Heavily advertises her glute program just to make money. Do your research and you'll see she's got exposed for BBL/injections. There are no in between photos of her before and after.

This was the first fitness guide I ever bought and I got it at a discount for $50. I feel lied to and could not believe she would sell the price so high. The exercises are extremely simple and not complicated at all which confuses me how she was able to get a butt like that. I see other glute guides with way more data and workouts that push for way cheaper. The guide isn't very user friendly and it's unorganized. You can pull the videos up on phone but not the guide. I wish I read reviews before purchasing.
Poor! Very POOR... I would like to say it doesn't get any worse but I believe it's in the bottom 10. Not worth the $, scam save your money and go for a free walk.
The program was very generic with no linear progression. I do not recommend you spend your money on this package of $80 dollars. There are many evidenced based programs from experts in field of nutrition and exercise available for far cheaper than $80. Just a heads up
Have you also been scammed into buying this review? Did you look at this $#*!ty pdf she cranked out in 30 minutes wondering how the $#*! you were convinced into buying it, how so many girls had testimonials sent to her talking about how great it is? Turns out this chick pays girls to send her testimonials hyping up her scam of a program. See attached photo that she sends out. She is paying people to act like her product is actually good, thus the $80 price and you sitting there getting scammed after seeing enough girls praise it enough to convince you to buy it. Don't be scammed, don't buy this guide. Pick 5 typical glute exercises, do 3 sets of 10 for each and boom, you have what is her guide. No supersets, no progression, copy & pasted basic nutrition, and $#*!ty 10 second iphone videos. For the love of god, do not give this chick your money. So many other cheaper, better programs or even free videos on youtube.
Literally filmed on a phone and the whole set up is weird. Honestly it isn't worth it at all. Save your money
Agreed. This is certainly not worth the $80 that it costs. Do not waste your money. I wish I would have known before I foolishly bought into her BS!
This is a review for Bribaebee's Glute Guide. Reviews for this guide are in demand yet there was none available and since I just purchased it, I'd like make a review available for others to see before they shell out 80$. First of all, Bri seems like a really positive girl, but she has been in the fitness game for awhile and I think she knows that what she is doing is unethical. She is great at marketing her product. I was a bit weary since she is so young and her reviewers all seemed to be so young, but a discount convinced me to check it out after following her on instagram for a while. I'm actually astounded at what she is selling for 80$ and I assume that all her young followers just don't know any better. Jeff Cavaliere, a trainer that works with professional athletes, has an entire portal with full workout professional videos and a daily plan for 3 months that he sells for 60 dollars. Bret Contreras, the glute expert with a Phd sells his 300 page guide for 30 dollars. There are many other guides with 5x the quality and info for much less than $80. The guide she sells is a pdf with a bunch of basic dietary information you could easily google and iphone videos. She doesn't go into macros or even examples of what to eat.The "3 month workouts" are not intense and is a very beginner-type routine. It's basically just 10x3 sumo squats, leg press, bulgarian squats, etc. She doesn't talk about weight progression or even go into detail on how to do the exercises. The "videos" are just 10 second iphone clips of her doing the exercise. This guide will not give you the glutes she has. I guarantee it took her 30 minutes to write this routine out in microsoft. While she is great at marketing her product, she definitely needs work on her product or at least lower the price. I bought it for 50$ and even that is way too much for the quality delivered. Like i said, this is not to personally attack her but she has tons of followers and quite frankly, they are being scammed. It sucks to have spent $50(discounted) and feel incredibly duped. I can't imagine the anger i would feel paying 80 bucks for this. Hopefully this guide can help other girls who have been searching for a review.
