I recently ordered from Brynlane Home and was quite concerned, having read all the negative reviews after my purchase. I was pleased that my experience was terrific. My order came in just a bit over a week, and the pillow shams were of high quality (and were on sale to boot). Perhaps Brynlane has taken the feedback they've received and adjusted their procedures, but I only have praise, no complaints.
Don't buy from Brylane! After receiving a broken item I tried to exchange, I got the run around from different departments. Finally got a stupid supervisor Marissa that wanted me to pay for shipping their broken item back. Then got a specialist that is mailing me a return label in 7-10 days which I'm sure I won't receive but I have to drop off at post office, it's a god damn raised planter and it's heavy! Will never buy a damn thing from them again! Go to wayfair! Much better company! Brylane is not worth crap anymore!

They wany me to MAIL it to them. This is very piss poor customer service. I don't have the extra money to wait. I didnt receive my package and now I either want refund or credit. I don't really want credit cause I'm not dealing woth this business anymore. I would give it 1/2 a star. The person had no concern or care. They just wanted me to print form and MAIL. I would be very skeptical about ordering from here.
I ordered a gravity chair last year from this company from one of their mega deals that cost 80 dollars. And they sent me a damaged item. I ask for a return shipping information with no reply I'm stuck with a broken chair, Now a credit management collector called Midland is trying to bill me 300 dollars.they have threatened my credit if I don't pay. The email only will allow me to make a payment. No other option so I cannot reply. This company is a fraud reporting lies. Commodity bank is blackmail to ruin people's credit or pay bogus charges please avoid this company before you get involved because once they have your first order they have you scammed... They need investigated for being a fraudulent scam.

Placed an orderr and cancelled because they could not deliver as originally stated. Called back during the day and placed order once again with an updated level of shipping. Told me I would receive order by 12/15. Received email message stating some items could not be shipped express and wouldn't ship until 12/16. Totally unacceptable. How do companies with such low standards stay in business. This was 1st and last time I'd ever dealt with Brylane. Very, very poor business practices.

I ordered two pop up trees on the December 2. They said fedex picked up on the 4th but Ced Ex said they have never received the products. I even paid the exposure fees. They say they can't do anything until I get the trees but that they did delivery them. Why would fedex lie. It's been 10 days for an order that was paid to be delivered in 4 days. Tried to speak to supervisor. Absolute help and very rude. Asked for her name and she said sure and hung up on me. I called again after confirming with Fed Ex that they never received the items called them back. Girl was nice said I should get this week or next week at latest but can't promise by Christmas. What is this they are Christmas trees. You know the saying if someone does something right you may tell 2 people. Ut if someone does wrong you tell everyone. I have posted in Facebook and instagram never to buy from this company and with my 11,098 members I hope they go out of business. Just the worst and customer service is crazy. If they have -10 I would rate them that.

Be very aware paid my bill in full last November and just recently found out they were charging me 2 dollars every month on interest on 0 balance credit acct FRAUD. This is against the law to charge interest when after an account has been paid in full.

We ordered Bamboo curtains and the wrong size was put in. Within 5 minutes I called to change size. Your company wouldn't let me change size or cancel order. This was very disappointing to me. I will never use your company. I will send them back when I receive them and order from another company. You are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

-I purchased items over the phone, and was sent the incorrect items.
-I attempted to place another order, they put the second order in wrong again
-I wanted a shipping label so I could return the items that were sent me, but costumer service told me I had to pay for return shipping, even though they sent me the wrong items
-Upon fully taking items out of packaging, products were damaged
-I called again to voice my concern and was given the run around. I was finally told to email the claims department.
Don't waste your time or money! This was possibly the worst costumer service I've ever received. There was a lack of communication as costumer service is located in another country and there is a big language barrier. It's better to stick with the bigger brand companies who make it easier to shop with,-Amazon, Wayfair, and countless others.

Brylane Home failed to change my shipping address and then failed to aide me thru FedEx to stop the shipment and correct the label. I lost my merchandise and the $93 I will end up paying for it. I paid off their credit card am closing out my account. I do not recommend doing business with their stores.

