Angelo Tomassi, at Budget Packaging, was great to work with. He called me as soon as my credit card company had issues with my order and handled the interaction for me. He continued to communicate with me throughout the entire ordering and shipping process to include informing me of the floor shipment and barn shipment. It was a great experience working with him and Budget Packaging.
I Order Duramax 10.5x3 vinyl shed Monday Oct 17,2016 at 12:44am I have many numerous phone callsand Emails. Always getting the same answer, That mine is being shipped out and is next. Well it is November 10,2016 3:45 pm, still NO shed. All I keep getting is I will call you back. When answered Novemeber 08 2016 he said he would refund my money... Well Where is my REFUND! I have not received it nor will they answer the phone. Such terrible Customer Service Phone Calls Made:: October 24,2016 said it should be by the weekend i would have it. And i will get an phone call with the exact date of delivery. Phone call made Nov 01 I ask he said he would call the warehouse and he will call me back. Never did. Nov 03 called again Left Message And Email. No Response. Nov 07 called again He said will call me right back... Never Did. Nov 08 called again he said Due to time difference of warehouse 3 hours, that he would call the warehouse in two hours and call me back. Never Did. Nov 09 called again answering machine Nov 10 Answering machine 3 times. Still no shed Still no REFUND. Going on five weeks now...

Not only did BudgetPacketing.com have the lowest available price for two-color plywood single gliders manufactured by Little Cottage Co., Angelo Tomassi, the proprietor, was very helpful and responsive to my questions. Great buying experience.
I'm in the market for a party canopy so I came across BudgetPackaging.com. This site is easy to navigate and the descriptions for the canopies (as well as other products I took a look at) were very descriptive and helpful. Very easy shopping experience.
A call to Budget Packaging *******824 or a visit to their website gives you useful info for your research. But when you call to get customer care, you know you are at the right place! At first I tried ordering a shed for a studio for my sons from Home Depot. The result was an email simply informing me that the order was canceled. No options or further contact. Not acceptable in most customers' minds. Then I furthered my research, was helped patiently and thoroughly by Angelo at Budget Packaging and I feel I made a much better choice and got a much better value. Good luck in your projects! Been investigating storage sheds and this site is easy to navigate and loaded with information. Great selection of manufacturers and sizes and I love the option that I can arrange to have the company do the installation.
