I placed an order at boodmo after 15 days when I followed up they replied me that your were not available which was not the fact actually they have very weak channel of delivery moreover their own administration is as well very bad. Nobody listen you. We should try to avoid order them rather we can use our local channel.

It is so hard to contact customer support. I am so frustrated. One of my order has not been delivered. God knows how to get the status or refund for that matter.

Really very good service. Provided me original OEM spare parts for my 15 years old car. Keep it up..

Bodmo is just fraud don't order any thing from badmo. No customer support. No response for your raised ticket. After pay the amount for your order. They don't cancel your order and they don't refund amount. There is no way to talk the costomer care.

I ordered a Fuel filter through boodmo from one of thier suppliers named SWARAJ for my vento Car. I received a used item as seen in the pictures. Boodmo also now is in collusion with them by not closing the delivery window and still showing as undelivered so that i dont have the option if creating a return ticket

Very poor and pathetic delivery service. I ordered some parts for my car on 28 August and estimated time of delivery was 7th September. Courier not delivered as its now 30 september. Never ever buy anything from such irresponsible website... dont waste your money with such lazzy people. #fraudboodmo

In short Its been more than a month have not received my accessories ordered and paid for.

No customer service. The worst company to deal with... The Government should shut this company. A total Fraud.

Thumbs up to Boodmo. I recieved the part in good condition and at a rate much lower than any parts shop. The part came in 8working days. I was sent messages for rating the app on Facebook. But, as I am not on Facebook, I have written my review here. I will give 5 stars to Boodmo.

Waste of time and money orders item suddenly vanished showing I am not ordered nothing date of delivery changed frequently

Time wasters and worst of worst, placed the order on 06-06-2023 on prepaid, no communication from boodmo, after waiting for 2 months and several emails they didnt deliver and finally refunded.

This is a Phishing site. The lisitings are fake. They want your money, that's all. Don't buy anything from here,

Very good product, very good quality but timing is not good, improvement in timing is very necessary for future

Lack of coordination. Take payment in advance and still the delivery is not done. It's getting postponed again and again. No coordination between boodmo and it's delivery partner "Delhivery" I hope I get my ordered parts. Or else I will accept that I wasted my time and money on it. Rather would have gone to a local second hand spare part market in Kurla.

I ordered a mobile holder for my car. I received the damaged product after 4-5 days. Instantly, I sent an email with the product image and tried to call them, but their customer number is not valid.

Now they are refusing to replace the product and are also not providing a refund.

This company has no respect for customers time, money etc. Never seem to have even heard of Customer Service. Will go down the drain soon. Liars, cheats and scamsters. They will. Lie through their teeth about delivery dates, etc. Simply not worth dealing with. Needs to be blacklisted everywhere. I ordered parts, paid 100% advance, waited for 45 days and listened patiently to tons of lies. Waste of time. Their management needs a wake up call... Probably too late judging by the market feedback.

I have ordered some parts with order id #1909/******* having two items
First they keep on extending the delivery date, later one day i got an message that your item is delivered from xpress bee with tracking id ************** but i didn't receive any item, i called and check the delivery person his phone is switched off, i write to the customer service they are telling me still the item is in Transits.
Such a worst experience i got from this app and in my life i m not going to use this application.

Don't buy products from boodmo.com they are fraud and cheat. They not only bad at services. But they also change you product by there own. This web site is totally fraud. There is only image showing in the web site, but they don't have anything in hand. Which is again a part of trust. But you can't trust the one who can change you product by there own. And send you something else. With the proof that you order that product only.

Too worest service team is very bad, order delivery, too much late more than two months, spare parts allso not available, and not stack maintaining, but every order is booking, delivery date is change every one week still 4times changed, more than 30days waiting for part, don't buy the any item this app.