In early October I ordered a bedspread that was on sale, a set of curtains for my living room, and a set of sheers for my bedroom. The bedspread came quickly, but it was not the color that was supposed to be I immediately returned it. After many calls to Brylane Home, it was ascertained that the curtains and the sheers were not coming. That they had never made it onto any delivery truck. They could not Trace them. I was sent a bill for $21.09 which I paid 6 days prior to the due date on the brylanehome doxo website. However, it was not processed until two days after the due date and now they're charging me a $30 late fee. I closed the account on November 16th because of this exact reason. Now I get this bill in the mail for $30 late fee and they're telling me that because I closed the account they can't do anything about it or give me options. I have no product from this company and I paid them $21.09 for whatever reason I don't know what that was for. And now they're asking for $30 more dollars! I am not paying $51.09 for no product and terrible service.

All of their PROMO codes never work! Third party merchandise (which is practically the whole catalog) won't accept promo code nor free shipping. They will never cancel an order, even if its within an hour of placing it and will make you return it making you pay for shipping. The customer service people do not bend or help! BUYER BEWARE!
DO NOT use this company! For household items use a company like Bed, Bath and Beyond or some other textile company. Their customer service reps are located in other countries, the language barrier is awful, therefore they have difficulty understanding you and you them. NEVER is there a supervisor or management person available. They give you every excuse under the sun as to why you can't speak to a supervisor. The company needs to be shut down! Comenity bank need to cease doing business with them by servicing their credit cards.
This is the worst company I've ever Put up with trying to return an items. The scarves and panels do not match the bedspread they are very blue and they should be seaglass which is on the green side. One is damaged lines going through it besides the color wrong. For me to return them I have to take a loss of $60. Worst damn company I've ever dealt with in all my years of buying. I will never buy from them again and trust me if you think you're going to exchange something and get your money back you are totally mistaken. Think twice before buying from them. I'm very pissed off. I'm also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered 2 curtains (thankfully started with small order.). At the time of order estimated delivery date of two weeks. After about 3 weeks with nothing, not even an e mail I go trying to track my package. It didn't even start shipping until after projected delivery date. They originally would just post a new expected delivery date, however since each one was not met it now just says "soon". I've received packages from China in less time.

Absolutely terrible service. The receipt stated "Will arrive within 4 business days if ordered by 3 pm (Eastern)" which was now 10 days ago. No email update or response to an inquiry. I would not have ordered the item (which was time sensitive) if I had known it would take that long to arrive (also paid more for the expedited service). AVOID THIS COMPANY!

They will create a shipping label so they can consider your order "processed" and collect the money, but won't ship it. 20 days after saying my order had shipped, it was still sitting in their warehouse "waiting on carrier to pick up", and good luck getting their customer service to help you. They will get rude with you and tell you they can't do anything until your order doesn't show up after 20 days. I actually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

I brought a Dish drain was pleased when it arrived but within a week it started to rust. I made an attempt to return it and they offered me 20% off my purchase it shouldn't rust in one week. I also purchased a oversized double wardrobe with shoe storage. The material is so cheap and ripped shortly after I assembled it. This product did not match what I ordered from the catalog. I just paid this balance off and will never order anything from this horrible company it's simply horrible. Be warned don't order from this company.

The handles break off in your hand as you stir fruit into cereal, mixing tuna, cutting vegetables, etc. I have called as well as emailed and the company says sorry. I am single and was traveling so flatware was not used since I traveled most of May and June. Now that I have company, it is embarrassing that the silverware is breaking off in my company's hands.

My mom order from this store and Imstead of charging her credit card they charged mines and now I'm responsible for paying $275. And basically they blamed us for their $#*! up told me to tell my mom to returned the items then they can resend them and then charge her by then she had already used the item. Brylane Homes continually puts ads with promo codes that do not work and when you call customer service they cannot help whatsoever. They say they don't have the item for that promo. I have the ad right in my hand. This happens all the time. I will no longer EVER order anything from this company. Customer Service tries to get you to order from the price without the promo code. Scam company. Wanted snowman pathway lights. Online had for $34.99 ship 9.99. Promo code did not work. Expiration of ad was 01/02/2022. Just received this Sunday and went to order 5 days later.

I ordered an item 12/3/21 and it said it was shipped 12/6/21 and gave me a fedex number that fedex said does not exist. I complained twice through chat and they said the carrier must have incorrectly recorded the fedex number but never did anything to find out where my package was and said at 20 days after ship date said you can cancel. I cancelled. They need to have a better way to find your package.

I ordered a little dog holding a bear very small wasn't the same as book so I returned it. Iam being called everyday saying I have a past due amount. I have spoke to 3 people telling them I return it. So they put it on my credit as being late 2 months. I wrote to the BBB and bryland answer by saying they don't give out personal information. I will never order anything from bryland. I plan to hire attorney!
