Pretty easy to order, no hassle and came within the estimated delivery which made them reliable. I appreciated the honesty with this company and I truly believe they help to lower the cost of textbooks for college students who may not always have the money necessary to buy books brand new. The company also sends out emails frequently to track your order and check in with the customer which is pretty cool.

BooksRun's prices are always competitive, so I always compare them to my college bookstore first, whenever possible, for each required title. This experience, I paid for expedited shipping, and my BooksRun textbook was delivered ahead of schedule. I appreciated that a lot, because I was up against a deadline of needing to head back to campus. I've used BooksRun before over the years, and customer service is always great. Sent a brand new book and got an email offering less than quoted stating due to water damage. The picture they provided did not even show water damage so I think this is a pattern for this company. Read other reviews that stated exact same issue! Quoted one price only to receive much lower payment due to "water damage"

Hello. I'm a college student. I never buy books at my college bookstore unless I need to. When I googled websites with affordable prices for textbooks, I noticed BooksRun.com had the best affordable prices out of all websites I saw. Plus, they sent me my textbook on time, so I really loved that! When the book arrived, it came in a good condition. I will shop again if I need to. They are definitely added to my list when searching for textbooks.

I've never had a problem before but this time, The book was placed into the smallest package that it could fit in causing some damage. They did make it right by me so 10/10 for customer support.

I was skeptical at first when going through the entire process of sending over my old college textbooks. I wondered if they would ever make it to the warehouse but also if I'd ever get paid. I found this company online. I had a lot of books to get rid of. I downloaded the app and it was so easy! I just scanned the isbn number with my phone and it would tell me if you were buying that book and how much you would pay. I sold 9 or 10 books that fit in one box. Shipping was free. It took a little while to get my check but I finally did. This was awesome!

I had never used this site before. It was excellent. Wonderful price, fast shipping, and it arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described!

I am currently a struggling college student and I purchased my textbooks for close to $200. Wanted to resell them as a way to make the money back so I decided to use Booksrun. They were offering me only $70 and I had to pay for shipping. They got the books after two weeks and offered me $0 dollars for some condition that was hidden in their terms in agreements. The kicker is that they will ship your books back for $12 out of your pocket. What a joke, do not use this website.

If you're looking to find a book that maybe is sold out everywhere, don't buy from here. This place charged us the price of a new book, but it was torn, marked up, and missing the book jacket and CD--and they just said it was in "good" condition. NEVER buy from this place. There are plenty of other good places to go. Customer service isn't helpful, either. They'll put you on hold forever with a robot.

Ordered books but ended not taking the class. I sold them back to BooksRun less a than a month after receiving them and quote given was lowered when paid. Books were never used. Insurance was also taken.
After two support emails and a review, customer service contacted me and did honor their original quote. I appreciate their response and handling. I wish they would have used the USPS insurance process if books were damaged during shipping.

They got my rented book to me quickly and on time. It was reasonably priced and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
