Too easy! Great price too! Got my item quicker than I expected. Tracking number never worked but when I called customer service the gentleman said my item was on its way. Shipper made contact with an expected eta. Called again 30 min. before arrival and helped handle the item above and beyond! Did not expect this to go so smoothly but so far I am WAY IMPRESSED! Happy Holidays!!

Placed an order on 1/15/2023 Order # CPW- 40751, no communication. Tried emailing on 1/24/23...email bounced back as undeliverable. Tried calling the number listed on the receipt, got a generic message and then it hung up. Went to the customer service page and requested an order updated. On 1/25/2023 got an email back saying the order was canceled with no explanation as to why. Email says I will be refunded within 7-5 business days. By the time I get my money back it will have been over 2 weeks since I placed the order...ridiculous. Do not place an order with this fake company.

Ordered a 700.00 dometic air con unit for travel trailer received 4 days after promised delivery.
Item came in a box with hardly any packing material until looked like is was dropped and dragged across the floor. Cannot speak to a Customer rep has to be done through email. And they may reply and may not. Not worth Taking the chance with this company. They also operate under two different business names rv parts country being the other name.

Sold parts not made anymore. They sold me parts the were from a factory shut down 2 weeks prior to my order. After 3 and one half months I cannot get my money back. No functioning phone number, non responsive messaging system. Ordered from Camper Parts World, invoice for sale was from RV Parts Country. Same owners, same fraudulent company.

Tip for consumers:
ABSOLUTELY DON’T BUY FROM THESE COMPANIES.

This company is not easy to deal with. I ordered a Penguin II 15K AC unit for my RV on 9/18/2020. It stated on the web page that it on back order and should ship within 6 - 8 weeks. I was charged the full amount that day for the AC Unit as well as Taxes and Shipping. Common practice as most companies get paid up front for orders. This was understandable as the shut down due to the virus, but as of 12/21/2020 I sent an email to them wanting an update. (note you can't contact them by phone as it is a recording and has no voice mail either) I was sent a response that the manufacture had everything on back order and they would let me know what if anything changed. I then requested a full refund for my order as I have found the same item at another company that had stock. Absolute silence, not a word from them so I sent the request again and they responded with we need your order number. I sent back the information and have heard nothing back as of 01/12/2021. This is very poor customer service and I urge everyone to think about dealing with a company you can't call and will not contact you back.

Ordered a rv toilet and also paid for insurance It arrived untapped, upside down and broken. Things happen right?
Contacted customer service through email, note they have NO VOICE PHONE! I was instructed to contact returns and so I did. I provided pictures of the damage and was told I would get a replacement sent. It's been a week and no shipment has been sent and NO ONE will respond to my emails. No voice phone available and I have reached out to sales, customer service, returns and also tried the owner. They will not respond at all. No refund no replacement. I just got ROBBED FOR over 168 dollars. Shipping insurance is useless if the company is thieves.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! TOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I ordered 215.00$, worth of string lights from there. I never received a tracking number, I've tried contacting them atleast 10 times and all they say is be patient, and now they don't even respond. That's been 2 months ago and no product yet or tracking number. So don't spend your hard earned money here

Orderd and was charged for an AC unit over seven weeks ago. It still hasnt arrived. I've requested several updates and always get a generic response of "we've contacted the manufacturer and will update you within 24 hours" from a guy named Richard S. Several same responses, but no updates. Last week i got a response from Stephanie telling me I can request a refund (after I called them inept and wanted a discount). I need my unit and only asking for updates. Cancelling this only extends my need. I'm stuck! But rest assured after I get my AC, I'll NEVER us them again.

3/2020 I ordered an AC unit for RV from camper parts world. They shipped gas only when we ordered a electric/gas. I have left emails phone calls messages to return the wrong part. The phone call goes to disconnect when you try to call it. I was blessed to come across an RV supplier/Routley's that was willing to buy the wrong part from me. I will never purchase from Camper Parys World ever again.

I'd give it a ZERO if it were available.
Price was great but it didn't fit.
No phone number to call and the email address link didn't work. No way to contact them if you have a problem.

3 Stars (but I give RV Parts Country 5 Stars)
I've seen a lot of reviews about bad customer service and there is a solution.
I ordered a part from Camper Parts World(Which seems is directly connected to RV Parts Country). Unfortunately the item picture shown on the website and the description were different, and as I went by the picture shown, I was sent the wrong part.(Pictures Attached)
I tried in vain to contact Camper Parts World as the email listed did not work and the phone was just a recording. My bank statement led me to RV Parts Country. I was able to send a message through the website and received a response in a very timely manner. The customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. My issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I will surely buy from them again but I recommend using RV Parts Country's website as it seems to be more up to date.

I ordered an awning, complete with arms March 12,2020. This was at the beginning of the pandemic, so shipping was delayed. In May, I received one package containing the awning and roller tube, but no arms. I asked the driver about a second package, and he said there was only one, then drove away without giving me any paperwork. October 20. CPW claims to have a receipt that shows I got the order, but I still have no arms. I have emailed them numerous times with little or no response. I contested this through my credit card company, who accepted their receipt as proof that I received everything. It was signed by a number, written in by the trucking company. I did not sign it. CPW has completely ignored my last communication. DON'T GO NEAR THESE GUYS OR THEIR SISTER R/V Parts Country. The are one and the same, using two sites to try to steal your money twice.

