First time ordering. Went for one of the beginners cycle. I think it took no longer than 10 days to get my delivery (I'm in Scotland) once I'd sent the money (and that was over the Easter weekend). All came in a discreet padded envelope. All the vials etc packaged in cardboard. Even got a wee Kamagra freebie! Save that for a rainy day. All the communications with the website were fine, didn't have any problems. Only took my first jab yesterday so can't comment on the product but Gen-Shi Labs have good reviews everywhere.

Like most people I am wary about buying things online and particularly so when it's a cash transaction with someone I don't know. However I decided to take the risk, based on the positive reviews, and it was well worth it. I sent money through post office the day after I ordered and then a few days later I got an email to say the package had been sent.
It arrived in 6 working days and everything was present and correct. Even a wee bonus sample... Thanks! I will definately be ordering again.

I'm a beginner and I'm only on day two of the cycle so can't really comment on effectiveness. But what I can say is that contact was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised by the speed with which my package arrived. I was reluctant to send £90 to Turkey by western union (like anyone else would be) but rest assured that these guys are pros and won't mess you about. I wasnt so sure about sending money to Turkey via moneygram because I really didn't know what to think but after 14 days once i had sent money and filled out the deatils on email link the package arrived at my house in Northern Ireland. I havent started the cycle yet so can't review that but what i can say is that I have put a second order in and i can trust these guys on their end of the deal! Also the best customer dervice by a country mile with any help that is needed!

My second purchase arrived 9 days after I ordered with no hiccups whatsoever. This time I used bitcoin to pay which was much easier than WU and I got 10% off for paying that way.

I didn't 100% trust the site at first, so ordered the minimum I could to test it. At first there must have been a problem with the delivery because it didn't come, but I e-mailed them and explained it hadn't arrived, and within 5 days there it was.

Was impressed with the customer service, the quick response to e-mails, and the fast delivery, though the payment could have been more simple. I will definitely be using this site again.

Just placed my second order and it all arrived safely again, the gear looks awsome from the pec labs nice bottles and very clean looking juice, must admit I was weary placing my 1st order via money gram but these guys have never let me down and il be buying all my stuff here in the future. I could not be more complimentary of my experience with this company. I was apprehensive about paying by Moneygram as there is no traceability and one the money is handed over that is it!

First time buying from this company, and i have to say i'm surprised at the speed at which it was delivered, i was not expecting my package until friday 8th at the earliest, however i received it on thursday 7th and was able to make use of the product sooner than expected.

I thought, i shouldnt have trusted this website, i ordered and paid the amount via western union as instructed, they gave me the name and country to send which is in Turkey. I sent them the mtcn number and constantly checking the status of the transfer. 2 days after it was picked up by the person whom I sent the money to. Now i just received an email telling me that they can not pick up the money due to wrong person i have sent.

Update: 03 June 2016: items already shipped, waiting to come to my doors. Will update again when received.

Update: 21 June 2016: now received the package. With freebies. Thank you very much. Will update results soon.
