and replace it with the right product. Instead of making things right, they blamed me for selecting the wrong size, when their website clearly states the size in the title and what they sent does not fit. I wouldn't have minded the error if they just would have helped me fix it, but they are unwilling. What I would say is that when you purchase from this company, make sure you have the right size or you're stuck with it.

Cover does not have a good band around the bottom. Very loose fitting.im afraid the wind is going to blow off without me strapping it down with what little strap is on the cover.

I really like the service I got, but I haven't been able to put the cover my car yet. Because of constant rain..

my experience is just in using the site. i will have a better opinion once i receive the product and can feel the quality. i hope that it's easy to put on the SUV

It took three contacts to receive information about the shipment. No EMail about anything until afterthe third contact.The shipment did not take place in the advertised time. Even after contacting your location on the third time, it was not shipped until the next day.

Several photos were sent to carcover.com. They agreed a replacement was appropriate. They unfortunately referenced another website that determines shipping prices. carcover.com assigned the responsibility of the shipping cost to their provider (I suppose). $150 was paid under the assumption that a new cover would be mailed (no charge) when needed. carcover.com does NOT operate this way, but other companies do. Don't choose carcover.com.

This is the first of several covers for my 1964 Terry trailer that hasn't sagged on the roof causing rain puddles after the first rain. The fit is excellent. Communications with customer service has always been prompt and courteous in regards to my needs.

I hope everything you advertise is as you say: for extreme sun, some rain, and a lifetime warranty.
