I had hired Bro4U service for laptop repair. They did not provide the working laptop battery and after 2 weeks of follow up they came to pick up the laptop batter with no replacement no money return. There is no customer service. They have email, which does not do anything to help customers. These are bunch of cheaters, please stay away and save yourself from these fraudsters.

1 month ago I booked your service but I am facing the problem again and you don't have any customer care number, even the person you people are assigning for the task they are not answering our calls. Bro4u is a worst app... i booked a service and they assigned Perfect Sofa Works *******2576) Khalil, for my sofa repair...
Rogues, cheats are the best way to describe them. They did a worst job and also forced me pay the full amount for a useless job done. And the worst part, the rogue used the app to say the vendor cancelled the order.
I will book a case in consumer forum shortly...

Their was a short circuit due to water leakage, Bro4u gave a wonderful service with their immediate response for both plumbing and electrician service at 7pm.

Ever never service your bike with BRO4U online service (Royal Indian Bike Point) Bike Repair & Service. If you see this review recently or anytime later in future, does not matter just avoid BRO 4 U at any cost otherwise you will be disappointed 100 percent for sure. Better service your bike with local mechanic
I personally had very worst experience. I had given bike for service with main problem as starting trouble. During inspection they just told 460 and later charged with 4400. Ten times more than what I got online.

They are very unprofessional at job they doing, not doing water wash also properly.
Pleas beware for that fraudulent online service you can go to local mechanic you will get better service. Life time lesson first and last time I use this service.

All, I want to share my worst servicing experience with BroU. There was guys from SUK Servicing center who came. The next day when I tried to call, he was not picking up the calls. I was almost on the say to police station. After that I paid thousands of rupees for servicing, but it was the worst one. After that when I called neither the servicing center nor the BRO4U picked up the calls or respond to my concerns. DON'T go to them. Never!

I had applied for my passport. Mr. Nahir khan was very helpfull in getting my work done and he is the person who recieves the call and respond qiuickly and get the work done. I happy with Bro4u service really i raise an appreciation to Mr. Nahir khan related to passport application service. Thankyou and i would recommend the same to others who are viewing this review. GOOD CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Ordered computer service. Instead of servicing my laptop, the service guy wanted to sell his laptop, from an unknown source, asked me to use for a few days and later make payment. The very next day the new laptop broke down and he was unavailable for service. Rude, unethical behaviour

They are looking for customers to sell cheap laptops instead of repairing the laptop that had issues!

After lockdown I write to them for bike service and they told me that after looking into it then only we can tell you the amount for the service and after your confirmation we will start the work. After 1 hour I received a call from them and they told me that it will cost Rs******* for repair. Then I asked them not to start with it as cost is on a higher side. They neglect it and told me we have already started the service. They were not ready to tell the address for their work shop as well. Even after the repair by bro 4u, it was not done properly and I have to revisit the local workshop for issue. Please don't give your bikes to online vendors. They are very unprofessional.

Pathetic service This app should be shut down. This company is simply forging the customers and trying to get out money from them. I ordered a service for plumber through the app and paid extra money as he was not ready to leave if I don't want the service. Either get the service done or pay the same amount as their transportation which is so huge. I tried complaining on customer care and look at the audacity of the employees sitting in the so called head office, instead of hearing me out the guy started laughing which is highly unprofessional. This $#*!ty app is not only pathetic, overly expensive but also made me feel unsafe as the guy was not ready to leave and was fighting with me Bro4u I want to strongly stand against the services you are providing as it's so unfair with regards to the local service providers (plumbers/ electricians etc)that we already have around us but chose you just for the comfort. This was so not done!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars! Total lack of professionalism, no service done but plentiful claims and followups for nothing!

Don't ever reach out to them they are worst in talking specially there manager who doesn't know how to speak with customers his number is *******358 shazeer

I strongly advise anyone considering Horizon Home Service for their appliance repair needs to think twice. Their service is unreliable, and their technicians, Imran and Irfan, lack the basic courtesy and competence needed for this line of work.

As a customer, I value transparency, punctuality, and accountability in service providers, which were clearly lacking in this case. I have booked for a bike service 2 wheeler, service ppl came to my door step nd picked bike he said quotations will be shared after checking bike condition, after checking he said it will cost around 5000 I said we don't want to spend so much on jus a bike service and asked team to send back they said only after payment of 525 we ll give ur bike back so I said ok do atleast service which will be done for 525 nd send back, they bought my bike without doing anything dey have removed half tank petrol which was der inside too and charged 525 nd did nothing waste of money never try bro4u site

I had used Bro4u for CCTV installation and they have good service with economical prices - In our case we bought CCTV materials bought and Bro4u partners helped to get this done on time

Worst worst service from bro4u. I had booked bro4u for basined was lose and one washer plumber put Rs 60 which is actual cost of Rs. 2. For 1min job they charge 350. Total bill was 960. Which is actually should have 200 by local Plumber

I request all not to take any service from bro4u. Their technicians will make u fool. I have booked refergeritor repair service. One guy came to repair first he told that sensor is not working then he went to purchase. He completely opened each every part of my refrigerator and went. And believe me he stopped picking my call. After 3 hours he came n when he fixed the sensor and told that fan motor is not working. Then he said next morning I will call n believe me it's afternoon now he is not picking my call. Took 2000rs from me and no idea whether he will come or not. His name is upendra pollampally... Please don't take any service from him.

I recently moved from Hyderabad to Bangalore on Job. It was really tricky to find simple services like House cleaning, Pest control, Plumbing etc. I came across this site through my friend, and the services delivery is very much satisfactory. Sometimes vendors charged higher than what they have quoted on website, which needs very quick fix.

I had fan issue in my laptop and I placed an order for home service. The technician came and without checking the issue he stated that the laptop fan needs to be replaced. This is a clear indication that the technician is not a trained person. They just send some person in the name of a technician and try to fix the issue and the person says he will take the laptop and fix the issue and get it.
This is not home service. That's why I termed Bro4u.com as fraudsters. Apart from these they also charged me 200 Rs for just coming to my place and not even doing any checks for my laptop. This is ridiculous, I guess these kind of startups needs to be under radar under the law and proper regulatory actions needs to be taken against them.

It's a bull crap place. PLEASE NEVER GIVE YOUR BIKE HERE FOR SERVICE. THEY ARE HERE TO LOOT YOUR MONEY. I gave my bullet for general service which costs around 3k - 3.5k. They have charged me *******/-. I had to pay as they opened the clutch housing without my permission. Faked me that the clutch plate is burnt. I kept on telling that it is fine and they kept on arguing. Eventually I felt that they can do further damage my bike and I eventually had to give up. Secondly, they broke my phone charging adopter which I imported from UK and bluntly refused that they have broken it. This is even after specifying them to watch out. I am cursing myself to have given the bike to them. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE

Bro4u sent a guy for bike repair. He took bike and brought it back after 3 days. After that bike doesn't have pickup, horn, lights nothing is working. When I call that service person, he's not answering and when I call bro4u customer care, they also not answering. Horrible service.

Bro4u accepted my service. Then they tell me that can't do something that they claim to be professionals at. Bunch of $#*!s working for that company. Inbred hicks run that corporate. Now, I have to be worried about my card safety. I got 8 words for this useless company. I. Am. Taking. Your. $#*!. To. Consumer. Court. Bro4u can shove their "quality" services up their asses.

Their service sucks hard. Had contacted them for assembling a brand new PC.

The tech they set me up with totally messed things up.
Now I am behind bro4u from the past 10 days to get a new guy who actually knows how to work with high end systems and there is no response other than " we will check and get back to you"
