I placed an order on 12/14 and was charged the full amount on 12/16. I have called numerous times and emailed numerous times. No response! I was once able to connect with the online chat person who was able to ship me 2 lids and a handle, but, where's my two 30oz Yeti's? How could you charge me for something you didn't ship? That to me is very dishonest! Matter of fact, it's stealing! So disappointed!

Same story as everyone else! I ordered a cup on 12/11/2016 and still have not received it. They don't answer the phone or return emails. I have chatted with them at least 4 times and they continue to tell me my order will ship in 5-8 days. I can't seem to get a refund either! So frustrating!
I ordered something from them and it took 4 months to get here. No big deal if they would actually would talk to me and tell me what was going on instead of basically telling me that its not their problem if I dont get my product and they cant give me a refund unless I ship them the product back that I DONT HAVE! Dont use plenty of other places with the same stuff that actually care about their customers
Same review as the others! This company is a fraud! I ordered a 30 oz Yeti tumbler and handle Dec. 18- I received the handle but not the cup. NONE of my emails I have sent regarding the status of my order are replied to. Can't reach anyone at this company to follow up on my order. My credit card has been charged for the complete order but products not received. They are STEALING from people. They need to be shut down.
Placed order 12/20/2016, contacted customer service at least 7 times with no response.
It's obvious this is a scam after reading all the complaints! If someone starts a Class Action Lawsuit against them, let me know! I will gladly jump in on this.

I ordered three Yeti cups in November of 2016. It's now May 2017 and still NOTHING! I've emailed several times. Was told they were being shipped. Still Nothing! But they had no problem taking my money. Do not buy from them.
Where is my tumbler you thieves?! Now all of my messages with these scammers on Facebook messenger are gone just like them! Ordered a few things back in November and I guess I got kind of lucky as I got all but this one but this tumbler was to be a Christmas gift and then due to the delay a birthday gift and now apparently no gift cause these thieves took my money and won't send me what I bought! Bunch of crooks I hope karma gets all of you!
DO NOT order anything from this company! They are scammers and thieves! I ordered a Yeti cup on December 28,2016 and never received my order. No one will return my calls or messages to let me know what is going on. I have reached out to them multiple times and can't get a reply. These people/company are crooks!
I ordered items far back as October and have not received them and they were for Christmas. I have sent several emails and get no response. I do have a email from Jeff that said sorry and that he will follow this up and make sure I get my 4 yeti 30 oz mugs, which have been paid for. The email from Jeff was dated 11/11 and I followed up the week before Christmas and said I would have them in 5 days. 4 unhappy family members. Today no yeti 30oz mugs. Alot of money I paid... I ordered something that took 2 months to arrive and when it did it didn't even work. Complete scam!
Ordered in December 2016 and followed up several times with no reply on my tumbler. I was aware that yeti was struggling to keep up with supplying their vendors due to high demands, so I didn't think anything of it. I was apparently too patient and by the time I disputed my charges for merchandise I didn't receive, I couldn't get my money back through my bank. I should have recognized sooner that they charged my card prior to shipping my order, which I do not believe is good business practice. Fortunately I didn't lose much, but wrong is wrong and it's upsetting to see how many people had similar experiences.
I ordered on January 3rd and have yet to get my stuff. I've chatted with them twice was told my order would ship within 5 to 8 days. Last communication I had with them was that I plan to cancel my order if it didn't ship within 5 to 8 days. It's been another two weeks. I went in to contact them again and my entire login has been deleted and I no longer have an account! BEWARE! Do not order with this Company or you will be very very sorry! I honestly can't even give them 1 star!
Only gave them a one because there is no option for zero. I placed orders on 12/31/16 and 1/1/17 on separate cards. They charged my accounts and have never sent the merchandise to date. I've emailed their customer service twice requesting an update, with no reply. I cannot find a phone number for them anywhere. If you have it please add it to these comments. I have not received any merchandise. I have not been reimbursed. My online account has stated "processing" for weeks, when I checked today it's been completely deleted!
If I don't hear from them in 48 hrs I'm contacting my credit cards, the BBB and leaving cautionary reviews on every site they use. Does anyone have a media contact who can hunt these people down at their offices?
I give this company (if you can call it a company) 0 stars, but there wasn't an option for that. I ordered a 30 oz tumbler in early December and just like everyone else, I never received my cup. I did receive a lid several weeks after Christmas and after I had already purchased another cup somewhere else. I think that is how they keep some people hooked is to send one small thing and no cups! Let's all go to Facebook where we saw their ad and report them to Facebook as a scam. You can do that under their cover picture next to share by clicking on the 3 dots on their page Camping and Fishing Outlet. If they don't have Facebook to sell their products, I hope they will stop getting peoples money. It is so frustrating that these low lives are able to get so many people to buy from them.

Complainants further allege after paying for camping and fishing supplies, they had limited to no communication from the company. Complainants also allege Camping & Fishing Outlet has not responded to inquiries regarding estimated dates of delivery or requested refunds.
As of 1/27/17, BBB has received no response from the business.

I ordered in Dec and they charged me for my complete order. Month and a half later I received half my order, but still missing one of my Yeti cups. They will not respond to emails. I have tried calling and the phone numbet just rings busy, so assuming they disconned their phone. I want my money returned or the cup. Worse customer company ever!
My story is similar to everyone else here that has posted. I placed $100 order back in December. Only received a $10 lid. Made multiple calls to get in touch with someone in January to answer why I had not received my full order. They said it was on back order an that I would receive it within a week. Never received the rest of the order and then the phone number I had previously called was no longer in service. Multiple attempts at contact through email with no response. I don't understand how these people are getting away with this scam. I hope karma gets them all! Absolutely awful!
These people are the biggest rip off cons. In December I placed and order for 3 Yeti cups along with extra straws, and straw cleaners. They took my $149 plus money and have never delivered a single item. Do not buy from them you will be sorry.
Ditto the other comments. I reached out to the BBB in San Antonio after 3 months who said they had over 600 complaints in the last 12 months and referred me to the Texas Attorney General. I reached out to them and am waiting to hear back. I also reached out to my CC company who is refunding me for now and going after them too. I also have posted on social media now. Sorry people need to me sued. I'd be up to be part of a class action if it is warranted. I don't know the law on that.

I would NEVER order from this company again. I placed an order last fall and was charged for the complete order and as of now February 2017 have never received the last part of my order. When I called last year they gave me some story that had not received the items from their supplier, but should have them soon! I think this company is a complete rip off!

I ordered 11/16/16 and never received my yeti cup and can't reach via phone, email, online chat or Facebook. They should be shut down!
There are way too many people that have ordered items without getting their orders. They are racking in the money and not delivering! Who else wants to sue them?

Never received Yeti mug, no they claim they were bought by another company and have no record of the order. Can still put my order number in the new site and it says the order is in process. Currently trying to dispute the charge via Capital One.

Camping & Fishing Outlet, You $#*!ing suck. You have 313 BBB Complaints against you. Your 41 Google reviews all agree with me that you are a $#*!ing joke of a business. How about you actually deliver the products you sell? How about you actually respond to emails and phone calls? You're a bunch of $#*!bags.
Everyone beware of this company! They will do nothing but take your money and never deliver your products. If you're lucky enough to get someone on the phone to complain about your issue, they say "You're order is being processed."
Screw you Camping & Fishing Outlet, aka Outdoors Online. Whatever you call your phony business.
I say everyone get on social media and blast these $#*! holes and keep them from profiting anymore than they already have...