I order a $500 awning from them. 4 days later, after they withdrew the money, they told me it was discontinued and they did not have the item. Over a week after that I still do not have a refund and I cannot reach anyone in customer service. I escalated the case with PayPal, but that could take up to a month to resolve. I would give negative 5 stars if I could.

Do not buy from this company they will take your money and you will not receive the product they will put you on for months and months and you still will not receive nothing stay away from this company

They sell items they can't deliver in a timely fashion and then charge you 6% when you cancel. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY CLAIM, "THAT'S OUR POLICY"

I have repeatedly requested a full refund for a backordered item. I cannot get confirmation that the refund has been processed and a timeframe for the refund to my credit card.
I am VERY displeased. There is no way to contact this company by phone - no one answers the call and a message says go to our website. The web forms works to accept messages but no one responds to the specifics of my request.

Also, when Camper Parts World accepted my order and used my credit card for payment, I was NOT informed that the fan I ordered was a backordered item. I understand the pandemic world we're in and I don't expect that they would have every item. But they must respond to requests for refunds when they can't deliver a product.

I am beginning to think I am being scammed.
Camper Parts World, please respond with the full information about my refund.

Whatever you do, do not make the mistake of buying anything from this Camper Parts World. I had the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. Their customer service is nonexistent.

To start with this company does not accept phone calls or emails. Even though they show both a phone number and an email address on Order Confirmation. Phone Number *******576 and email address *******@camperpartsworld.com. If you call their phone number get you a voice message directing you to their website message system. Their email doesn't work, if you try to send an email you will get a "Failure Notice".

Let me recap:

This is an overview of what happened and the steps I took to negotiate a price adjustment and accept this shipment. My best effort was ignored. On June 27 I saw a Camper Parts World web ad offering the A/C Unit at $682.00 plus a $60. Shipping charge. However, when I went on their website around noon on June 29 to buy the unit I could not find one at that price. I thought that the ad that I saw on the 27th was a special deal that had expired so I went ahead and purchased the A/C Unit at the higher $786.99 price. They received my order at 4:45 PM Kentucky time on the 29th. They close at 5:00 PM. When I got home later that night I went back on the computer and saw the same ad at the same $682.00 price. Early AM on the 30th I sent them a message that they received at 5:08 AM Kentucky time on the 30th, that message would have been available to them at 9:00 AM when they opened. I asked them if they would honor the $682.00 price. I offered them two options. First, adjust the price on my order or second, cancel my order and I would re-order another one at the $682.00 price. I also told them that if they were unwilling to do either. I would cancel the shipment altogether and buy one somewhere else. Accepting my offer would have cost them nothing. Ignoring my offer cost them the sale. They chose to ignore this message.

They had my message a full five and one-half hours before the A/C unit was shipped.
My offer seemed a fair comprise to me. All I was asking, was for them to honor their ad price.
The shipment had not yet left their dock when they received my message, they could have easily canceled the shipment. But even if it had already shipped, there was nothing stopping them from adjusting the price.

My June 30 message was totally ignored, they never responded to it. Once again, you will note that the message arrived at 5:08: AM Kentucky Time on 6/30/21 the day the A/C Unit shipped. Four hours before they opened at 9:00 AM. I sent multiple messages that day, I tried calling, I tried emailing, nothing worked. Then on the 30th. At 2:31 PM Kentucky time, a full five and a half hours after they received my messages canceling the order. I received a message from them telling me that the shipment had shipped.

The problem was compounded because Camper Parts World did not require a signature upon delivery. So FedEx simply dropped the shipment in my driveway. I intended to refuse the shipment, but because of FedEx's delivery policy "the driver never made an attempt to see if anyone was home" I did not have the opportunity. FedEx would not return the A/C unit without Camper Parts World's authorization. If I wanted to return it I had to pay the shipping cost.

The credit card company added insult to injury by requiring that the A/C Unit be returned before they would allow me to dispute the charge. As a result, I had to pay $405.26 shipping cost to return the A/C Unit. Had Camper Parts World been willing to authorize FedEx to return the A/C Unit the cost to them would have only been, because of their corporate shipping rates, $103.61.

I believe that it was vindictiveness on the part of Camper Parts World that I had to pay the return freight on the shipment. First, Camper Parts World ignored my cancellation request. Second, they forced me to pay the return shipping cost.

Whatever you may be thinking of buying, do not buy it from Camper Parts World. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If you have any problem with the order, Camper Parts World will screw you over.

After sending wrong part to me I tried for 3 weeks to get return setup with them. I will sell part myself and eat the difference. I would not recommend to anyone. Save the aggravation and look elsewhere!

I ordered a 30 amp cord to plug into my motorhome and they sent a 30 amp extension cord. It took a week to get to me and when I informed them it was the wrong cord, they sent me a shipping label to send it back. I sent it back a month ago and they have not given me my money back. They will not respond to my repeated emails. Do not do business with this company.

They advertised "same day shipping". I was a little skeptical, but sure enough I got a tracking within a few hours and my items 2 days later. Will be going back for future orders.

I purchased a Honda generator from these guys for $898 and free shipping. I was overwhelmed by the price. I was very skeptical at first, but I called and they said they were brand new with free shipping the same day. I couldn't believe it was that price, I ordered, and got it here in 2 days. It was exactly what was advertised at literally one hundred bucks lower than I could find it anywhere online. I love these guys now and have bought several smaller camper parts from them since. Thanks a bunch!
